Not all, but most, especially the Muslims follow their religious leaders, but some can change their mind at the polling boot if induced with money. But ofcourse, inducement with cash is not peculiar to the north. |

nnachukz:Most likely! Kanu is too high a price. How Buhari handles his matter will surely be a legacy subject for his presidency. |
Anigreat:I'm not Tinubu a supporter, but I disagree with you on this one. He may not be worthy of the presidency, but my God, Tinubu is strong man; i acknowledge that. I love the name, at least it goes to show, Tinubu has admirers even in the east. |
porthouse7:Ok Miss Reality; I guess the reality is that Theefnibu won abi? Hahahahahaha Awon reality show ![]() |
Toluwanise247:Get ready to hang yourself; it's a given |
lovinagbad:Better get a big bucket; you'll need it come feb/March next year. |

Since 1999, the choice of who becomes president of nigeria has been almost entirely the exclusive preserve of a handful of powerful people in nigeria with the blessing of their colonial masters. The only exception was in 2019, when they failed to unseat the incumbent president. But for the fact that they were not very convinced about their then choice of candidate, and the crisis that would have resulted if they pushed ahead, somehow, they decided to chill. Most of recall how a certain chief justice was bundled out - e get why. Those kingmakers have this time around resurfaced, and without mincing words have clearly shown to everyone with eyes who dey want as president come 2023. In fact, as far back as last year, one of these kingmakers have hinted to Nigerians who this next president will be. Enough said. The only thing you can tell the blind is the colour of oil used for his soup, not if pepper or salt was used in the preparation. Me I get eye, and I don see una presido come next year. |
By this time next year, he'll be queuing in line to welcome president Peter Obi on state visit to lagos. If you know, you know |
MizMyColi:Hello, I made a post on the thread with link below; I hope you still recall. I'll like to get your perspective on the issue I raised there. Thanks https://www.nairaland.com/1896619/12-symptoms-spiritual-awakening#26184327 |
Just wondering o |
MizMyColi:Hello, I just came across your post. As someone whose been on a journey of spiritual awakening for the past 3 years and greatly enjoying the experience, I've really been hoping to meet other Nigerians who are woken up or are awakening spiritually in other yo share experiences. As you can probably tell, it's quite an alone journey expecially in this part of the world. I'm particularly interested in learning how your awakening has affected your relationship(s), and how you've managed or managing it. By the way, the link you posted isn't accessible anymore. Cheers. |
Page not found??. I'm having some kinda synchronicity this days. It all started when i took MBTI test and i passed for INFJ, my search for deeper meaning led me to this Spiritual awakening. Been having weird dreams lately, seeing weird numbers on the clock repeatedly, 11:11, 11:22, 4:44. At first i thought it was all coincidence but it's the signs are becoming too much for me. I found this thread today being 11th September, this thread runs between 10-11th September 2014 and I'm posting this exactly 11:35pm.... WTF is going on? Why me?. I'm loosing my friends. I no longer call or text like before, infact these days i find socializing boring these days.... I might not make sense but trust me this is real. damn!. I searched through FB groups and saw other people going through this spiritual stuff and i resonate with everything they post there, what surprised was that i couldn't find a single Nigerian in all those groups and pages, i have come across two African A south African and a Cameroonian that resides in US. Trust me this is different from all these Alfa and diviners i see in Nigeria... Abeg i don rant too much. I told my friends and were all looking at me like one crazy guy, since then i stopped telling them. Abeg biko pardon my grammar. MizMyColiHello |

Otuegbe:Buhari dey learn work when it comes to wetin Naija go see for Tinubu hand; but thank God, he's just a candidate and no more than that. Let's allow him add to his cv, a former presidential candidate of a ruling party in Africa's largest democracy; that should suffice |
