Well to cut the long story short, after stumbling on his thread, i contacted via email, and enquired about investment opportunities in Abidjan since he claimed
to reside there. He then offered to show me and facilitate some business/investment we talked about.

I proposed a date of arrival, but he said he wont be available then because he'll be coming to Nigeria to bury his late Dad. We agreed another travel date, as well as other logistics. Thankfully, I made hotel reservations myself. I was simply to contact him on arrival. Mind you I don't speak French, so he was to help me on arrival. Well, I travelled to Abidjan, and from the moment I arrived, I kept call and messaging him for 3 days without response, only for the crook to chat me on the night of day 3, saying he had to make a quick dash to Abuja in Nigeria. Meanwhile we chatted just the night before my departure(less than 10hours before departure)

Thank God, I wasn't too stupid to put all my eggs in one basket, I would have been messed up big time in a country where I could neither understand nor speak thier language. If he comes here and denies my post, then I'll post our chats and possibly his own voice chats.

The guy is dangerous. I was skeptical at first when I observed some strange patterns in the way messages deliver to his WhatsApp, but when I eventually started conversing with him over voice, I gave him the benefit of the doubt.

Well, I'm sure he realised I was to smart for his con, and so he went silent on me. People like him make it difficult to trust Nigerians. I never knew someone could be so cold hearted.

So there is your explanation. Anyone dealing with him is dealing with a conman.

Guys this guy is a scam. Don't contact him for anything about Abidjan. He does not reside in Abidjan. He's not who he says he is. It will be unfair if I do not put out this warning after what he made me go through.

Only good for tourist visit. Dont go there for business, they may not approve your business plan and you must set up before approval and immigration will visit and rate your business. They are all looking for white to invest. Try uganda, you will not regret it.

Although, rwandans are friendly, their weather is nice very mountainous, if you like coffee you will enjoy the place, very clean and organised other side is, you must be careful most Rwandans are spy which l dont blame them because they dont want another war, every junction you go you will find police, is a police state, water is expensive, rain is scarce, house rent are very expensive.

If you, still like the place go for school route not business, this will help you alot to study the place while schooling, if you can cope yiu settle after your course. Dont go for short course or training, go for regular program. Like degress, master, phd that is cool, east african university, uni Rwanda etc. I just want to let people know what you about rwanda to avoid waste of time and resource. Many are on this thread that know the fact but difficult to say or tell the truth. Then be careful for fellow Nigerian, so cannot help they will spoil your plan, stay clear, look for other National like ugandan, zambian as your friend. Not all are bad but be vigilant.

It is not all about beauty of a country but is all about how you can live there and survive. The country take rwandan first, I dont blame them it is normal. Many rwandan are equally looking for job so remove getting job over from your mind.

I may not be counted. And my reason is simple; the outcome will always be manipulated to favour some states and regions. I don't believe Nigeria's population figures, never have. How can over 200 million people cast less than 20 million votes in an election where the turnout was massive. Yet they claim there're close to 100 mollion registered voters. Look at other countries with similar numbers and see what they churn out during their own elections.

Why the hurry about conducting this census in the first place, at a time when the country is in turmoil?

If we really want to know our real number, we don't need a census in this modern world. The so-called national identity card combined with the many other identity systems we have is more than enough, and far more accurate and adequate. They know this, but because their goal is not accurate population figures, they insist on wasting tax payers money in a jengen exercise.

By the way who really is a Nigerian now?. The last elections, if for anything has shown us that we belong to different nations. If you are not allowed to vote outside your region or state of origin, how are you a Nigerian? If you can be called an immigrant by a REC in your own "country", how are you a Nigerian?

If the government decides to proceed with this exercise, I'll neither be shocked nor surprised, rather, it will simply be further proof of how deeply authority in Nigeria has sank into the abyss of agbayarism.

Morris and 7 others have decided for Jehovah's witnesses the interpretation of every scripture and its application, they've decided who Jw's marry or don't marry, what medical treatment to accept or reject, what level of education every witness child should receive or not receive, what kind of job to do or not do, etc. If a man who has controlled the lives of millions of human being for decades like Morris has done is suddenly found wanting, every right thinking person wants to know if it ever made sense to have surrendered his or her life completely to the dictates of such a man and his colleagues in the first place, a mere human being who derives his power from merely claiming to be God's anointed - a claim any body or group can make and back up using any prophecy that suits them.

Some believe that he may be implicated in the Pennsylvania Grand Jury investigation into child sexual abuse within Jehovah’s Witnesses.
