Glorioussugar:Did you get your case number by email or it was sent to your fiancée’s address by mail?and how come you got a case number if your case has not been transferred to the NVC yet |
How come you’ve been able to pay for your visa and fill the form even when the embassy has not contacted you to do so.is it normal to do that? And secondly, how long did it take for your case to get to the nvc and did they contact you by email or they sent a mail(paperwork) to your fiancée? |
I don’t think Femi meant that the generator is worth $13billion,I think he’s saying that it cost him $13billion to build the refinery.no generator is worth that amount. |
mekusa10:I’m not sure you understand my question, the uscis approved my case on the 12th of this month.what I’m asking is how long it will take for them to ship it to the NVC and is there anything I’m supposed to do within that time? |
@Dutchleez RFE was received sometime around June |
@mekusa10 How long did it take for your case to be transferred to the nvc from uscis.i got my approval On the 12th of this month.what should I do next |
Good morning guys,so for those that got an RFE and submitted it,how long does it usually take on an average for them to adjudicate the case and approve it? |
NwaAmaikpe:Poster, whoever you are,you need to stfu and take a chill pill, how can you be such a bitter human being,he probably said that to banter or maybe to show some concern as to him looking forward to seeing the guy the next day but no,you’re the patron saint TWISTER of words.chai |
It is an affidavits (written statement)of friends, neighbors or any knowledgeable associates who knows about the case (Beneficiary and Petitioner) are trying to prove. Mostly, it is required whenever the USCIS is trying to establish the two years meeting requirements. Thank you,so my question is this.Am I supposed to submit the original affidavits or just scan them to my petitioner and have them with me when it’s time for the interview?the uscis didn’t specify if we should send the original or not, they just asked us to get affidavits |
Good afternoon everyone, for those who got an RFE that says they should write a handwritten affidavit,am I supposed to send the original affidavit to my petitioner or just scan it to them and have the original with me when I’m going to the embassy for the interview? |
Good evening, please who knows how many days the uscis gives to reply to a request for evidence.does it usually take up to a month? |
@legitbachelor,I still do not understand how the thing works, everytime I click on your name and it takes me there and I click on send mail,is doesn’t bring the space for me to type instead there’s an automatic messsge there and when I send,I’m unable to send messages again, how do I do it |
@legitbachelor Thank you so much for all the info bro,I appreciate.i still got a couple of things to ask you tho,is it okay if perherps we have a private chat or something, maybe WhatsApp.thank you |
I don't think they will have to go to court. There's a USCIS document they can fill and then sign and get it notarized. That should suffice. Those 6 people have to be US citizens I think. They didn’t say anything about a uscis document that anybody can sign,I know about the notary thing but i have no idea where we can get a notary.and no the people don’t have to be us citizens, they said it in the rfe. |
If I may ask, was bride price paid during the traditional engagement?
No bride price was paid, does it mean Anything or what?and again,we were oblivious as to what kind of pictures that the uscis usually needs as proof of contact so all the pictures we took were selfies and that’s what we were able to send,I guess they weren’t enough that’s why they’re asking for more evidence,we even sent picture of when I went to their family house for introduction but I guess that wasn’t enough. Can we get up to 6 people to write the letter for us and do they have to go to the court to get the affidavit and since we don’t have any more pictures from last year(we sent everything) what do you think we should do.And who writes letters these days again?we have never written letters to each other and they’re asking for letters.she said we started dating in 2017 but it was 2018( mistake on her side) but she stated that she came home 2018 July so we literally have no evidence from 2017 cos we didn’t start dating till 2018.what should we do |
Thanks bro,I mentioned earlier some weeks ago that we had our traditional engagement on the 30th of March, but it doesn’t fall within the time range of evidence they asked us to submit.would it mar our chances or I can still send pictures from the engagement and after the engagement too. |
Good morning,so we got a mail for RFE yesterday and this is what they’re saying they need even tho we provided most of them. 1.photovopies of passport including biographical data pages and pages showing entry and exit stamps (we submitted this) 2.copies of travel documents eg boarding passes, hotel receipts.we didn’t submit the hotel receipts cos we were oblivious as at that time so we trashed them. 3.letters written to each other after your meetings referencing the specific date and place of your meetings 4.military orders or letters from commanding officers 5.affidavicts of friends, neighbors or other knowledgeable persons.(there’s a guideline for how that should be gotten too) 6.any evidence that will help to determine that you’ve met your beneficiary within two years Now,we she came home last year,we didn’t have nobody to take our pictures so every picture we submitted were selfies we took ourselves but we had our traditional engagement this March and we sent a couple of evidences including receipts from vendors we employed and letters from both families of the intent to marry, she filed on the 15th or March and now they’re asking for evidence from the 15th of March 2017 to 15th March 2019,we only started dating last year and she came home 5 months after and we submitted every picture we took,so now is it Okay for us to submit the pictures we took after she came home again this year(March) even tho it’s out of the time range they’re asking for and is there anything else that should be done to make sure that we don’t get denied.this thing is pretty frustrating I have to be honest.ill be waiting for answers |
stefanweeks:Let’s hope you don’t end up like Reyes some day too ♂️ |
Hello house, how credible is visa journey for those that know about it,do they actually know how long it takes for petitions to be approved and all |
Good evening house, question for those who have had their case approved by the Uscis and have gone through the subsequent processes,is it normal for your case to keep displaying ‘case received’ when you track it with the receipt number that comes with the NOA1 on the uscis website,it’s been over 2 months now since NOA1 was received. |
The new uscis rule?do you by chance have an idea of these rules.thanks |
mekusa10:How many people have you actually seen that got theirs approved in such a short time,I hope you don’t mind my questions? |

Please tell me this is a joke bro, just 2 months to approve k1 petition?how did you do it?my fiancée filed for me in March and we’re stull yet to hear back from them |
Drenimarcus:Okay thank you,I’ll be waiting for replies |
Good morning,so this is my first time here and I have a couple of questions tho my petition is yet to be approved,my fiancée filed in March 1. How long should I be looking at for the approval of the petition. 2. Are there any process to speed up approval 3.i saw a thing about some people who had traditional marriage been refused,in my own case,we just had a traditional engagement and she even put evidences of payment to the vendors for the engagement in the petition.does this mean that it may not be approved or even if it’s approved, can it jeopardize my chances of getting a visa? |
