TheRealestGuy:The problem with people like you and Dele is that you think that Tinubu and Buhari have the support of their respective ethnic groups. Less than 11 million Nigerians voted for Tinubu in the recently concluded fraudulent (S)election. Yorubas didn't vote for Tinubu in an election that he stole and cheated, and I don't believe PO and Atiku won the election. All Nigerians will suffer the consequences of Nigeria's corrupt government, including the so-called prepared Igbos. |
TheRealestGuy:Igbos hate themselves. They play the victim, insult and hate other ethnic groups and then wonder why they are excluded from political power |
ogododo:Dele Farotimi needs to shut up. If Igbo are that great, why is the SE a mess, or are the SE governors, not Igbo? Tinubu and Buhari are hopeless leaders, but let's not forget that an Igbo leader in the name of Ironsi gave Nigeria the unitary system of government, which is the root cause of its problems today. The likes of Dele Farotimi will turn Yoruba into a slave; he never offers solutions. I can stand the man. |
Falseprofet2:The Nigerian government official has taken egunje and will be settled by the Chinese. |
slivertongue:I am sorry, but touting, begging, and extortion have been problems at Nigerian international airports since the 1980s. |
DeLaRue:You have to go to the 1960s. Nigeria is exporting between $2-4 billion of Gold to the Middle -East, the problem is that all that Gold is smuggled by Nigeria politicians and big men. Tinubu needs to beef up the security architecture to protect the mines and logistics |
sukar886:Fulani, not Hausa. El Rufai, Buhati, Atiku are all Fulani's. Hausa are still slaves |
bjdon:That is what South Korea and Japan did in the 1960s. Nigeria should identify private indigenous organisation such as Dangote and Innosson and provide them with preferential support |
ceejay80s:Buhari left an uncompleted Railway infrastructure, Lagos to Kano Rail; instead of Tinubu finishing the railway and building critical infrastructure projects such as the Mambilla Dam, Tinubu started wasting limited resources on a stupid coastal highway project that had already destroyed critical infrastructure. |
Smithkafors:It standing because it is empty |
Rayd502:These useless military gave the failed democracy constitution and system that has failed the country |
Religion is a fantasy only useful to poor and ignorant people who need salvation from a brutal and impoverished country like Nigeria. In the West, hard work and education are your salvation. |
ineri:Corruption and lack of political will and ambition. Nigeria now has a total of nearly 1.3 million oil refinery capacity, which would place Nigeria in the top 20 oil refiners in the world. Nigeria has a physical steel capacity of over 13 million tonnes (Ajaokuta, Delta Steel, Oshogbo, Plateau, Jos and African Natural Resources & Mines Kaduna steel plant, also known as ANRML. Yet, no steel plant is working due to gross corruption, greed, wickedness and incompetence. Five petrochemical complexes operational in Nigeria (i. e., WRPC (Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company) , KRPC (Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Company) and Indorama-Eleme Petrochemical Company, Dangote Petrochemical Plant and Edo Refinery and Petrochemical Company Limited (ERPC) ) Nigeria also has over four fertiliser plants: Edo Fertilizer Plant and Chemical Company, Dangote Fertilizer Plant, Indorama Fertilizer Plant—Phase II, and Notore Chemical Industries Plc (Notore), one of the leading fertiliser and agro-allied companies. Nigeria has the physical capacity to generate 21,000 MW but, as of this day, can only generate 5000MW and distribute. 4000MW I worked as an engineer for years, and one of the pillars of engineering design is to reuse and enhance existing infrastructures instead of building new ones. Any country with the physical industrial capacity in Nigeria should focus on wide-scale industrial development and not waste resources begging for foreign investments, building roads to nowhere, or buying new private jets and SUVs. |
Eclement:The majority of crypto projects are scams. There are some good crypto projects out there, and I have invested in them (lost money and made money), but you have to be very diligence. |
NOwazobia:You posted my first response, which I attached below. Reread it and try to comprehend. How do I pay for my mobile data with funds from my bank account? If my data is depleted, I have to buy more mobile data. The malicious apps also have backdoor access to financial data stored on my phone, including email accounts, bank application password details, etc. Why do you think that the tapping app has been stopped? Use your brain... idiot. Apologies, and thank me for the free education.

NOwazobia:Dummy, you are limited and stupid. Please study cybersecurity and understand the impact of crypto apps on mobile technology. June 19, 2024: Don’t Blame Telcos for Data Depletion, NCC Explains How and WhyEven the Nigerian government, the NCC, confirmed that unnecessary download of apps could lead to a malware infection that will deplete mobile data. Only the app uses backdoor malware to consume mobile data and cost. This, my friend, is beyond your limited intellect. Background apps: Some apps continue to consume data even when you’re not actively using them. Background data usage can quickly add up and deplete your data allowance. “Malware: Malware and viruses can consume data without your knowledge. If you suspect that your phone has been infected, it’s important to remove the malware as soon as possible.” https://www.nigeriacommunicationsweek.com.ng/dont-blame-telcos-for-data-depletion-ncc-explains-how-and-why/#:~:text=%E2%80%9CMalware%3A%20Malware%20and%20viruses%20can,consume%20a%20lot%20of%20data. Dummy, I have a tech company and an MSc in Cybersecurity from Northumbria University in the UK; next time, come prepared before you make a fool of yourself.

kedeojo:That is not how you build a political. You build a political party on a political ideology and political values. The NCNC, AG, and NPC of the first republic all had political ideologies and values that transformed their regions for the better; most companies that are now leaving Nigeria today were mostly created in industrial parks created by the above parties in the 1960s. Based on their industrial, and political strategies The current parties have no ideology or values, so politicians are not ashamed to justify jumping from one party to another. Political parties are just business vehicles to get elected. Labour's 35 representatives and 8 senators' performance has been as shambolic as that of the other political parties. Contrast the Nigerian Labour Party with the highly effective EFF party in SA on how they have a voice based on their political values and political leadership. I think the presidential system is ineffective for Nigeria's culture. The parliamentarian system is more confrontational, and the parliamentary candidate must be an elected representative and not just a politician looking for a political vehicle. Peter Obi must be elected to represent the Labour Party in the parliamentary system. I will also suggest that Nigeria should allow independent candidates. |
Slytiger:What is stopping West Africa from collaborating on security matters? Iran and Hezbollah have been able to build a drone and military capabilities and technology that can counter Israel and the USA. Yet, despite 65 years of independence and unbelievable mineral resources, Nigeria and West Africa need the West to provide their security. Black Africans are just not capable of governance. |
GanagiBitrus:Maybe the government should call out the bandits for who they are. The Bandits are Fulanis. The entire security and police are managed by Northern Nigeria; what are they doing to stop these killings? |
Danisaint112:Dummy, crypto is a ponzi scheme. Why not study AI, Cyber security, import/export , API , investment |
NOwazobia:My workers benefit from a lifetime experiences that allow them to tap into opportunities worldwide—leaving idiots like yourself to be tapping your mobile phone for peanuts. What an idiot! You can understand why a corrupt fool like Tinubu believes it is his right to be Nigeria's president because the country is full of slowpoke like you. |
He is one of the immigrants that Farage wants to deport; they add nothing to the local economy and depend on social welfare services. Travelling from Nigeria to the UK to sell corn. What a fool. The money he would have wasted travelling to the UK should have been invested in growing corn in Nigeria for export. Nigerians are not the sharpest tools in the box. |
AmericanIdiot:He is one of the immigrants that Farage wants to deport; they add nothing to the local economy and depend on social welfare services. Travelling from Nigeria to the UK to sell corn. What a fool. |
Oxb90:What was PO's record on agriculture as governor of Anambra state between 2007 and 2014? |
NOwazobia:Dummy, I stopped earning salaries in 2020. I own my own technology company with operations in EMEA. I don't need to earn money tapping on my mobile phone, i leave that problem to idiots like you. |
Nigerian Air Force – 12 M-346FA on order (+ 12 options).[95] The deal was reportedly $1.2 billion for 24 M-346 aircraft. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alenia_Aermacchi_M-346_Master |
NOwazobia:Idiot, the reason why Nigerian mobile phones are full of malware and their phone are drained of mobile data is because of these fraudulent apps that they stupidly download onto their phones. I am sure you are one of those ignorant dummy tapping a mobile app for a free car. ![]() |
YeyeGbami:The tapping uses up mobile data, which is payment to the blockchain company. Nigerians are just too stupid |
Timespast:Why, after the wholesale stealing under his watch? |
The Tinubu government is full of hot air. Its said it will grow Nigeria GDP to 1 trillion, and plan to send a Nigerian into space from a government that cannot refine simple oil. |
iwaeda:He was stealing under PDP and now he is stealing x10 under APC |
IfnobeGod20:You will not buy it because, like any typical Nigerian, you are looking for a saviour (cult of personality). This is what happens to a country deep in religion and superstition. Peter Obi was once the governor of Anambra State as a member of the APGA. He then joined the PDP for six years, culminating in becoming Atiku's vice president, and then he joined the Labour Party. Peter Obi is a successful businessman and a proponent of a free market economy, with policies linked to the removal of oil subsidies, privatisation, and floating the Naira, all policies antithetical to the Labour Party. Atiku is very corrupt, yet Peter Obi was his VP. Gen Sani Abacha also appointed Peter Obi, as Chairman of Tin Can Island Port. You think that a man who is prepared to be Atiku's VP is clean and honest. I judge a man by his deeds and not his word. A man's past actions are an indication of his future decision. PO is not an ideologist; hence, his decision will be based on circumstances and self-interest. |
