There are no magical drugs that give you muscles.Except steroids and trust me you will regret using steroids..
Muscles are created due to applying resistance force, like lifting a heavy load in repeated manner or sets.

Now what Supplements do is give you that maximum energy boost to keep lifting and exercising without getting tired quickly..
Without supplements you will gas up and get tired quicky just after 2 minutes of lifting heavy weights.
With supplements you will be going around 30 mins non stop energy.
More lifting/exercise = More Muscle Mass

Now I myself have been supplementing for over 2 years. So I recommend you choose one of these

1. Maca Root Supplements 500mg
2. Creatine Supplements
3. Whey Protein Powder

This morning I met my doctor, ran some test and discovered I have malaria and a bit of typhoid which I have started medications.

Stop Deceving Yourself
Go to Disease Center and do proper test
Regular lab test will not detect COVID 19
Regular lab test will only show Malaria and Typhoid.
Not all doctors in Nigeria have the COVID 19 test kit.
Enugu state had to transport the blood sample of patient to Lagos Disease Center for testing. Because they don't have test kit yet
There is a Special Test Kit from W H.O
Ask yourself
Did the doctor have a COVID Test Kit??
Did he run a COVID 19 Test on you??

Go and take proper Covid test.. then when you test negative
Then you can stop panicking.
Even healthy sport atheletes like Kevin Durant have no symptoms but tested positive..
Every viral disease has its own special kit for testing. Just as HIV has it's own different kit for testing..
A regular lab test will not even show if you are HIV+ until you do proper HIV Test..
Those quoting me with Anger should shut the f*ck up
I'm not saying she is positive, but imagine if she is positive but thinks it's malaria. And still goes on with normal life infecting her kids, family members and co workers.
