Thanks for all your comments. He is not a sugar person. We have tried different herbs but I learnt they have side effects. I dont just know what to do

I suggest you meet an experienced medical Doctor and open up the symptoms of the infection because it's probably an infection that can cause such weaknesses. Don't always rush to the medical Labs because most of them can't see anything beyond bacterial infections. Don't self medicate because of side effects and avoid some of these local herbs as some don't have dosage.

Anyway, you can send me pm to offer some little advise when am less busy.
