PropertiesRe: Fake Building Parts Responsibile For Building Collapse by suolboy(m): 3:05pm On Nov 21, 2013
But not only fake and sub-standard products, we also have clients not engaging qualified and adequate professionals. u will see a site being handled by a quack or on architect/quantity surveyor without structural engineer and builder. as such, u are likely to have such since the structural engineer and builder are more knowledgeable in safety and stability of the structure.
I will advice intending landlords to hire qualified and adequate building industry professionals and also heed the advice of professionals on choice of materials and workmanship.
PoliticsRe: Policemen Were Thumb Printing For APGA And We Have It All On Tape And More - Ngi by suolboy(m): 9:42am On Nov 21, 2013
Some Nigerians are really gullible. they want free and fair election, but when rigging favours them, they accuse the opposition of not accepting defeat. I must say that if we want free and fair election, then we must call black, black and white, white. the truth is Anambra election is a disgrace to GEJ and Nigeria in general. One thing is that Obi APGA is a subsidiary of GEJ PDP.so no wonder his party chairman in Anambra is accepting what was done as good while the candidate is against that sham called election.
PoliticsRe: Policemen Were Thumb Printing For APGA And We Have It All On Tape And More - Ngi by suolboy(m): 9:35am On Nov 21, 2013
luvinhubby: If Ngige had won this election, it would have been `free and fair`, now that he lost, everybody minus him is a cheat.
He should please SHUT-UP tongue tongue
The last time I check, INEC has not declared a winner and called the election inconclusive.
Have u declared a winner? And who are u to say that election was good when even THE PDP CANDIDATE called the election failure. So u can see that it's not only Ngige that faults the election.

Am a Christian, but won't vote Goodluck again. Posterity will not forgive u guys. As u are now, u don't even know when last u went to church or had a quiet time with God. For ur information, APC has more than such leaders and Christians inclusive.

Please go get a good foundation/structural engineer that is registered with COREN and he in turn should get a good geotechnical engineer that will carry out a comprehensive soil test on the site. the geotechnical engineer will do some useful recommendations on his report as to the most viable foundation type for ur site.

PoliticsRe: Nigeria Is Broke, Worse Days Ahead Underjonathan's Administration– New PDP by suolboy(m): 9:30am On Sep 27, 2013
In as much as the piece is from an opposition to the president, but its the fact the our economy is collapsing. the minister of finance has said before, the ASUU strike is also a pointer to that fact, increased in oil theft in the niger delta and increased in corruption to the extent of an ex militant buying a private jet are very glaring that we heading to an economic collapse someday under this administration.
