You people like to argue and argue for no reason. Where you see a professional goalkeeper catching a penalty with TWO HANDS WHILE STANDING?
Not diving or punching off the ball?
Did you read this before posting? So a keeper must punch out the ball back into play for a rebound ŵhen the kick was soft and played directly in his path?

I don't understand how people suggest that was an intentional miss. It makes no sense to miss a penalty at the 97th minute and deny yourself the chance to win the trophy, just so you can be maybe seen to be fair. That would be the dumbest thing they can do. If Senegal refused to continue, they would be punished. It is in their best interest to finish the game after registering their protest.

I feel the Tunisians sacking their coach and trying to take Chelle from us is just a knee jerk reaction without thinking, if the goal is to have him perform at the world cup.

With the kind of talented players we have, see how long it took for us to blend into Chelle's system and start playing the way we are now? Do the Tunisians think it's magic that Chelle will perform? They will be in for a rude group stage knockout shock.

He is a Mezzala-type Midfield Profile capable in vertical creative transitions and as a ball holder/carrier. Also can act as a metronome through whom all plays connect from midfield to the final third.

Tobywrites absolutely bottled Akinsanmiro's playing profile. Saying he is similar to Ndidi is "over the bar" and a really funny case of player misprofiling especially for "one who has watched the kid".
Feels almost like the Tobywrites guy just saw that Akinsamiro has the same look and stature as Ndidi and assumed they play the same. I was surprised when I saw what he wrote.

Who is talking about calculator kind of hope? Is that what you bargained for?

How will our football evolve forward with this kind of mentality
So it is Peseiro kind of hope that started us on this path we should be talking about? That is the mentality we need for the evolution of our football? We will sack him now and 4 years later we will start crying that we sacked the coach that never lost a game and he's doing great with another team. He literally had the courage to take the job when most other coaches were running away and wouldn't touch us to maintain their reputation, and he's not lost a game. This just sounds like deliberate bias. Because we're in a tight spot now, we glamorize where we're coming from. Like the children of Isreal.

Peseiro almost won us AFCOn, and the qualifiers at his time were still the early stages.

Chelle is supposed to at least give us hope, with the caliber of players at his disposal. ..

The calculator we're all pressing now that is giving us hope to qualify, who gave us? Is it Peseiro?

A Leopard 🐆 truly can not change it's spots.

Your over inflated ego can not take correction and when caught with your hands 🤲🏿 stained with deceit you revert back 🔙 to your vitriolic rhetoric you just can't have a good honest discourse without descending to the abyss.

Victor Gyokeres substantiates my standing on the championship 🏆 but with a big loud 🔊 speaker 📢. He played four seasons in the championship 🏆 his core formative years.

Let's go back I was specific and objective, l said Zaidu would not make the bench of then Championship 🏆 Fulham FC. At the time their left back was Antony Robinson "Jedi"

Now fast forward a few years where is Jedi wanted by most EPL clubs and considered best left back in EPL.

Zaidu Sanusi is currently playing for Porto B and since 2023/24 to date he has played over two seasons 8 games in Portuguese first division league.

You contradict yourself and make a mockery of your own statistics your diction Fulham languishing in the championship

Please you don't need to blow a gasket it's Sunday 😔 get a coke and a smile 😁
Bro, I'm sorry but I can't overlook this! There are deliberate lies or half-truths in this your post.

Zaidu was the first choice left back for Porto before he left for AFCON and his subsequent injury. He's been out since and only recently regained his fitness. Anyone reading your post will think the reason he has not played much is because he's not considered good enough, and knowing your antecedents here, that is exactly your aim.

Besides, Robinson is not wanted by most EPL teams. I won't dispute the fact that he's better than Zaidu, thats not my goal. I believe he is better. There's just no need to distort stuff to push an agenda.

What these city losses tell us is that you have to play to your strengths, especially with the kind of players you have. I believe City's current problem is playing a system they've adopted without the key personnel required to play the system effectively and at the elite level required. Na why dem dey chop beating anyhow now. If you try to play this system at this high level without the kind of players at every position to execute effectively, sorry is your case.

This is why a coach can be successful using the system with a team at a lower level and fail spectacularly at a higher level with the same team. Not everybody can play tiki taka and possession football at this level and be successful. Reason why I believe coaches should be pragmatic and work with what they have in the best way they can. Kompany can boss the championship with Burnley playing this style, but can not be effective with it in the epl with the same level of players. It's why Mourinho may play an ultra defensive system against leverkusen, and use a very quick attacking system in Madrid against a very technical and possession based Barca. To be fair, is Pep has actually tried to adapt his style over time based on the opposition he has faced, but it still hasn't worked out, i think because he's still within the general philosophy of his system. That's why I respect Arteta during his injury and player suspension crises, especially against city. He was very realistic and did what he needed to do. No sentimental "play positive beautiful football no matter what".

This has always been my opinion anyway. Anyone can dispute it. But it is very visible.

Order your best drink at the nearest bar and give the barman my name. Phew!!

By the way, like someone said before, being contrarian doesn't necessarily mean being intelligent. You may as well be silly. There's also a thing some people call intellectual arrogance. I see that displayed here a lot, and some times we all are guilty of it. But to each his own sha. We all have what tickles us and keeps us feeling high.

I said it earlier, Chelsea acted unserious. They were moving like they were being forced to buy him
Worse is they didn't even get any top striker at all. They just kept getting wingers. Anyway, Felix can slot in that role when they get desperate. As things stand, no one is smelling that trophy. It's locked in city's cabinet for another season. Top 4 for Chelsea looks like a tall order.

Shut up your mouth, what do you know about football. He didn’t make any mistakes by signing a year extension to his contract. Rather, he secured his bag by doubling his salary. Unfortunately, injuries, attitude issue couldn’t allow him to replicate his previous year performance and clubs weren’t willing to match that clause. Also, Chelsea presented him with a lifeline because most big clubs has already blackballed him and he still didn’t accept. At this point, he needs prayers and also extreme Humility to come out of this situation

That’s a big Lie. They made him Napoli all time most paid player. He was the one granting interviews stating that, he wants to leave and is leaving Napoli and they decided to match energy
I get that you're passionate and all, but dont make it sound like they did him a favour. His wages are not because Napoli have a good heart or doing him a favour. He negotiated his salary because they were desperate for him to sign a new contract. The big mistake here is that he signed that contract, and ihe did it in good faith expecting that the club will show the same good faith as well. In hindsight, he may well be regretting that decision.

I really don't understand how you guys make this Osimhen brouhaha look like. I casually see it as one of those things about football.
Today,Osimhen's fans are cursing ADL, tomorrow they are cursing Napoli, next tomorrow they were cursing Chelsea, then they will curse his agent now they are blaming Conte. Wetin !
Didn't Osimhen himself also put in a request for transfer to start with ?
I just hope in the coming days all this matter die down and we will move on. Even all the fabrizo , Oma, Pooja etc were not giving any substantial news/ sources, all we got was circle reports. Perharps he might just terminate his contract with Napoli if he likes.

I hope the boy has clarity of mind and dreams to chase.
If I hear say ADL agree to terminate contract cheesy That will be a total loss (and will be quite silly and of them to do).
At this point, Victor is a liability to Napoli, and they'll want to get what they can as quickly as possible. My guess is January, for less than they would have gotten now. That means they'll only have to endure paying him till then. They've probably accepted that and made arrangements for it. If that doesn't happen, then they'll have to keep paying him till next summer, when they'll have another chance to cash in on him (for far less).

The best thing for them is to try and dispose of him come January.

This Nigerian politician mindset we think is "wisdom" is nauseating.

I looked at what Usain Bolt earned for all his athletic glory and I was like that looks small o! But for life his name and face is a brand.
It's just the fear of poverty that is being projected unto Osimhen. That is the politician mindset you're talking about.

I think Nigerians really hate osimhen and it’s sad ,even Italians don’t berate him like this

Imagine people saying he isn’t worth 100M ,like ?

Same transfer window that players like solanke are going for 65M ?

Even Saudi came with their disrespectful bid self

I just pray he finds a good club and be happy, that’s all that matters

Lastly E be like say that osimhen agent no too get sense sha ,and I feel the wage structure he is also asking for is a bit higher ,that’s if what I read is the truth o
I believe there are people eagerly hoping for his move to fail or for him to go to Saudi, just to stick it to others and claim he's not all that. But these things happen a lot and we see It everyday, even in politics. People are people, and they'll act like people do.

Geez. Like you did not understand a thing I said about Sesko I pointed out because this video made no contribution in that aspect. Let me make it easy.

Attributes of Sesko:
Falls deep to play like a midfielder.
Brilliant one touch combinative play.
Good passing distribution (short and long play).
Defending from the deep to improve defending numbers.

Here, you are posting a video that suppose to show Osimhen doing the above and more, but it shows nothing of such.
Dude, half of the highlights is literally him dropping to midfield to link up and create opportunities.
