Politics › Re: Documents Show Lagos Informed Anambra Government Before Alleged Deportation by superstar1(m): 9:03am On Aug 03, 2013
chukwudi44: First and foremost there is nothing in this letter to prove that Anambra state Goverernment received ththis letter nor agreed with the LASG to bring in the destitutes @ 3am

Secondly not all the destitutes were from Anambra state, some were from other south easter states, we even have people from the south-south included.so what will be the basis for dumping this non-anambrarians in anambra? Did fashola also write to oshiomhole, martin elechi and others whoose indigenes were involved? Did these governors agree that their indigenes should be dumped in Anambra?
if Obi did not receive this letter, he should come out and debunk it. Simple. whene he received the letter ahead, what did he do, how pro-active was he? timing of dumping is immaterial because they would have left Lagos earlier on in the day or you wanted Lagos to fly them in business class to Anambra or wot.

I respect your business acumen and very receptive to your people but majority of your people are still suffering from post-war syndrome , you have victim mentality and looking for enemies where there is none, trying to hype yourself to cover up your inferiority complex, displaying your wanton knowledge gap by refusing to nne educated whether in. Formal way or through your fore fathers.

Any slightest thing they will be threatening war as if they won the one they followed the no1 coward Ojukwu to enter into sheepishly.

Sincerely, if there are destitutes Yorubas in iboland. Your govs should return th back to their state. Knowing you nid your ways, if there was any, one of your gov would have wanted to do Van daam by departing nid labeling it retaliation.

Tiphareth: IMHO, i am not in support of any tribe deporting another from any part of Nigeria despite their crime. we have the police to investigate and apply the wrath of the laws should anybody found violating the laws of the state. On the issue of the recent deportation of non legosians from Lagos State, it is unconstitutional for Fashola to orchestrate such plan. This is because, Nigeria is a sovereign nation and the constitution allows every Nigerians to live in any part of the country without fear or molestation. It is a fact that Lagos State was a former capital of Nigeria and this same factor precipitated the deluge of many Nigeria to live in Lagos due to faster development as the seat of the nation. If the capital of Nigeria had been Calabar, for instance, people would have moved to Calaba and not Lagos. Furthermore, we can see the recent surge in people relocating to Abuja owing to the relocation of the capital city to Abuja.
So the issue of people fighting and ranting over who owns Lagos is not the issue. Let us stand and renounce what is bad. THIS DECISION BY FASHOLA IS A BAD ONE!.

LET US STAND UP AND UNITE AS ONE NIGERIAN AND CALL A SPADE A SPADE
I quite agree with you but the question is does that give some strangers to say someone else's land is theirs and mind you Calabar was the capital before lagos, can you tell an Efik man that Calabar is no mans land too.

Strangers in other people's land should respect other people and should not take their perceived decorum as a sign of weakness.

The day their cup of arrogance. Mouth watering and noise making is full, even Zik and Ojulqu won't be able to part the Red Sea of Atlantic Ocean for them, at least they are the Jews of Africa

ngozievergreen: answer my question , are igbos in lagos to contest governorship elections or to make money?

Your fella said that wt our 45 percent, we have not produced an igbo guvnor in Lag.
Agreed, but then, which igbo man left for Lagos with elections on his mind?
jamb question?

so you are just knowing that. when you were running your mouth that you are 99%, your ancestors own Lagos, you did not know that you are to make money and to go back to your enclave in peace.

Atouke: Calabar was never the capital of amalgamated entity called Nigeria .but the capital of its protectorates. For someone who post on social media forum that igbos are not smart you my friend have real issues with mere comprehension. where in my post did i make mention of 1960?
Oga, what was the name given to the amalgamated protectorates at that point in time?

First Nigerian capital city[edit]
The city once served as the seat of Government of the Niger Coast Protectorate, Southern Protectorate and Oil River Protectorate. It is thus effectively the first Nigerian capital city. (source wikipedia)

kindly google calabar or check wikipedia and stop displaying your knowledge gap here. this is not spare part sales, this is simpe elementary social studies called civic studies now.

ngozievergreen: So, how many igbos contested in the Lagos elections?

The problem with u ppl is that u dont know y igbos are all over d world, lagos inclusive.
they are there to make money and not to contest for presidential elections in China or govern Sokoto.

If we have intl ports both air and water in SE, do u think we would have been interested in igbo presidency?

.
We would have been making our money from the ports so that d rest over of the country will be killing themselves over the seat.
there is a planned port for onitsha. if your govs know that that is the key, they should come together and build it. or better still, all the money you are spending other places can be pooled together to build it and name it Ndigbo State Port. Who cares. Same goes for the Airport.

if that is actually your reason for not staying in your enclave.

See, I do not have a prob with any of you, I have friends that are good family friends that are Ibos, i dont tknow where some NL Ibos got this there fake arrogant superior feelings from. these will continue to affect peoples perception opinion and view about your people. the truth is, re-orientate your people and live and let;s live.

you are here again. LOL.
Politics › Re: Massob, Aka-Ikenga Condemn The Deportation Of Igbos From Lagos by superstar1(m): 1:30pm On Aug 01, 2013
@ Atouke,

All what you are saying in those verbose words are unacceptable. Where was the capital of Nigeria at the point of amalgamation in 1914? shikena!!

Nigeria was born in 1914 bros and not 1960, in case you have forgotten. We wont be preparing for the centennial programme if we only reckon with 1960. Therefore, Atouke, all the tribes have a claim to Calabar and also the British.

So if you are not contesting in Lagos because of your stated reason, then your 99% or woteva figures you people are deceiving yourself with is immaterial, inconsequential and of no value. Life is indeed funny, 1% ruling 99%.

is that the 99% are stupid or clueless or their figures are propaganda figures.

open your eyes to the reality.

@ Atouke,

So you now know who the real lagosians are, and you are quick to call yorubas name abi?

which state out of the ibo states are you from.

let us start agin from there, if that is the route you want to go. Isolating Lthe real Lagosians as if they are not yorubas. You lack enough knowledge to win this argument any which way.

Ibos are the jews of Africa, their land is desolate and landslide ravaged
they are businessmen, I give it to you and no one is envious of u, but both the ones with clean and obnoxious sources should not be coming to NL and be making noise.
they have 99% population of Lag, contest for ordinary chairmanship and you will see
Lagos belongs to Ibos, As if when you were coming from your hamlet, you carried truckload of sand to Lagos, there is even no sand to pack self.
they will go to war, they will fight, show us the war you ever won in your history. noise making warriors without victory!!!

Respect others and others will respect you!!!

@ Atouke,

your arguement is clueless and baseless. I asked you does Calabar belong to every tribe too. At least FGN money too was spent there. even the Brits also can claim to it, because they spent there money there.

Answer that simple question and let us move on from there.
Politics › Re: Massob, Aka-Ikenga Condemn The Deportation Of Igbos From Lagos by superstar1(m): 12:42pm On Aug 01, 2013
There is nothing we wont hear on NL. E-warriors typing jargons.

The descendants of the portugese that named Lagos have more rights to Lagos than you Atouke.

get that straight. we want you around to keep paying the taxes, the duties, levies and fines. we will keep usinng your money to beautify Lagos. If you say you are a stakeholder (right choice of word), I will agree but claiming you are 99% of Lagos and therefore Lagos is yours, is heresy of the highest order and even God Almighty will not forgive you and even Ojukwu and Zik will not. That is greediness and covetousness that God Himself detest.

@ Atouke,

you are a sexy deranged joker. lagos belongs to every tribe. wetin we no go hear from these arrogant victoryless warriors that pride themselves in the stupid war they went into blindly and sheepishly. Errant stupidity.

Like I said every tribe must lay claim to Calabar too then. Read your history and come back.

Tinubu and his cohorts from Osun Oyo and other Sw states have more claim then you Ojukwu mumus. Yorubas are all descendants of Oduduwa, so you will explain how you own a stake in Lagos.

Ohhh because you bought land and built abi?

Get it into your skull, that C of O is for 99years and it can even be revoked at will. Ask England and they will tell you their story about Hong Kong. China will eternally be grateful to the Brits that were mumus like you.

@eio2013,

so because Fg developed Lag, that makes it an Iboland. You are a jester.

You will soon start laying claims to calabar too and after that Abuja.

I pity you. Its so sad that the generation before you failed woefully to tell you histoey and lessons to be learnt or they told you, you just refused to learn.

If laziness is trafficking drugs, kidnapping, 419 and armed robbery, we dont mind, once we do not sell our soul to money or stain our proud family name and yoruba heritage. can you say that? mba bros. Just face your spare part sales jejely.

U na don come again. 45% of Lagos is Ibo.

Just contest in any of the areas where you dominate for just chairmanship and we go see.

na dat day you will see the difference between Ayodele and Chukwuka.

keep deceiving yourselves.
