why haven't I been able to access my profile to upload my posting letter since yesterday? Please do something about it. |
otuekong1:many people are really bad at thinking aright, we celebrate mediocrity alot because we don't truly know what we deserve. Only the very informed persons will understand will be able to reason out the question you've just asked. Those who are supposed to be stoned and cursed for the damaged and havoc caused this nation are unfortunately enjoying celebrity status. May God heal our land. |
only the uninformed will take these guys serious. I have known the Fulani tribe since childhood, we do have a sizeable number of them in our place (Ondo State) and the murder instinct and domineering attitude, land grabbing, forcefully killing farmers on their farm lands and other ignoble acts that characterize them all of this time is what Nigeria now lamenting about. Painfully enough it's their nature and that is why you will hardly see any Fulani man condemn this terrorists and their actions, unfortunately even the seemingly educated ones among them haven't shed the barbaric idea of valuing cow more than humans. I pity those defending the in humane dealings of these terrorists, I'm sure many don't have a foreknowledge of their perception to life and the way they think and if you observe closely it's very evident in the President himself. |
Biglittlelois:I wish everyone else can reason fro. I this perspective, I personally consider it an ignoble act for someone who's engaged and about to wed to do such thing. Guys who having a foreknowledge of that and still get involved should also not be absorbed of blames. It's so disgusting how much people have lost sense of moral propriety |
True men of God are really not easy to come by these days. At best what we have are self-serving men under the guise of Christianity scamming and fooling men to do their biddings. If you want to know what it truly means to be a man of a God then you should go figure in the bible, with an open mind read and examine the life of Patriarchs of Faith such as Abraham, Paul, Daniel, Joseph, Isaac, Stephen to mention a few and you'll understand there is a very big departure from what is obtainable when you compare with our supposed men of God of the modern era. Remain God is the same and never changes neither does his standards. |
There is no harm in trying bro, you did your best approaching him but help cometh from above which means, where you set your mind on might not be where your help lies. If I may say, you are even lucky he gave you little audience, you imagine how many of such encounters he must have had in his little time as governor. My advice is for you to keep on keeping on when the perfect opportunity arrives at its time it won't pass you by |
Virus777:I know your type, knowing quite well your arrogance won't make you admit your error I wouldn't engage in war of words with you. My advise: you don't always have to attack to correct, unlike your comment on what the lady wrote where you were all aggressive like you were going to be paid top dollars for picking her out or as if it was an opportunity to pour out your venom of years of hatred for someone you don't even know and who probably did you no wrong. Things can be done in more civil way, it's one of core values lacking in our society which is well exhibited by even the supposedly learned individuals. Please learn to be civil. |
Can't really speak for their men but when it comes to female beauty, the igbos are specially blessed. Their ladies are synonymous with beauty and this is evident in almost all of the beauty contest organised in every part of the country |
Our political situation is so pathetic, imagine all the listed out have nothing to do with the yearnings of Nigerians but selfish interests of the individuals involved. When I got to the point of poor performance, I expected the script to lay out in true colors how this government have truly underperformed but rather the points highlighted were limited to how it affects them. aThe question now is; What is the hope even after Buhari |
Virus777:Hey, do cut her some slack. The pronoun 'their' shouldn't even come after has, but rather everybody has his/her own taste(s) |
tech18:same here, it's also saying access denied and the login credentials are correct |
While I quite agree with you that some of the Pastors calling on the President to resign might have skeleton in their own cupboards, I think the feeling from the entire Christian community is mutual, their opinions is in resonance with what most Christians feel at the moment. Whether you like it or not what is happening now is a direct attack on Christianity, so you should expect anger and disgust at the V.P who is not just the number 2 citizen of the country but also an acclaimed Pastor. Let's not deceive ourselves, Buhari is a Sectarianist, a Narcissistic leader and he's making no pretence of it; so you should understand it is all the more demanding on the V.P to take proactive measures to stem the trend of attack on the Christian body and if not he should resign or tell me of what use is he as Pastor to watch things continue to escalate this way. If his position cannot serve the benefits of protecting Christians from injustice the most noble thing for him to do is to resign. I have no grudges against him but you don't expect me to say otherwise when in the face of obvious malignant treatment of Christians his voice cannot be lended to the plights of Christians. You mentioned the fact that the Muslims are solidly behind the President, why not? why not wait to see what happens when 100s of Muslims are killed and the president stays mute. The president is trashy, by perpetuating and promoting injustice and nepotism. A situation where those who killed cows are facing trials to be condemned to imprisonment while not a single Fulani terrorist who have been terrorising the country has been identified or apprehended. In conclusion, let Osinbajo do the needful otherwise he's of no use being there as Vice President |
fyneguy:Common! see shallow reasoning, so because he's installed Solar electricity that a Councillor of a ward or local government Chairman can afford to do that should sway their decision as to who rules for another 4 years just to get maybe another solar installation ba? mehn Nigeria is a big joke |
Jonah507:I've got no addiction |
Evidences in support of the damaging effect of porn are so glaring and cannot be overemphasised. The only reason we are oblivious to these effects is the fact that the implications are accrued- notably affecting the brain, thereby leading to mental and psychological instability, the level of damage varying in individuals depending on the level and period of addiction or exposure. |
Hmm. In any case it really takes a smart lady to appreciate the value of a smart man-but in all honesty only a few of these ladies are smart themselves. |
dna4ril:One constant thing in life is the changing faces of human. You don't seem to know anyone enough until it comes time for the person to reveal their true colors. I do feel your pain and for those playing the blame game, in matters of love even the supposedly smart ones sometimes get reduced to fools. My advice to the Op is to let go if the past, love yourself more and prioritise your need above any other's, get closer to God and never stop believing in love Please be cautioned, laying loosed and living awkwardly by leading an obscene and promiscuous life is never the way out, it will rather complicate things. Understand your needs and never settle for less, the choicest one for you will sure appear, just never stop searching and trusting so long you it's done with the right motives and intentions, fate will smile on you definitely. |
amindesly:please don't let me take things personal with you. What exactly do you mean by there is no English word like Schooled? Better still if I may ask what kind of dictionary do you use? |
Great piece. Masturbation is mentally-damaging but it sure requires a lot of grace and self-discipline to stay away from it. If I may add my voice too, I also don't see reason for the attached picture. |
Interesting! I do really hope you decision to be a player isn't premised on what happened to you Sister and Aunty. On my own I do not believe in the idea of paying evil with evil |
op has really made valid points, I've always argued along same line. While I believe so much in formal education, I'm always of the opinion we go for graduate programs for the wrong reasons. Education ordinarily shouldn't be seen primarily as a means to an end. In saner parts of the world, people do graduate programs out of passion for knowledge but the case is different here in Nigeria. While I have a masters degree myself and wouldn't discourage anyone from pursuing higher degrees as I still intend to go further, I do believe it should be for the right reasons. Like I always say, education is a very big joke here in Nigeria especially for those of us who call ourselves graduates of science courses. When you attempt to evaluate how much our knowledge has been able to impact the society then you'll feel sorry for the kind of degrees we claim to obtain. I feel ashame for us when graduates of Mechanical engineering don't have any practical knowledge about automobiles, not even generator let alone assembling one. In summary, if you are interested regardless of the age, I do not see age as a deterrent, aside like the op pointed for those who want to pursue it to improve their employability with multinationals. That been said, education is essence isn't a waste but personally I'll take self-education over formal education anyday anytime. |
OAU branch pulling from ASUU national body is gonna represent a huge loss for ASUU. OAU unions remain the most vibrant, articulate and politically conscious, I bet this is a very big crack in ASUU wall |
I'm not so sure any other school in Nigeria can be safer than oau. A school where there is no day or night |

you can give it a try because I was wondering why it stated clearly on along while checking with phone that 'no admission given yet' it possible they might just know how to go about it since you meet the cut off point you should be enlisted. The only possible thing that should hinder is if the subject combinations don't match up for the chosen course. |
Hi! good morning everyone. Please I need first hand info on the direct entry procedures into oau medical school. I'm considering applying for admission but want to know what my chances are, so anyone with a helpful information on how oau goes about its DE into medical school will be highly appreciated. |
Coa123:Hey, I'm not quite sure the situation with you but then, I had same issue with my sister. Each time I check, all I get as response is that 'no admission yet' or so. On this fateful day, I went to the café saw someone who came to print jamb admission letter and out of curiosity I asked about her department and she told me; I went further to inform her the reason I asked is not just to poke but because I have a sister who met the cut off point but who is yet to be offered admission. It was then the café attendant told me that's the response I'll get if I'm checking on phone and so right there I checked for her and lo she's been offered admission a long while. So I'll advise you go to the café if you've been checking with you phone. But then your UTME combination looks more like that of an art student while Sociology is a social science course |
polosky:why being too patronising? Here comes your story with elements of falsehood. From Kogi to Nassarawa and here you are acting all too subservient and it's not like npowerng has said anything to suggest a way out for your sister, except if you have difficulty comprehending |
npowerng:what then is the criterion for selection since a lot of people didn't receive any message from Npower? |
Please guys I need it too olarotimi4real@gmail.com is my email |
