Don't waste your money on any of these overpriced devices. Get yourself a Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, Note 6 or Note 7 (Depending on your budget).
Within the range of 70k, you can get the 4GB Ram / 64GB Rom version of any of these devices

Based on the present Nigerian standard in terns of Lyrical quality, yours is somewhat above the average. The production itself isn't that great though. Beat sounds nice, but the vocal mixing and Mastering is quite poor. Overall rating - 7/10.

Pubg wont work for that chipset and ram but you can try hacking toturial on YouTube on how to install and play mind you Google play will display incompatible device

As for the pes it will work am not sure of fastness although The new itel have good ram and optimization management am still not sure it will work very well a friend of mine using hot5 with 2gb ram still have lags .....am using itel s13 ..i love gaming you should try

Even that PES won't work on that device o. There's 80% probability it will end up displaying incorrect graphics on the field of play. Infinix Hot 6, Tecno Pouvoir 2 and some other similar devices struggle with that game.

As I come check data stats, I see mobile hot-spot...

The thing is my hot-spot isn't on, yet it's showing as having zapped over 300gb. I haven't even used something of that amount on data. I can't even find the app zapping this data.

That mobile hot-spot you're seeing is probably all these Xender, MiDrop and those similar apps you transfer files with. It doesn't really deduct from the data you bought (As long as you've disabled "Share Mobile Data" under settings in Xender.)
For the other apps listed there, it seems you browse with Chrome. The browser sometimes deduct about 15MB - 30MB for a single page you open sometimes
