I was just about to say the same thing. Very wicked and hateful lot. Leave out everything Tinubu suggested, including the State and communal policing we all agree is vital, to pick one suggestion and twist such to make it appear Tinubu supports Fulani inhabiting the South.

All that done to demonize the man before Nigerian.

I think Tinubu would be best served pushing for the separation of Nigeria. At least he would then leave a lasting legacy of being a founding father of Oduduwa Republic rather than suffer for Nigeria that is a nation of ethnocentric, hypocritical and wicked indicisuals plus two-faced ingrates and mischief-maker.

We are not all stupid, though we might be minority in the population..
For as long as they continue to increase the price of dollars, there will be no end in sight for fuel price hike even if prices remain same in the international market.

I'm not a sai-baba person, but here is some hard truth

You people like to say that GEJ kept fuel prices at N87....well it cost our economy more than N4 trillion over five years to keep prices that low.

Now, you want Buhari to do the same, and with revenue diminished from low oil prices too.....

I don't know for you Nigerians, but one thing I know...NNPC and government cannot be using money that could have been used for refineries to subsidise fuel to keep you people happy, while we get into more and more debt.

And by the way, GEJ wanted to stop all this by raising fuel prices from N65 to N140 in 2011, but you people told him no. So, here we are.

Deregulation, removal of subsidy completely is the answer. No wahala.
very unintelligent, reduce forex,or build or repair refineries, just reduce or eliminate fuel importation and see things become normal, prices will come down.
This is self inflicted hardship by a clueless or wicked government.

This order can not be enforced. Buhari himself knows this. It's just a distraction tactics, another futile way to placate Nigerians who are tired of the menace of herdsmen without the government appearing of doing nothing.
.
The order is like telling a neighborhood ravaged by cultists that the people should shoot any cultist they find with gun..lol. How is that realistic? How many cultist walk visibly with gun even though we all know they own guns. isn't such order ridiculous if that's the measure put in place to rid off cultism?
Another question is who are to shoot the cultist or criminals on sight? Is it the general populace who don't own or know how to shoot guns?
.
Is there any police or security outfit specifically designated to scan for cultist, or in this case , to scan the bush for herdsmen weilding AK47 in order to enforce this order? Do you expect herdsmen to brandish their AK47 in public space on hearing this order, cos we know police won't go to the bush to hunt for them..so how is it going to be enforced then?
.
Nigeria is just full of rubbish and deception. And some dull-brained citizens can't see through the lies and mere distraction of this order.
one is just ashamed of Nigerians the way they are easily deceived it's so easy for this buhari, despite his low level of education..He has perfected the art of taking Nigeria for a ride

PoliticsRe: Top 10 Nigerian Politicians Who Want To Be President In 2023 by surgical: 9:19am On Mar 04, 2021
Akathriel:
1.) Atiku: No way. There's nothing more dangerous than a desperate man who has nothing to lose. I know some sycophants around him must have been deceiving him with the story of Abraham Lincoln who endured a steady stream of failure & defeat before becoming the President of the "United States of Taliban" but unfortunately, this is Nigeria and not Amerika; besides - his records as the chairman of the National Council on Privatization during the Obasanjo administration has already given us a glimpse of what to expect from his Presidency.

2.) Tinubu: A bad product way worse than Atiku. A Drug dealing, blood drinking, heroine snorting traitor who won't hesitate to sell the entire Country for a measly pot of porridge. This Iragbiji bastard who exhumed, dusted, packaged & foisted the current "mistake" on us has never been remorseful for taking Nigeria 500years backward, but now aspires to be the President.

His inglorious witch of a wife: 3-term Senator.
His daughter: Iyaloja of Lagos State.
His son-in-law: Federal Rep Member.
His brother: Oando CEO (fronting for Tinubu).
His Cronies: Thieves, Corrupt Kings & Touts.
His son: Largest stakeholder in LCC and the impending Governor of Lagos State.

Is the Tinubu family the only family in Yorubaland? Even if he & his family members think they carry 20heads on their necks, we shall decapitate all of them.

Nigeria will go the way of Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia & Syria and then burn to ashes than to have Tinubu at the helm.

For those who may not have the indepth knowledge about the ugly & stinking personality of this rotten-teeth monster, I recommend Yinka Odumakin's article:

Portrait of the Tiger Ambode Rode.

A very long but interesting read.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/neusroom.com/portrait-of-the-tiger-ambode-rode-by-yinka-odumakin/amp/

3.) Bagudu: A close associate of Gen. Sani Abacha and the kingpin of Abacha's money-laundry schemes. In other words, Bagudu was the gasoline that ran Abacha's money-laundry engines. His fingerprints are everywhere that Abacha laundered money; and to think that this same Fulani Bastard is now the elected Governor of Kebbi State is beyond disbelief.

4.) Fayemi: A Fulani stooge and a traitor to the Yoruba people. This bastard was somewhere in the UK lecturing before he was called upon to come & contest as Governor in Ekiti State.

When he was made the Minister of Mines and Steel Development, charged with the duty of resuscitating the Ajaokuta Steel Industry, he was busy giving fake press conference on monthly basis about its concession and therefore ended as a failure.

The is the same bastard who, during his first tenure as Ekiti Governor, bought 50Million Naira mattresses for he & his stupid wife at the Government House.

5.) El-Rufai: The Terrorist-in-Chief.

You think Buhari is a tribalistic, nepotistic religious fanatic? Wait till you see El-Rufai in action. El-Rufai is Buhari raised to power hundred.

Remember Dr. Obadiah Mailafia's statement that "Repentant Terrorists Named One Northern Governor As Boko Haram Commander" ? Yes! You guessed right.

http://saharareporters.com/2020/08/11/repentant-terrorists-named-one-northern-governor-boko-haram-commander-says-former-cbn

To get a clear picture of El-Rufai's callousness; in 2018, he organized a peace meeting with the King of Adara Kingdom in Southern Kaduna, and on his way back home, the King, his wife and driver were abducted by El-Rufai's mercenaries known as Bandits.

The driver was allowed to go. The Bandits raped his wife in his presence before letting her go, and after collecting a ransom of 10Million Naira - Th King was brutally murdered.

That wasn't enough.

On hearing about the killing of their King, the elders and people of Adara Kingdom staged a huge protest.

And El-Rufai had them all arrested & imprisoned for a year without facing trials.

6.) Bakare: I don't need to say much about Tunde Bakare. His "double-tongued" reputation precedes him.

He was recently subtly campaigning for Tinubu after he had condemned & shaded him in the past.

In 2006, Bakare gave a prophesy that did not come to pass by prophesying (wrongly) that “Let me tell you the truth by the spirit of God, neither OBJ, Atiku, IBB and this tall one, Buhari are part of the new. They are part of the old that is decaying. That old one is passing away. The new is emerging and these ones are not part of that new.”

And after claiming that God’s Holy Spirit told him Muhammadu Buhari was part of Nigeria’s decaying past, this same Pastor Bakare went ahead to accept to be the running mate of the Muhammadu Buhari who was "not part of the new" in 2011.

7.) Amosun: There's just little difference between Amosun & Tinubu and that's the reason they do not get along. This Bastard and his predecessor (Gbenga Daniel) turned Ijebu-Ode into the den of Cultists.

8.) Umahi: No Igbo man will rule Nigeria simply because the only Geo-Political zone that will vote for an Igbo candidate is the South East. The handwriting is on the wall.

9.) Bello: I don't have to waste my precious time & energy on this bastard. Just read the article below.

Yahaya Bello: Five Years In Office, Five Years Of Humanitarian Disaster And Waste In Kogi State By Usman Okai Austin

http://saharareporters.com/2021/01/27/yahaya-bello-five-years-office-five-years-humanitarian-disaster-and-waste-kogi-state

10.) Nwajuiba: Same as Umahi.

SOLUTION: Rather than taking 10 steps forward and 2000 steps backward and running in endless circles every four years; the dissolution & balkanization of this entity called Nigeria will be the best decision made by the citizens.

But I'm afraid it will never be achieved through speeches and peaceful resolutions but ONLY by Iron & Blood.
you have a good knowledge of your country,if an average Nigerian can look at issues critically like this before making decisions, they will not fall for the vampire politicians who are just out to destroy their lives like buhari is doing but pretend to be Messiah.Good analysis you ve done here.

The ones in Nigeria are not even up to that. It is a fact that all the fulanis in West Africa are approximated to be 8million, a fraction of which are the ones without that born to rule mentality driven by domineering attitude, which the remaining rest do have, from hem their source based in Futa-Jalon/Toro where they spread out like the bedbugs they are to launch JIHADs on native people all across West Africa thinking it is their inheritance because god of miyetti-allah approved it in the religion of piss. Today, they are so lost that they have forgotten where their parasitic existence hail from which was originally from in India and Arabia.

The correct word is to deamalgamate and not to divide. Nigeria was forged into a fake existence by a British called Frederick Lugard and the name was suggested to him by his girlfriend called Flora Shaw. Your ethnic group or tribe has been existing on their ancestral for thousands of years before the British and Fulani Arabs came to mess every thing up, and the former ensured power reside with the latter so as to keep the native blacks perpetually underdeveloped which is what have been happening ever since they gave you guys that flag independent. All the greedy bastards from the middle belt to the South only care about their pockets while remaining blind to the grand scheme of events but they will all perish one day as they continue to ignorantly compromise the economy and wellbeing of their people thinking they are playing politics whereas its all to the course of the jihadists in govt.

Don't mind that ignoramus, he's most likely a fulani mongrel disguised as a southerners here to distract and cause confusion by stirring up battle between real southerners. If you're not a fulani mongrel, who made you one of their many pigheaded spokesmen here on Nairaland for you to know what they are mostly concerned about ?

Even the British and French that colonized many parts of Africa cannot make such a delusional claim as you pigheaded fulanis continue to do. All the conquered lands taken by the Romans in Europe, does it belong to them today? You people are just sick and high on cow dung. Europeans that brought westernism to West Africa are not making claim to our ancestral lands, it is some landless fulanis arabs and their black arab mongrels that are not even up to a half of all the Ijaw nation who are making claim. You have not even consolidate the weakening emirate structure your oligarch set up to subjugate the genuine natives of the northern regions, it is Ilorin, a city so ancient than all the whole of Arabia you're making claim to, all just because British-made Nigeria allows you and your landless pigheaded paymaster the opportunity to dream of completing the failed task Assman rapist Dan fodio.

Meaning? And so what ? You people love committing trash talks just to confuse yourself. Are you saying your landless fulani mongrels who never rent house or do things every normal humans does, should not be checked out of their host communities when they insist on committing crime against their people of their host communities as is the reality from then till date ? By the way, other tribes have integrated with each other all across this expired mere geographic expression called Nijeryia and none of the go about murdering, raping, ransoming, poisoning, terrorising, discriminating against everyone like you parasitic mongrels do in the north and also in the lands of your host communities, all in the name of jihad at all forms.

All of you here on Nairaland are just a bunch of silly fulani pigheads whom your paymasters consider to be the smartest brains at speeding confusion and disinformation. Trying to appeal to the Easterners while throwing condemning Westerners. You are not smart at all, the only thing you mongrels are smarter than is the pigs your bloodsucking religion hates so much. May 200 porks from a virgin pig fall on you and your evil paymasters using money stolen from out lands to sponsor islamism in West Africa. All of you taqqiya-using mongrels shall meet your doom soon as your plans continue to fail.

Ofcourse the point you made is absolutely a good one. What some of you southerners still don't get is that, anything these pigheads jihadist do is always strategically done to be only advantageous to the emirate north and always in disfavour of the southern economy. 80% of what Abuja rakes in from national revenue comes from the voluminous trades and commerce between east and west which is 20 times even more than the trading between the whole north and each of the southern regions of East and West respectively, so logically a sane government would have built a railway system that connects East and West since decided ago because thats where most IGR is been extracted from tax and various others needless impositions of levies and VATs but because these jihadists pigheads knew their days are numbered, they are using loaned money and funds borrowed from all over the world in the name of fixing crashed and failing so-called country in the names of the indigenous natives to build their fulanis empire that will crash before their next generation of bedbugs. Connecting railways from the south to north so that unchecked amount of heir vampiric race can swarm in to our ancestral lands in hordes to cause more damage. It is obviously a very a plan that anyone can see through.

Hey fulani mongrel, before you and your fellow bedbugs type any more nonsense here on Nairaland, to distract readers, thinking you are causing confusion, first point everyone here where your ancestral land is, yes in the African continent? Where is it ? If you can do that, then we will consider you as humans and not the animals you all continue to prove yourselvrs to be, by murdering natives all across the nation just to inspire fear. You are all cowards with no brain. Your population all over west africa isn't up up to a half of Bayelsa and yet you think you're fierce. Why not declare war once and for all and stop playing shadow games.

Every indigenous people are natives to their ancestral lands, and these ancestral lands belongs to various tribes of different ethnic group, and not to Nijeriya to which got expired in 2014, the only exception are you landless fulani black arab pigheads. Where is your ancestral land? Every one has, where is yours?

And dont you dare point to any region in the north because it is not your ancestral land, your pigheaded forefathers used jihad to supplant the original natives of those lands by using deceit and craftiness to destabilize their kingdoms, you ruined them by giving their ignorant tribal people a reason to rebel against the traditional monarchs of the once beautiful tribal society. Your pigheaded groundhitter labelled them Hausawa (bastards) and imposed arab political structure on them (emirate system). You know deep down that you landless arab fulanis and all the mongrelized descendants which you are one of, have your days numbered and that is why you are so scared of the deamalgamation of this expired mere geographic entity which your taqqiya-using pigheaded terrorists love to call Nijeriya. Why are you scared of the peaceful disintegration of fulageria ?

Is it not because you know no it will bring an end to all your scheming and manipulations which you have conveniently used to make them hate one another while using federal laws and policys to subjugate them, rendering them underdeveloped as it goes in line with jihad mission of the fulanis pighead sardauna who stated the resources of the infidel of the south should be used to sustain the emirate system imposed on the conquered people of the north, just as it favors the British too. You people don't know the kind of fire you're all blowing, better talk sense to your pidheaded masters before it is too late.

Nigeria cannot be better for as long as some landless elements continue to delude themselves that the resources of the south must be use to sustain the emirate system of the north. Believes corruption should reign for as long as the negative effects only affects the indeginious natives which is in line with the course of jihad.

Pighead, what's your concern as a fulani mongrel with the liberation matters of the south? Where is your ancestral land to begin with, where is your ancestral land in Africa you member of a landless parasitic pigrace of nomads who are always attempting to wipe out indigenous people out of their ancestral land as justified in your blood soaked religion of the miyetti-allah pigs. What's your concern with Ganiyu Adamu the half-Tapa, half-Fulani carpenter whom your paymasters discovered and gave instructions on how to render OPC from a non-violent group that was set up to defend the interest of the SouthWest to a violent one which earned the group the banning OBJ pronounced on them as Fulani oligarch of the north told him to do, and he did when he declared any OPC shoot at sight and many Yorubas who are members were murdered by the fulani controlled police force. The same Ganiyu Adamu who effectively infilitrated OPC and divided them into faction, went about killing innocent Hausa hustlers who the fulani have decieved to commit abomination acts that goes against the spiritual traditions of their host communities in order provoke crisis which they conveniently called tribal clashes. The same Ganiyu Adamu who is the Aare-ona-kakanfo is now been careful about this current agitations from various groups who are expressing their displeasure on how landless fulani black arabs are killing their people and you're inserting your pighead in a matter that doesn't concern you. Typing confusing words just to confuse readers and plant narrative for people to discuss a non-existig quarrel among Ganiyu Adamu and Sunday Igboho. Landless black arab mongrel, try again.

Nice try. Fulani black arab mongrels are not a tribe, fulanis are aliens from outside Africa they ho invaded our peaceful West Africa lands with jihads after decieving the native inhabitants they only came to preach a pissful religion like the Europeans later did with Crazystianity. Fulanis may have their Peol/fulfude language but usually assimilated cultures of those tribes they have mingled with as part of their bedbuggish plan to do evil. Fulanis don't ancestral land in Africa, they dont have a distinct culture that defines a genuine African. Their photos indicates cultural elements stolen from various Bokwai tribes they labelled Hauzawa, the fulanis in Senegal and Ghana can be seen in photos with elements of cultural identity that are only linked to the indigenous natives of those areas so what the pigshit do you mean by referring to your landless jihadists as tribe ?
if only southern leaders are as wise as you,it is this same shit you replied intelligently now the aggressors always throw at the nitwits and they will chicken out,i wonder how they found them worthy of being called leaders, they are the very reason their people are in bondage, especially the coward in Lagos with a presidential ambition.

These happenings are not ordinary.

"A good business man must know how to read the signs of times" says a wiseman

These unfortunate and cascading trend of events points to certain directions, two directions, 1. the government is scared of the bandits whom we understand are mercenaries, or 2. there is a grand plan to use these as a smokescreen for something more sinister to come.

If with all the resources at the President's disposal he cannot safeguard lives and properties, then there is certain doom courting the nation. Even the governors with alarming security votes, we should be seriously worried.

I just read the following post by someone from somewhere about Nigeria.

The President was informed.

The information got to him at 11:00pm on that fateful day.

He placed a call to the Deputy Governor of the State and told him tersely "... if by 10am the next morning, your sons in the Niger Delta do not release the hostages, grass shall not grow in that Region for the remaining part of my four years Presidency.. "

The deputy Governor went into the creeks that night to negotiate the release of the hostages.

They were released at 9:00am the next day.

They were Italians, British and French.

That President was Olusegun Obasanjo.

That deputy Governor was Goodluck Jonathan.

His boss, Gov. Diepreye Solomon Peters Alamieyesiegha was not in the country.

The State is Bayelsa State.

Power is called Power because it dictates strong leadership, and purposeful direction.

Not what is going on at this PMB's Government?

No strong leadership and political will...

Just leadership by press statements.
And they deceived us with this words 'He is a retired general,he will lead from the front' only to saddle the nation with a lame duck.
Such a shame

Great explanation here.

I would like to emphasize the subsidy removal aspect though...as it means fuel production at home becomes profitable...meaning more refineries to compete with Dangote which eventually means lower petrol prices by competition...and ability to export petrol even.
Dangote does not allow for competition,he is a pure monopolist,he doesn't have what it takes to compete,he uses state power to muzzle out his competitors

Dangote's refinery will definitely be a game changer for the Nigerian economy.

What a genius strategy. Imagine a scenario where other African countries would be looking for Nigerian Naira in order to purchase Nigerian Petroleum Products. It would increase the organic demand for our currency thereby boosting its value significantly.

This does not make sense. There is no way Dangote's petrol would be more expensive because not only has the issue of landing cost been eliminated since we're no longer importing, but the market has also been deregulated (which is why we suffer price hikes whenever price of crude or USD rises).

You're right about elimination of subsidy which will save us significant amounts of money, but even greater benefits would come from saving millions of USD daily that would have been wasted to import refined petrol (a whopping 41% of our forex saved); further boosting our foreign reserves and the value of the Naira. The multiplier benefits from job creation and development of allied industries to support the refinery and petrochemical plant are better imagined.

Finally, the disgraceful economic anomaly wherein the 6th largest oil producer in the world is one of the biggest importers of petrol from less endowed countries, and continuously suffers whenever crude prices rise instead of enjoying the largesse like fellow oil producers, will finally come to an end thanks to Dangote's refinery. I wish him the best and I'm excited for Nigeria.
oga dangote has never been rational,he has always been using his advantage to rip Nigerians off,his prices are usually not friendly, despite the concessions he usually get from our common patrimony, this will not be different,we ve seen it in cement, sugar, his product will not sell less than 200naira/litre

I don tire for these IPOBians sef. Always working a divisive angle whereas they only end up displaying lack of commonsense again and again every time they meddle in Yoruba affairs.

Tinubu is a premier Yoruba politician with an eye on the Presidency in 2023, running on the platform of the ruling Party, and deservedly so.

He cannot therefore openly associate with Igboho but that does not mean Tinubu is not in support of what Sunday Igboho is doing.

Of those supporting Igboho and his actions, there will be those Igboho can meet openly and many he can only meet or talk to secretly. Simple. Only IPOBians will pretend not to know the difference to shade Tinubu.
Abeg stop this, you can't fool anybody with this your tinubu tale,he is a coward,he is selfish and only looking out for himself,he doesn't have the attributes of a good leader but that of a con artist, buhari never hid his love for his people and his religion while he was seeking the presidency, that did not stop him from achieving his goal, infact it strengthen it,reason he always have 12m votes ready for him at every election from his people, because they trusted him,he always speak for them, example is his encounter with lam Adesina, but you can't say same for tinubu, where are the cows .
The Yorubas knows who to invest their hopes in,definetly not tinubu.
