It depends on the circumstance, in a good marriage the husband or wife should tell their spouse. However i've seen men who are so irresponsible and if they know their wife has money they will make sure they collect it and spend it on girls and booze. If she doesn't give him the money he'll start going around telling people how she's now arrogant because she has money and blah blah. Also some men have ego problems you'll be hearing how can she build a house before me, she's supposed to give me the money then i'll build the house for the family, when she's not a mumu People do what's best for their situation.
Can you imagine "they should work on building his own first since he's the head" If he's the head let him go and make money to build his own. So when a woman works hard and makes money she should not build a house because her husband hasn't or she should give him her own money to build his when she's not daft. So tomorrow when he marries another woman or throws her out what evidence will she have that it was her money. Even if that dosen't happen, which human being will be happy to work for money and then hand it over to another person to build his own house , when she's not the biggest mumu ever If you are a good husband she'll carry you along and build it in both your names if she knows you would do the same for her.

Bakes need milk till they are 1 year old, lots of milk. The food you are giving them is alien to them and they need time to adjust and learn the textures. The more you try and force them the more they resist. I even breastfed one of mine til 22 months and expressed for his twin till 14months. Thank God we have never been to hospital for more than immunization and a domestic accident. We only had 1 episode of diarrhea when we travelled to the village and they are over 3 now. The important thing is cleaning their bottles, do it yourself. If electricity is good at your end you can also use your microwave to sterilizer them every night before going to bed. Again never make milk in advance, measure the powder into the empty bottles and the keep hot water handy in a flask. If they just drink a little and you don't want to throw the rest away. change the teat to a new one and put in the fridge but make sure you don't reward it more than once and throw it away if it's more than 3 hours from when you first made it. All this while slowly introduce them to solids without a fuss. When they start eating you will be the one to shout they eat too much. Take this both from a health proffesional and an older mum. Here are the facts.
