Pls May 2007 i was refused Visitin Visa
to uk but i was given right to appeal
which my agent then said he did.

I sent mail to the embassy and the
reply i got last week was that my file
has been dismissed that i can apply on a fresh
ground now.

Does it mean dey av my details in dia system
or why was d appeal dismissed?
