You can't say developed with out a population to service the development. The people have to be working. Soo i'll add population,site seeing and economic turn over to my list.
Mind you we are talking of capitals.
1. Ikeja . Former capital/commercial/devlp on its own.
2. Kano . Religious/commercial.
3. Ibadan can not be rulled out. Largest city in west africa./ services the south west.weak infrastructure.
4.kaduna too many federal investment/military.
5. Port harcout. devlp on its own/oil companies/ commercial
6. Awka. Anambra. commercial.
7. Delta. Devp on its own/oil companies
8. Benin. devp on its own/mornacy/commercial/ a route.
9. Benue. Route/ agriculture
10. Katsina.

akwa ibom state is setting the pace for the rest of nigeria. there is no mega project in akwa ibom today whose prototype on paper departs from what has been translated on ground. Whether u wanna mention tha international airport, E-library, tertiary hospital, tropicana etc; none of them differ from their prototype. So i would NOT say u are living in the past, because you seem to have a typical nigerian metality, but rather i would say that you dont recognise the fact that akwa ibom had long been seperated from the rest of the nigerian nation!
