Drenimarcus: I would say both. Did you see what is left of the battalions? Ukrops are in a panic, been seeing lots of surrendering all morning. And there is already internal fighting between Porosheknko and Zelensky.
UPDATE: Russian and republican forces liberated the northern part of Krasny Liman
The allied forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Lugansk People's Republic occupied the northern part of the city of Krasny Liman.
Now even Ukrainian sources confirm the control of Russian military on Podstepnaya, Kazatskaya and Yubileynaya streets.
However, the allied forces advanced even further. Residents of the northern part of the city report that the Russian Armed Forces are checking documents there, which indicates that the Armed Forces of Ukraine were driven further south.
At least part of Krasny Liman is still under the control of the enemy. Residents publish a video from near the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in the southern part of the city, which has not yet been liberated by Russian military. Mahn! Chaos reign Supreme in Ukraine ryt now Liman is gone already But that very big bad news for Ukraine. Sloviansk will be open to direct attack and shelling The forces in Severedonesk has a little window to escape because if Lyman falls then it's all over for them. The road to Sloviansk will be cut off This is becoming more interesting |

If this is true I don't think Europe will be able to fully understand the implications....France and Germany needs to rein in Poland. Poland is just behaving like a wild rabid dog going on a lone charge against the bear expecting other dogs to follow in its lead But it's suicide It will plunge the whole of Europe into unfathomable crisis I just read that Zelensky personally request for polish troops to free Ukrianian forces on the Belarus border So, what happened to 700+k troops they've mobilized. |

Mironovsky(1 on the map) was taken by the fighters of the Wagner PMC. Regarding Mironovka(circle) they report the beginning of the cleansing. In general, it looks like the enemy, after the loss of Troitsky, began to pull out at least part of the forces from the Svetlodarsk arc, withdrawing them closer to Artemovsk.
To put this in perspective. This is south of Popasnaya Svitlodarsk to Artemovsk (Bakmut) is a direct road of 30km
This means approaching Artemovsk from 2 sides; The Svetlodarsk direction and the Soledar direction
The Battle for Bakmut is near

Battle has begun in Avdiivka
In the coming days Avdiivka and Marinka may be liberated by Russian and DPR troops
This will free DPR most elite forces to advance towards the West for the (First Decisive Geographical Point) Pokrovsk or advance North for Konstantinovka and subsequent Battle of Kramatorsk
Let's see how it unfolds

Drenimarcus: Borrell says EU military stocks are depleted due to aid to Ukraine . Gotta give it to Putin man, they prepared for all this. Russia is showing other countries how to counter the Evil Empire. Drenimarcus: Is it me or it seems all the EU leaders and subordinates are all swaying to one side? I know they all been bought, but it just pathetic to see how easily they make decisions at the detriment of their citizens.
Residents of Swedish Gothenburg came out to a mass rally against the country's accession to NATO: the protesters believe that the Swedish authorities act wrongly in taking the decision to join the North Atlantic Alliance. I dont understand how these European leaders reason Most of them that are actively against Russia has big problems in their backyard Estonia for instance has nar.va, the whole Ida.viru region in Estonia has over 400k Russian speakers For a country of 1.3 million....that's over 25% and the best thing is that this place is in eastern Estonia at Russia border But see how loud they are with anti Russian rhetoric....even to point of threatening to close border with Russia |

I dont know if Maya Sandu is being ambitious or stupid
Moldova needs Russia to survive. Common gas dem no fit pay for but the EU they run to want to create another EU for losers that will include Ukriane, Georgia also.
Well, Moldovan politicians are warming up for her. Continue frolicking with the West at the detriment of your people and see what awaits you
Gaugazia has given her government stern warning about their European ambition that it will breakaway
I wonder if Chisinau(Moldova) can fight both Tiraspol (Transnistria) and Comrat(Gaugazia) at the same time
Bad leadership is killing this people and they blame it on Russia |

That surrender of Azovstal was a huge blow to morale. The media too did not help, they made it look like the Ukrainians could hold Azovstal for as long as the war last Russian forces are currently advancing on Liman now. If they take Liman today then expect shelling of Sloviansk tomorrow

There have been too many force concentration on that small town and for too long
Strategic implications of taking Vladimirovka; It will open up the road leading to Marinka from a northwesterly approach
The Ukrainian 54th mechanized brigade is holed up in Marinka

Svlla? What do you think? Good Earlier the LPR and Russian troops liberated Novoselovka Now DPR and Russian troops liberating Vladimirovka That's not good for Ukrainian forces at Marinka. DPR Sparta battalion has been having difficulty breaking the Ukrainian line at Marinka, If the Russian troops are now at Vladimirovka then it's only a matter of time before the only Ukrainian fortified town in South of Donetsk city is liberated |

History555: From a military point of view it makes no sense. If u exchange azov Nazis for one politician they will go back to fighting. Putin can't make such mistake. Rather exchange the caputured us admiral and Canadian General for the politician. Like for like You're absolutely correct. Those Azov are hard-core fighters and ultra nationalist. If there will be an exchange for them(which i doubt) that will be later, much later towards the end of hostilities It is the wounded and those that have lost limbs and are incapable of fighting that the Russians will be quick to exchange. Why give your enemies its fighters back after you've worked so hard to capture them, that will demoralize your troops |

I guess the high ranking Russian negotiator had a private meeting with you about this right?
Your idiocy keeps on escalating as you mouth off assumptions with so much stupid authority Seeing that you're the one who opened a thread about Prisoner exchanges with medvedchuk. Igbofam: Well the Russian high ranking negotiator says it's a possibility they are willing to consider.
Perhaps for a few but not all (my opinion).
In war Prisoner exchanges are common place. So if there is anything of high value to the Russians they would be offered that. Someone like Medvedchuk who is the Godfather to one of Putin's kids and super close to him is a high value prisoner Stop talking nonsense Prisoner exchanges can work for Ukrainian marines captured at azovstal not Azov Nazis Those Azov nazis will be tried and jailed. Assuming they escape the death sentence in DPR They will be shipped off like unwanted cargo to Siberia where they will work their as.ses out breaking ice I hear there is a new Russian city being planned in the far east and they need semi-humans like Bandera Azov pigs to break the ice there |

Drenimarcus: Russian troops have practically cut off the supply of the Ukrainian group in Severodonetsk! - confirmed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the spot
"They blew up one of the bridges where weapons were supplied, this ammunition was intended for Severodonetsk, the second bridge was under heavy shelling," the Ukrainian militant says.
What do you think Svlla? Yea, I read they blow up the bridge linking Lisichansk to Severedonesk, that's bad for the Ukrainians. Practically isolating the units in Severodonetsk is a disaster for Ukriane. Expect heavy Artillery fire on Severedonesk in the coming days but we are talking about 10,000 strong garrison in these area. This is a huge disaster mahn! Those units should have been withdrawn to Sloviansk but Ukrainian military leadership will see it as losing ground to the enemy. Now not only have they been cut off from the south, they've lost the road to the west at Bilohorivka-Rubezhnoye and Russians are pushing from the east and north. A complete military operation disaster for Ukraine |
