Igbofam:So you're saying the Russians do not control Izium and Rubezhnoye....mahn, you're clueless A simple Wikipedia search will help you....am done with you. There's no hope for you in the distant future
|
Igbofam:Same Forbes news Am wasting my time arguing with you You don't know anything if you think Ukraine will be able to shell Izium from wherever they are at kharkiv See what your western BBC has to say. Look at the map and see the distance. Like I said unless Ukraine is able to take some settlement south of Kharkiv currently held by Russian forces they won't be able to have an effective range on Izium. Russian forces are operating from Izyum to envelop the Ukrainians at Donbas No amount of propaganda can change reality on ground. Am surprised you're not talking of Ukrainian heroes evacuated from mauripol ![]() Irredeemable dun.ce
|
Igbofam:Na so approach IziumAnd them never take one village |
Russian forces just recaptured Ternovoe village in Kharkiv area that Ukriane took and celebrated that its forces are at Russian border. It's time Ukraine use that big gun their daddy Igbofam bought for them ![]() |
Igbofam:You say wetin ![]() Nothing you Sabi ![]() Distance from Donbas to Izium is 188km which is 116 miles. Ukrainian ground firepower does not cover such distance. ode ![]() From Izium town to Barvinkove by road na 40km, to Sloviansk 50km talkless of Southern Izium where Russian forces concentrate that's 2/3(12km) of the distance Barvinkove-Sloviansk-Kramatorsk where Ukrainian forces concentrate south of izium is within 5-10 km of contact with Russian forces advancing from Izium Even Ukrainian forces at Lisichansk are within 40km operational range with Russian forces from Izium Kharkiv to Izium who tell you say they can hit Izium from Kharkiv that's over 120km. Na missiles dem wan use. You dey reason like toddler....Izium town is 120km from Kharkiv which is out of operational range of most Artillery fire You're just plain stupid
|
So their guns were not in range of Izium before? Are you telling me that with over 60k troops and 40k terrodefence operating in Donbass they don't have guns in range of Izium? @Igbofam your brain should be used for fowl feed ![]() BTW Ukraine has all sort of guns in their theatre of Operation in Donbas, South of Izium is also part of the theater |
VictorUSA:I modified that post. Read it again |
VictorUSA:1. it is strategically located at Europe and Asia being the gateway to the Muslim world and also to Asia as from Asia to Europe. 2. It has the largest Army in Nato after the US. Which is very important in the case of conventional war 3. It controls the Dardanelles and Bosphorus strait, giving access to Black sea Nato nations and ensuring Nato's presence in the strategically important Black sea. Without Turkey Black sea(Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia) nations will not have access to the world 4. It has strong influence in the Balkan. Infact the strongest influence in the Balkan before Russia and US. If Nato aspires to have all the Balkans under its military alliance umbrella then they must never cross Turkey 5. Gas pipeline from gas-rich Eurasia to gas-dependent EU nations (Nato's political wing) that does not pass through Russia must pass through Turkey. Infact Turkey is the only conduit for gas and oil transport to Europe apart from Russia 6. Turkey is Nato's channel to the middle east and Islamic world Turkey is too big a fish and is Vital to Nato. What does the Scandinavian Finland and Sweden has to contribute other than Ice and Forest |
VictorUSA:Regime change in Turkey? What are you smoking son? The last attempt did not even come close and you think now is the time for US to try again Turkey is too strategically placed to be toyed with. Saying Turkey is 10× more important to NATO than the combine Sweden and Finland is to put it mildly. Turkey is 100× more important to Both Nato and Russia than all of the Nordic Nations Nato bench warmers |
Hanibbal:How can they take back mauripol that's deep in enemy territory. How will they support that force and from where without taking the outlying areas surrounding mariupol. Hannibal (Barca) you suppose be father of strategy ooo. Make them no try anything like the battle of cannae where over 50,000 soldier was lost in a single day's battle ![]() |
Drenimarcus:Yea, I saw that earlier today Which other better place to test new weapons than in actual battle. this conflict in Ukriane could have been avoided, now a country of 40million is used as weapon systems testing ground |
OhMyG0d:That will make the Patriot MiM-104 a target for Russian missile Imagine the irony of ADS being hit by air target ![]() That will de-market the Patriot system and all US Air defence systems further. It will make the Saudi experience a child's play |
No need to think far The Secretary of Defence and Pentagon Boss; Oga Llyod don call his Russian Counterpart Shoigu 2 days ago about the matter. So am not surprised to see US top military personnels being captured in Ukriane NB: last time US and Russia defence chiefs spoke was in February, 2 weeks before the invasion. |
Teazerr4:Lol, I no even bother read the content just the heading alone is enough for me ![]() As usual na those fake news source |
The same Russia that has been ferrying US cosmonauts from space since time immemorial ![]() US stranded cosmonaut was rescue from space by Russian this year April: of recent memory The Astronaut should have been abandoned in space with a broom stick so he can he breath in vacuum.....nonsense ![]() No one comes close to Russia in Rocket technology NB there's no point reading the whole write-up The heading is sufficient to tell you that OP(@Igbofam) has decomposed agidi in his head instead of brain cells |
railone: ![]() If that is all you have to say then this conversation has come to a natural end; Good bye |
railone:Dumb people are best described with incoherent rambling without making a point I know what am about to say won't sink in as dumb people are know to have coconut head but then I will say it anyway In all of Bulgaria government agencies there's no intelligent being if they think they can get gas cheaper from US than Russia So now you can hit your head on concrete or go jerk off you Bulgarian white overlords elongated shaft and swallow their c.u*m |
railone:Maybe there's no intelligent person in Bulgaria government agencies. Or is there no intelligent person in Nigeria government agencies despite all her political and economic blunders It's possible I know more than they do so Yes. Who told you a white man is more intelligent than you simply because he's white or European? Some of us black people still need another independence from mental slave and neocolonialism |
okeysoninv: how are they going to do thatGo to war with Russia? BTW the whole exclave itself is a fort and may house nuclear weapons in the future German can try though |
Maybe they will have to expunge Russian Kaliningrad from the map for it to become Nato sea |
baralatie:Mahn! That guy na absolute Dunce. Those kind news are for PR and they hold no ground in reality at all |
plaindealer:Stop talking nonsense At most US can only give more 20BCM of gas to Europe even at the risk of creating more energy crisis at home and abandoning its traditional gas export destination partner like Japan, South Korea. What is 20BCM compare to over 140BCM the Russians export to Europe through pipeline alone. If you're any good in simple basic school mathematics you will not have difficulty adding up the figures. So now tell me how many of this nations US want to give gas, ehn! Poland? Czech? Slovakia? Romania? Greece? Bulgaria? Or the Baltic nations? The truth is US can't even spare 20BCM without neglecting 2 or more export destinations entirely, triggering a dangerous global energy crisis worse than what we have. If you think gas is that surplus then why are we buying it over 700naira/Kg here in Nigeria.....twice the amount it was last year by this time. BTW, I don reply your thread about Finland NATO ambition, oya rush go check abi make I still post am here for you
|
Igbofam:You're still the same idiot contradicting yourself by saying that they are shoring up gas from Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan gas gets to Europe via turkey Trans Anatolia pipeline, does not tell you something? Now Dunce take a seat and educate yourself; 1. Azerbaijan is not going to increase its gas export to Europe because it doesn't have the immediate capacity to do so even if it wants to. Take it or leave it, Europe is stuck with Russia gas (something that UAE can't do is want Azeri want to do with how many BCM of gas )2. US gets most of its crude and energy related resources through hydraulic fracturing which is expensive. Now add to additional cost of transportation over thousands of nautical miles There's no cheap gas for Europe anywhere else and Bulgaria is in deep shit I will advice you look up the actual cost of gas from Russia and US for your self education. You're just reacting to sensational headlines and your typical wearing your hearts on your sleeve kinda reaction. The reality on ground is too uncomfortable for you, must be the reason why you embarrassingly shy away from the truth. |
The same Bulgaria that has been blocking Energy related Sanctions in the EU BTW US don't have cheap gas where Russia gas is concern No need reading this. Just the heading will do @Igbofam sometimes I wonder what you have in place of brain cells in you head |
plaindealer:Barely 24hours after Finland application and look at what Turkey has to say Earlier Czech said it made no sense to admit Finland because of its proximity to St Petersburg (Russia) This is just application phase, wait when NATO begin to formally process Finland request and see other NATO members object it. You think they are without sense like you that thinks with your anus Let me remind you. All 30 nations must agree and adopt this new members as allies both in their respective legislative bodies, unanimously before the new members will be admitted. Next time instead of being in your feelings you should try employ some critical thinking of cause and effect before rushing off shamelessly in your celebration garment.
|
Ukraine continue their daredevil stunts on the snake island despite losing men and equipments each time Expect a battle for Zmiiny (snake) Island in the coming days |
plaindealer:I thought you're an intelligent person So you don't know that all 30 nations need to accommodate this new members in their respective parliament or legislative bodies It's a lengthy process and won't be a walk in the park considering that they have to factor current security situation in Europe If you think these people react with emotions just the way most of you on Nairaland does then you must have your head where your AR.se is suppose to be |
BritishNaija:Impressive! But my physics is good if you really want us to talk about radar technology ![]() |
seunny4lif:True They are now calling for the evacuation of civilians from Nikolaiv Just like they did in donbass before the commencement of the battle for donbass Nikolaiv, then Odessa |
BritishNaija:You've worked on radar projects....wow! I like to know what project you've worked on and maybe we can work on similar or related projects together I'm a Physicist who is current going for his 2nd postgraduate; PhD on Energy physics and military infrastructures. Different programs tho, let's not get into details. like I said earlier, stealth technology is being improved on and there's massive work on-going but what we have no doesn't pass for stealth absolutely. I could bore you with research papers and materials of you're up for it. |
BritishNaija:You're wrong. Modern stealth, which I call 'not stealth yet' operate at a vertical range that gives air defence enough reaction time. No need putting out too much details you can Google it. Whether it's missiles or unguided bomb, modern stealth jet must sacrifice its stealth for locking and launching on target and must operate in a safe vertical distance to evade ground and sea base radars and Airborne (AWAC) systems before firing on target. All the nation's you mentioned are still working on their stealth technology and as long as they continue to use current engine type without serious technology advancements in these areas then they must give off readable radar signature at some point. Do your research mahn so we won't argue back and forth. Modern stealth now are best used for nuclear carrying missiles and not to venture into hot zones for combat otherwise the over $100million dollars jet will be used for target practice for AA missiles that don't event cost more than $50k |
