Odili and Jonathan wife is

Jonathan's wife handed wike to odili said sir make him governor and he did

If wike decides to fight fubara... Where would he get support from?

96% of his loyalist would leave him instantly
Rivers governor is too powerful for anyone to fight unless the president has special interest in the case, very special interest

It's obvious you have no response to the clearly outlined questions I put to you.

Wike or Jonathan?
Wike is no body without Jonathan n odili plus he was popular with his people then

Ameachi was seen as working against the people's choice Jonathan... Wike was used as an instrument of justice

In rivers the respect is to the office not to the person

You're going technical and I'll respond by saying Nobody is anybody without somebody.

Did Wike force Amaechi (as a sitting governor) out of PDP or not?

Was Amaechi able to install a successor as an outgoing governor?

Did Wike trash Amaechi (as a sitting governor) and his candidate at the polls to emerge governor in 2015 or not?

Did Wike rubbish Amaechi and APC at the court and trash his adopted Candidate (Lulu-Briggs of Accord party) at the polls in 2019 to win a second term or not?

Don't be ignorant. He fought as Amaechi when he (Amaechi) was sitting Governor and won.

You are right. Its just that cultism has seeped into every facet of the country, imagine condemning cultism but welcoming Davido, Burna boy, Wizkid and their ideals into our homes via the media! It is a case of not eating dog meat but using our teeth to cut a piece for others. We are just confused. The NBM, Norsmen, Sealords, Aviary, Legions, Seadogs and others have their members in doctors, lawyers, lecturers and even in the military. So how do you tell a new lecturer in a department riddled with norsemen to say no to cultism? This is the most followed and monitored thread on nairaland, any post that is revealing might land the op in grave danger! So, do not blame anyone for blurring the line between saying no to cultism and narrating the exploits of cultists. We only hope it dies out naturaly

It’s not a blame thing per se but more of an observation.

Our narratives can be made to clearly define what we’re all about here as against presenting the stories like heroic exploits.

I’ve been reading alot of comments about which frat is more brutal or rugged. I’ll tell you for free and without any fear of contradictions that ruggedity is personal and not a function of frat OT. I’ll share two random experiences of different events and leave you guys to draw conclusions.

1. A war broke out between SEC and NBM in a residential neighborhood (not a campus). It was more of mindless killings between family friends, childhood friends and neighbors. A peace talk was initiated and attended by heirachy of both frats. Concessions and compromises were reached and they all ‘broke Kola’, shared hot drinks and shook hands.

After every, two birds who attended the meeting were on their way home when they sighted some NBM guys who were together with them earlier. They approached them with the itention to shake hands and continue on their way. The first guy to take the hand shake was grabbed at the wrist and belt and promptly dropped. The second one was able to escape and ran. He was pursued, caught and also surmarily executed. All these happened in broad daylight!

The peace meeting was initiated by the Same guys doing the killing ostensibly to draw their opponents out of hiding.

The two guys killed were no small fries. They were both experienced and battle tested elebes. Alas, All the ruggedity and otums didn’t save them when the grim ripper came calling.

2. A particular bird boy saw a dreaded axman he knew from his former school. Same guy was one of the reasons he had to run away and abandon his studies in that school. He called his Ibaka and reported the sighting. He was mandated to keep an on the prey and make sure he monitors all his doings.

The axman suddenly received a phone call but he couldn’t hear the conversation. The elebe became agitated himself as he felt he might have been counter spotted too. He couldn’t wait for his guys anymore and felt he had to do something. You'll assume the logical thing to do was for him to leave the place as he’s your average cool headed, happy go lucky guy. Instead, he didn’t know what came over him but he picked a huge stone and cracked the axman’s skull open right where he sat. He had to run from the second school and couldn’t return home as he his cover was blown and he was casted. Last I heard, He’s still on the run till now without any bearing as he can’t stay in a place for than 6-8 months. Note, that this incident happened about 10years ago. If you think it’s long enough for the incident to have been forgotten, refer to a post from a moniker many pages back about an incident at Unical that led to the death of the SUG vp. Immediately he posted, one or two axmen came crawling out of nowhere to ‘chook him voice’ and he deactivated immediately. I responded to one of the monikers and he also deactivated instantly. That incident happened about 8years ago or thereabouts.

For those who think cultism is joke or something physical, this guy never killed anyone before this incident and he was the least person anyone will assume could pull a ‘hit’ even with a gun from afar.

Lemme say at this point that what we refer to as ruggedity is actually a demonic possession that can happen in an instant or can be a dominant factor in a person’s existence.

I’ve lived and rolled with all categories of cultist and I’ll say No one frat is superior to the other in ruggedity.

It’ll be so hard to eradicate cultism as it were and even if it happens, the vacuum created will certainly be filled with some other type of violence inclined associations. Two incidents made me draw this conclusion.

I remember sitting with a flying IBK one evening and a young buy of about 13/14 years came around. He stayed for a while, ran a few errands then left. My friend told me when he left that the boy has been pestering him to blend. But his conscience is holding him back from doing it because he feels for the boys mother. She has only twin sons (he’s a twin) and fries akara with no husband. She even invites him to help discipline them sometimes. The boy even steals her money to buy him hot drinks till he stopped him by not accepting them anymore.

Second one happened at mafoluku/Ishodi in a place called agbole. A young boy of teen age was talking to his older cousin and complaining bitterly about how they always leave him behind when going for street to street turf wars. That he’s capable enough now but they don’t believe. Then he started talking about battle strategies in street fight lol. On further prompting, he gave vivid descriptions in full details.

He said when they’re going out, he’ll have his pump action gun and position at the rear while the guys with bottles, cudgels, cutlasses and etc go in front. He went further to say pulling up at the rear was not cowardice but a strategy to give him room to map the pointman of their opponent without being hurt.

As soon as he identifies him, he’ll ‘light’ him right away and make sure he hits him on the head or heart to kill him instantly or inflict maximum damage because the gun can only fire one at a time. Most if not all of his guys will have run for their own safety once their main man is down. All these he said in Yoruba which gives a more graphical illustration.

As things stand now, it’s all man for himself. Keep your children and wards safe from bad or negative influences and hope for the best.

Like other commentators have said, let every man make his peace his own way.

I wouldn’t drop the pen without advising everyone (readers and contributors alike) to be careful with comments here and responding to NL pms generally.

It’s a clear sight to the blind and audible sound to the deaf that the sharks are gathering.

Putting the level of misguided and disillusioned youth we have in our country roaming aimlessly about in perspective, when people say “for every bird you pluck I’ll hatch xyz number of eggs” or “for every man you drop I’ll blend xyz” and other similar senseless talks: they’re not telling lies or fables. Careless young blood plenty waiting to be used as tools in the hands of the devil. If you think I’m wrong, make efforts at finding out the bunch of kids between the ages of 8 - 13 referred to as “cry your cry”. You can find them in every slum across Nigeria.

Some people are referencing general friendships among youths as a basis for zero cultism and cult activities in a particular area- are you not aware that wars have broken out in places like football fields, accommodation hostels (on and off K), bars, facaulty, department, lecture halls, banks, canteen, ATM, motor park and etc? You mostly never get to hear the end result of that tiny incident that started in your presence. Na the scores go count for everybody ear.

I’ve always maintained the fact that you can be whatever you want (even a no-nonsense person that can’t be taken for a ride) without being a cultist and there’s no gain in cultisim. Some other persons have also called out this facts but not one of our weekly circus idiots have countered this claim directly or otherwise.

Let me pause here...

I was speaking for LAUTECH between 2001 - 2007. Like I said, I'm not sure of now because I heard a certain Eiye guy, Tigana was killed afterwards but then the greatest and most dreaded association on campus was SACS . Their tactics then was after you must have retaliated the slap back, then they would come in group. The one you had issues with will be raking and threatening fire but once you mention the name of anybody in SACS, his gang members would suddenly turn peacemakers, you know the typical Nigerian police style where one will be acting calm and another acting tough. Dem no dey even fight themselves. Na LAUTECH I see say all cult groups dey roll and drink together. Dem no gain anything than to be running up and down for SACS guys. I wonder if na jazz those SACS guys dey use. They would be slapping so called cultists round the school even their leaders

This was one post I saw that depicts dreamy fantasies... Let no one bother with a response irrespective of your agreement or otherwise.

Asaba is not boiling anything. The non-cultists will go about their normal activities, have fun and enjoy themselves while those who are cultists run up and down in panic like rats whose tails have been set on fire.
A few people will die. They won't be mourned for long. You know why? They mostly only constituted nuisance to the society when they were alive.
"Pooh!" A gunshot will ringout. A body falls in the street. People run, albeit temporarily. After a few hours, the police shows up to evacuate the dead body now properly engaged in the process of rigor-mortis.
People return back to business, opening shops and lighting the fires back for their abacha stoves to roast corn.
In a far distance, a mother spanks her 5 year old son who has forgotten to return back to his doorstep after playing with other kids. "You want to be like all those bad boys abi?" She yells as she spanks him some more. "No be me you go kill. C'mon sit down there!" As she drags him to sit in one place.
Business is back to usual with the occasional gist about the person who got shot and how these boys no get sense.

In a bunker somewhere, are clustered visibly shaken young men, smoking hemp. "Aro Danger Master don go overboard o. May the gates of Valhalla be closed to us." They all make varying statements mostly vowing revenge, meanwhile deep down, most are scared shitless and are looking for a way not to be picked as members of the next hit-squad going for revenge in a never -ending war over a reason they can't really pin-point.
All these while, there's an argument between the police and the mortuary attendant over accommodating the dead body of the guy who just got shot in the head. The family hasn't shown up yet and sure as hell, non of his fellow cult members has turned up to even say they know him. They are all somewhere busy drinking squadron and chanting, "Aro sorry o. We no know."
While all these happen, the rest of society just goes on with their normal lives. Next Saturday, Cynthia will get married, Uche's birthday party will hold, and Late Chief Ambrose will be laid to rest - a proper burial for a man who had lived a productive life to a ripe old age, gaining the respect of society and training his five children through University.
The cult war is but a distant undertone. A battle between the lowest lives in the society. These deaths a case of evil canceling out evil for the betterment of society. A war started probably by a fight over a worn out prostìtute. A waste of time and souls.
Then peace talks will hold and all those lives lost, forgotten. Aro Danger Master only remembered by his Marine and no other. They didn't even take notice of the war in Asaba, all too busy fighting theirs in their various states to be concerned about one sailor who had gone to be with Odin.
Aro Danger Master, Norwish Michael Obunneme would have been married in the next 5 years and seen his first daughter crawl, walk, graduate and get married in this very Asaba if only he had resisted the urge to join a cult.
Alas! Here he lies on a pale bed at the entrance of a mortuary, unattended as the voices of the policemen and hospital attendants arguing in the distance begin to fade.

Say no to cultism.

I have to quote this... Even if I don’t drop any other comment on the post, I just have to quote this!

The point is , even if they raided the place and all the Jews who don’t know the books and crannies escape while the point 1 and 2 are caught , then there is an explanation for it.

I don’t believe that.

Igbo or coccaine inside the person’s body system? If yes, I’ll also ask the persons how it got ‘used’ into them.

the problem of a Blackman will always be linked to a black man..

history as always proved this... take a look at the country and its youth and you will not be short of disappointment

kids who don't know how to take care of themselves are now in cults on street and they are encouraged by their leader to show ruggedity... e for interest me to join cult if they actually had a goal like they decide enough is enough and all head to sambisa with their pistols and all to take back the north from terrorist and liberate the black race from oppression...

or if they had to donate a certain a amount every month and the money was used to educate underprivileged kids into a well rounded adulthood..

or if they came together to research break through in science or technology art business that is how to liberate the Blackman from oppression...

my opinion is ..even this thread as much as it seems to be heading positively ... it is still infested with a lot of cult die hards who only are here to enjoy a little nostalgia ...

I never was a cultist, I never felt the need to belong ... and I think that is why I can see the trees from the forest ... almost every campus has humongous sign boards talking about say no to cultism and ... still you all joined and are still lowkey members till date Cus from my understanding you can't just leave cult.

my point is besides educating the youth on cultism and teaching JEWs like me the slangs and language of cultist ( which in my opinion is like a brochure to browse and see which group is most rugedidestliestly ruggedddddddddddddd kai. and which group like to fight pass and a couple jerk offs to nostalgia in a claim to say no to cultism "wink"wink it will be nice to see the tread change from nostalgic storytelling to ward off boredome on a good day and to excite the minds of kids who want to hear strongman story

to a list of things that can accomplish the following

1. what to do if you are being forced to become a cultist
2 what to do if you are being obtained by cultist
3. how to identify a cultist and stay clear
4. is there a proper channel to report any form of oppression by cultist and how?
5. is there a database for identified cultist and shouldn't there be?
6. what is the best way to renounce cultism without repercussions
7. can the oat taken be broken and how
8. what has cultism brought positively Africa( Nada.. zero.. nothing..only sorrow blood and tears ..the regular trade mark)
9. is it OK to repent and you will be free .. how to Muslims fair in this do they have to repent to Jesus too?
10. algorithm for way forward

these barely scratches the surface but I feel instead of how strong name BINGO was dropped beside school gate at Mandingo street in Jerusalem by 8 Fokboiz in a rainbow private jet on a lukewarm afternoon and how spaghetti and ofe nsala was coming out of his head as men echo " who mumu" and men reply " na we " and then 17 AKPU men disembarked from their okada with local made pistol to come and return the killing of bingo with then they capture the guy who killed bingo and the fokboi started crying and ogogoro was pouring from his eyes but the akpumen just us the pistol on him ...note he was very strong .. because he has jazz for iron so bullet can't enter him so they used chicken feather to hit him on his left scrotum and then he now ded and after he ded he now was entered into the book of strong men while his pretty wife was off to her lover for good .. end of story ..exiting to read but holds no solid reformative qualities .. I have followed this thread from day uno and still breeze by time to time to see who has been jizzing on here lately .. I know it has its benefits but in my opinion let them be deep and longlasting not just stories that touch ...

I humbly put my pen down as my mind on the matter has been empty ..

I want to ask a question tho.. if someone has a tatto of Africa on his body can he mistaken for a cultist ? especially by police ..because I got one when I was really young in Ibadan it was a trend then and every one was getting one to show they had the latest from Yankee but recently I have grown and in my age I suddenly have a question growing in my head that if I was seen with this Africa tatoo won't that be a sign for open season?

well good morning yall

The gory tales serve a purpose of calling out succinctly (in black and white) the potential risk of dying horribly as a cultist irrespective of the outlook or public opinion about the frat.

It also serves as a conduit or outlet to some repentant persons who feel that sharing their experiences will help get the weight off their chests and serve as a pointer to the first point I made.

I wake up and I fall sick for 2 weeks . The last dream I had when they came, it was my boy who woke me up before they tired the chain round my neck.

I have traced this and this is happening as a result of the charms I did especially the padlock charm .

My name is always called into the charm to make it effective . I prepare the charm in a black nylon . I have been battling with deliverance .

same old lines of asking cultist to denounce. once a cult member always a cult member. dont deceive yourself or people reading this. denouncing a secret cult in naija is the worst thing anyone can ever do. i wrote it before and i will quote it again here. lets say u a a member of svc or aye and all other cults know u are a member of that particular cult, dont you know that even after you denounce it, the other rival cult will never know u denounced it and if there is a hit, they will come for you? do u guys even think before you type? so if you are a vikings and u denounce and vikings and ban have an issue and they come for you, you will tell them that, hey please i denounced vikings years ago oooo. please dont kill me i am no more a member. does that even make sense? you are better off remaining a cultist than denouncing because once you do you loose security consciousness and u are likely to be killed anytime. i always tell people that there are some mistakes that can never be corrected. JOINING A CULT AND PARTAKING IN HITS AND KILLINGS IS A MISTAKE THAT CAN NEVER BE CORRECTED. people think they can denounce it, run to a country abroad etc. they forget that presently these bastards have taken their shittt abroad. here in europe, it is so open that you wonder if these people actually know what they came here to do

There is no mistake that can’t be corrected. Once you’re out of the confinement of school environment, repent genuinely, change you’re circle and avoid all old habits, friendships & acquaintances then there’s hope of coming through.

I know a number of ex cultist who have mended their ways and made peace with God. They publicly speak to teens and youths on their past experiences with emphasis on the negative effects it had on their lives and those of people they know closely.

It’s not until they take the risk of renouncing publicly in the same area they committed all such attrocities. There are many ways to skin a cat.

i read a thread on nairaland where one scumbag was contemplating abortion.
there is no difference between these killer cultist and these hoes that open their legs to Bleep and when pikin come u kill the pikin in the name of abortion. all girls reading this that have commited abortion and guys that have asked their gfs to commit abortion , all of u are killers like the cultist. see dont even quote me to defend your reason for askingher to comit abortion or quote me to tell me why u are commit abortion because listening to you is like listening to a useless cultist that trys to tell me why he killed angry angry

Classic example of barking up the wrong tree... you apparently missed your way. Kindly retrace your steps.
