Hello everyone, please I need some assistance
My story goes thus.

My husband relocated to the UK Feb 2023 on a health and care worker visa. however his sponsors license was revoked in March, so we couldn't follow him as intended. (We never applied for our visas yet at that time in 2023)

Home office miraculously never gave him 60 days to leave. And God has also blessed him with another COS last month. He applied for his new visa and changed his employer. His Visa came out yesterday.

Now we want to apply.

1. Please what documents can I use as dependant spouse (will I need a bank statement, seeing that he hasn't been living in Nigeria since? Also even while living in the UK he has just been managing because he could only work for 20hrs so he doesn't have much funds in his account)
(He's new sponsor ticked maintenance for him and dependants)
In the New COS)

2. For the kids we have 2 boys together and he originally declared them in his first applications.

3. Also He had a daughter before our marriage who is 16 years old and he didn't declare her initially in his first application in 2023. But he added her as his dependant in the new application. (We intend for her to come with us because we know it's a huge opportunity for us all, but we don't have any family pictures together (that's with my husband's 16 year old daughter) due to distance as she has always been living with her mom and it's very far, but she started living with me and a the boys 4 months ago)

Please what documents will we need for her. we all bear the same surname.

4. For our TB tests please is there any other approved facility asides IOM? (As the IOM fee is quite on the high side)

You can use a lot one pound to buy a lot. Sausage roll £1, a bar of chocolate £1, indomie noodle(the 100 naira own) x2 for £1, 1litre of bottle water at asda or Tesco costs 50p, x2 gives you £1, 6pieces of pen cost £1, Spaghetti Bolognese £1 and on and on.

If you are in the UK and have the entitlement to work, then you tell the company that you've yet to get a NiNo, they will know what to do in terms of arranging a temporary code. And if you havent already applied, apply fast - they're no longer holding interviews due to Covid, so that has speeded up the process somewhat.

Thanks I really appreciate. The company arranged a temporal code and I have been interviewed. I will starting the job anytime subject to the new tier 4 restrictions in London

If you've applied for your NI and are just waiting for it, you usually can use the number on the confirmation form given to you after you apply.

You can start work without a National Insurance number if you can prove that you can work in the UK but some employers will not employ you without it while some will employ you as long as you can show your proof to live and work in the UK (usually your BRP) or proof that you have already applied for your NI. Discuss it with your prospective employer if possible.
If you're employed without it, a temporary code will be used for you till your NI number is available though this means that your NI contributions might be higher than usual for your tax code.
