Good now you have answered the questions of what is wrong with Igbos.

Pls let us be, I always see u bashing Igbos, wet in be ur own sef.
Hian? Who is stopping you guys from accepting Rochas and Ngigie? You can't compare yourselves to us. You guys are a majority tribe, we are minority, you guys have what you need on platter of polished gold. Yet you threw it away. If the Oron had half the opportunity that you guys have we would have grabbed it with both hands! So please!!

Get away from here, why is Oron not grabbing the opportunity to produce a governor in Akwa Ibom, and for the record, PDP got 2 millions votes in ur home state, pls go and preach APC to them.

Leave us alone. You can go and support Rochas if u like, I don't know why they(APC) didn't give him the presidential ticket, respect yourself oh.....
That's because the Ibibios and annangs won't let us. But we would as soon as we can and I will rally round any presentable candidate when presented. 2m Akwa-Ibom cooked up votes you mean? Good afternoon abeg.

Now that Buhari has given them one of the juicest appointment, I expect "more" wailing....

This appointment worth more than 10 of the "Hausa" ones.
They are still wailing o. They say he's SS and not Igbo. Dem no wan hear say na anioma Igbo. Dem want full SE Igbo. But when they are talking about biafra if you dare say that delta Igbos are not Igbos ehn........... They really ain't got the faintest idea what they want. Really.

Nah, don't compare what is being collected from the federal govt. Please compare total revenue from both the federal govt and internally generated revenue (IGR).

Lagos earns far more than Akwa Ibom, when you look at it from that angle. With the number of ports, commercial establishments, ready sources of tax that Lagos has, Fashola should have done more but his greedy godfather took the lion share of the state's entitlements.

Ex-governor Lamido of Jigawa State is another good performer. Peter Obi of Anambra should also be commended.
Lagos earns more yes. But have you considered population and land mass? Apart from Uyo and Ikot ekpene how many big projects did Akpabio embark on in other areas?

same talk about wait till 90% even when the signs are ominous? okay! Gej gave every region a fair represenation including entrusting his life(security) in the hands of northerners CSO, NSA DEFENSE...lol.

Were you sleeping when PDP loyalist were attacked and killed in the north and campaign buses set ablaze?

Akpabio was a governor after my heart, he was near excellent. My expectation is that Udom will surpass his performance.

I ask youagain, have you hated akwaibomites? Try to shelve your animosity and tone down your hatred for the Igbos. What you are doing is almost self hate, have a rethink. You are omnipresent in only Igbo thread making anti Igbo comments. We are in a change regime, you need to change. wink
I'm not on every Igbo thread. I don't have that kind of time. And very soon I will stop commenting cos I'm really tired. Seriously.
I am not supporting what the northerners did. I'm only reminding you about what happened in my state.
This Igbo issue has nothing to do with PDP or APC. You guys have every rights to have party affiliations. Just do it with sense and less bitterness. Even in your PDP, which PDP Igbo man can even dream of smelling aso rock through? Does it not show that you guys are just NOT doing something right?

Tell me one Oron person that will ever dream of being a person, just one.
Funny you. Did you see me hating on any that may be because I don't like his party/association? Even Akpabio, as a fellow Akwa-Ibomite, I will be proud to have him be President unless he messes up. Then he's on his own. But I'd give him a chance seeing his tangible achievements in my state.
I didn't make that statement to diss Igbos but to wake you up from your slumber. You have a chance right in front of you, on a platter! Grab it with your hands, NO. Why? Because he's in APC. What did APC do to you? They eat amala and ewedu and fraternize with northerners. That is how you just want to throw your Presidency away. Just like that! Pity!

Point of correction ... Akpabio is the best Nigerian governor, ever! If it was possible to rotate best-performing governors to other states, I'll rotate Akpabio to Rivers, Taraba, Kogi, Ogun, Benue etc. Let him go and work his magic, in each of those places!

Sai Akpabio!
Lol. Fashola is. Do you have any idea how much Akwa-Ibom collects from the FG? Compare that to the state population. Then compare it to Lagos population and ask yourself if you are being fair.

I don't care even if North has it all now. Wait till 90% is made before you can conclude! May I refresh your memory that Jonathan's key appointees were all SE and SShuh Why don't you see anything wrong with it?
You don't know jack about Akwa-Ibom politics. Oron people were strongly against Udom. Do you remember that some Akwa-Ibomites were shot dead for daring to oppose PDP on the election day?
I must say though that from Udom's CV, I am ok with him, I'd like to see what he can do first before I conclude about him and yes I agree the Akpabio is our best Governor ever.

I commend this appointment, reason being that this is the most credible and deserving of all appointments. This man is a an American nurtured technocrat which is a far cry from previously skewed and ethically biased appointments.

He is from my place in delta state (SS). However it doesn't take away the fact that the SE does not have any appointee yet from the bouhari govt. Every other region has except the SE and its worrisome.
Good girl! Now can your brothers and sisters on this forum give us some peace while you watch people like me love the Igbos once again? Can you quietly wait to confirm this news? Or better still can you quietly wait till Buhari's appointment is at least 90% completed? He hasn't even made up to 10%. Why the rush? Am I communicating?

You see my problem with Igbos? You see why I say that as far as politics is concerned, they have not the faintest idea what exactly they want? You see? Some of you are even saying he's Delta Igbo. But when you talk of biafra you drag not only the delta Igbo but the whole of SS and curse anyone who dares to oppose it.
Though I doubt this source but even if it were real, the comment above is the reason why I keep saying that many Igbos need to go do some soul searching.

PoliticsOsinbanjo: Re-branding The Vice President Title by Sweetlemon(op):
I must confess I was one of the people that were scared that Osinbanjo was just used to lure Christians and SW voters and will be sidelined just like most other VPs once Buhari is sworn in. I feared he was just a mirage and used to impress the youths with his active youth participation during the elections. People like Saraki thought it would be business as usual when he disrespected Osinbanjo's summon thinking Buhari wouldn't mind. But what do we have today? I'm so moved to tears to see a working, effective, and well respected VP in Nigeria. With tears in my eyes I see him visiting other countries and treated like royalty there complete with his own self-appointed entourage. You can see the body language of Even Northern Governors when he visits their states. In fact, one could mistake him for the President himself. Can Saraki dare call him a mere commissioner anymore?

That brings me to something, is Buhari using the same method he used during his military days. History books made me understand that Idiagbon was more like the administrative head while Buhari did the ground work. Will Osinbanjo be doing the administrative (as the more intelligent and street smart person) work while Buhari does the clearing up (as the wiser and more experienced politician?) I think I like this arrangement which I believe will be best for Nigeria now.

WOW! I love Buhari even more now. God bless that man and all that concerns him.

Sai Baba!
Sai Nigeria!

Nobody forced you to comment on this thread and nobody needs your fvcking peace

I will personally be on your case as long as you continue to exhibit your st√pidity on any Igbo related thread. Its a promise!

I hardly find you on any thread but you are always at your elements displaying your hate whenever you see any Igbo or Biafra thread. Why are you so filled with hate? are you cursed? Stay away from any Igbo threads and no one will disturb your peace, how difficult is that?

Hateful thing
Go to my profile and check my posts. I touch all areas.
The reason why it seems like I'm speaking more about Igbos now is because YOU are the ones opening too many threads lately about the "daura dullar.d". poisoning every thread in sight with chants of hatred for the North, NC, and SW. I started a thread about other regions emulating the middlebeltans the other day and guess what? Your people where all over the place doing what they know how to do best. Insulting the poor middlebeltans who have never done you guys no harm whatsoever but were thankfully mature enough not to curse back. The reason why I have fallen in love with that region and wished I could marry from there if I could change his tribe. I didn't see one single insult from a yoruba or even a core northerner. So you see why I am sick and tired?

If you cannot tell the world why you cannot rally round the only Igbo man that can dream of smelling aso rock, then please go and look inwards. There is a saying that when everyone seems to be against you, look inwards and ask yourself if you need to change, rebrand, or re-strategize. Then you will find your answer. Your enemy is not always the cause of your problems and the enemy of your supposed enemy is not always your friend.
