Ambo has really exceeded people's expectations. It's better when people to expect little from you only for you to exceed far above average. That way you shock and humble them by force. |
They only said the truth if we continue the way we are headed now. I seriously do not understand how you want Nigeria or even Niger Delta to look like Dubai even in a thousand years with all the pipeline bombing going on there. How will the world take us serious seeing how the natives are hailing the destruction of their own lands ![]() ?I beg gerrarahia mehn! |
I don't know about actual governance cos I've never been to Imo state to see things myself but the Okorochas are the most giving and accommodating public serving couple ever. The amount of charity works they do should earn them some big awards. Unlike some other attention seeking politicians who give food stuff and all sorts of publicity stunts, these ones actually give things that sink deep into the souls and lives of the benefactors. May Gd bless the Okorochas. |
sevenhundred:This is a fact. Go to Northern communities and ask young boys what they want to be when they grow up and you'd hear a lot of "soldier" there. When I was a corper in Kaduna I did that research personally. But ask young boys in the South and most will say "doctor" or "banker". Hardly will you hear any "soldiers". A lot of Southerners who join the army do so to escape poverty. End of discussion. |
sevenhundred:I wonder o! They hate him so much yet they make the biggest noise of non-inclusion in his govt. Even in your offices where you are will you like the idea of working with difficult colleagues? |
urboy1:Should I add more southern appointees? |
How many people here have not failed an exam or at anything before? Some of the most successful people in the world have been known to fail not once, twice, three, four, or five times but many times. You have not failed until you give up! Gani Fawehinmi graduated with a 3rd class from Law school or was it his LLB? |
Babacele:Lol |
psucc:I guess you can also say that about the economic machinery of the state stocked with the South. And so what if the North are in charge of security? What are you scared of? That they will force you to start speaking Hausa or what? Why aren't the North also fearing that the South being in charge of the economy can sell them out? Can you now see you are just paranoid? |

I'm dying to see things happen in my home country so I can brag to my friends and colleagues over here that we have basic infrastructures back home too. It's so sad watching my country people make so much noise about inconsequential things while people in rest of the world are trying to outdo themselves in futuristic inventions. I don't know of any developed country that got to where they are because of "federal character". |
Make who no like am go jump for Lagoon. |
frankline5:Burutai is being investigated. Ride on Presido! |
Don't know why anyone mussed the fact that if Aisha Buhari, the President's wife was involved in any shady deals that they won't be in fact very happy to let it out to the world. Americans don't give a damn and do not care about who you are plus they would have been happy to give negative news about an African country to the world through their CNN. |
Begging? I thought he summoned the AGF and even threatened to impeach Buhari? |
If this is true then they may just win me over. When will ND indigenes learn that their real enemies are the elites from the region and not the North? |
obailala:**** As if the bloody militants or rather terrorists sponsored by greedy politicians give a hoot about projects. Nonsense and ingredients! |
These clowns will keeping forming holier-than-thou because they "don't want to take human life" Tell me, when oil workers are out of jobs because of this nonsense, how will they feed their families? Heck! How will Nigerians eat when they achieve their aim of bringing down the economy to zero? Won't people start dying ni? Abi are we supposed to drink oiyel-polluted water to survive while we keep hailing and cheering them on? |
His name sounds like a Christian Northern minority. Don't know why people are shouting Hausa/Fulani up and down. Nigerians really need to learn more about their own country. Not everyone from the north is Hausa or Fulani or even a Muslim. Even Borno state has a large chunck of indegenous Christians. The north has three different regions. Stop lumping them all together. |
1wolex85:Thank you very much. Why lump the whole North together? The man's name sounds like he's from a Christian minority tribe which is a welcome development because they've been neglected for too long. Why are southerners so damn selfish? |
modath:The person he replaced Kachickwu with is a Northern minority which is fine by me cos these Northern minorities gave been neglected before Buhari came in. |
My problem with Igbos is right here in this thread. Just imagine these hopeless elements attacking Rochas here while praising Fayose for owing 6 months salary. You guys have serious irredeemable issues, I'm so so sorry to say. ![]() |
PhilemonObende:I'm not Yoruba. |
francizy:Who are the "my people" please? I may not be in support of bashing igbos on crimes because all tribes are guilty of various crimes. But I'm definitely in support of resetting your hopelessly one-tracked brains back to factory setting in the area of politics and national development. |
Spicycat:My dear! Christians are just a bunch of paranoid hypocrites these days. I hear cases like this like every single day from the Christian south of the country. Yet when once in a while a case comes from the north we see everyone convulsing and calling for the heads of the entire north, calling them peodophiles and all. |
the sad bitter truth is that most of these rape cases are from the south. |
Dem no even copy the tin well sef. |
sanandreas:You just perfectly described your people ![]() |
SirJeffry:You people are NOT ok at all. Ok let's use your logic of increase in bread price. According to the Picture Buhari left it at 70k right? So how come it increased to N220? Who has been increasing it all this while? Bottom line, bread is one particular commodity that has NEVER been stagnant for as long as I can remember in Nigeria. I remember quite well that bread was N150 just about 5 years ago. Wait a minute, who was in power then when it increased to N220? |
