simpleseyi: Don't let me make comments that will earn me a life ban. You are getting me angry. Yo cannot work in GTBank and go to First Bank to collect salary. Kano gave Buhari 1.9 million votes, Katsina gave Buhari 1.7 million votes, Kaduna gave Buhari 1.3 million votes, do you expect the whole South South and South East of 11 States that did not give Buhari up to 200,000 votes to get as many appointments as Kano alone? No, No, No. The whole of South South and South East will not get up to what Kano alone will get in terms of appointments. South South and South East will get Minister of State II for Environment, Minister of State II for Labour and Productivity, Minister of State II for Culture and Tourism (gully erosion sites are tourist attraction), Minister of State II for Women Affairs (to arrest child labourers, baby factory operators, and human traffickers all in South South and South East). Abeg no vex for my SS people. Na those SE people dey drag us enter this thing. Many of us SS people are not complaining about marginalization. If you check, they're mostly from SE. |

This is why I praised middlebeltans in my last thread. Very sensible people who hardly play this "my brother my brother" thing that people from other regions carry on their heads.
Kudos to the caller and the presenter. |

Don't fall for someone who is deceiving their kinsmen by quoting half of PMB's statement, only so she can feel better about themselves... These people arte just so irritating. Why pick one sentence only even though a thread was placed on front page his full words, the idiots still chose to single out one sentence. Very disguting bunch of wailers. |

richardjemedafe1: “I think it’s too early to do meaningful assessment of Buhari’s administration; maybe by 100 days, we shall have a clearer picture. “What we have seen so far is that he (Buhari) is still trying to settle down because as we talk now, there is no Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), and no Chief of Staff, no cabinet. “What we can see now is that he is travelling to countries to discover how well to combat the Boko Haram insurgency which has held back the growth of this country. “Nigerians should support him to succeed because if he gets it right, we will all enjoy it. We should give him time and avoid unnecessary criticism to allow him settle down and govern well.”Just watching...

FacelessPatriot: This thread is only for criticisms Really? oluwalfa: Buhari ordered the killing of Biafran prisoners of war. Buhari led a group of soldiers into villages of Nsukka and Abagana to kill women, children and the sick. How do you expect me to contruct anything with such a tribal maniac? I thought you said constructive criticisms. (Let's assume you know what that means) What the hell do you call the above? And all you could tell him was "I feel your pain" Common gerrout jare! You're just a wailing wailer looking for way of wailing without being spotted as a wailer. Anyways, no problem, our dear president has made provisions for wailing in his govt. Francis5: This is crap. So there are no militants in MB? What is the name of that political cult in Nasarawa State again? Ombuste or something like that? Plus, have they not been fighting back and killing Fulanis in retaliation? We even read that they eat the flesh of their Fulani victims http://newsrescue.com/birom-christians-eat-roasted-flesh-of-muslims-they-killed-in-jos-nigeria/#axzz3h6cBuLKT What I can see there is birom "Christians" just some aggrieved people. Do they have a stage name? Where are those same people now? Have they been and fighting making demands on the govt like MEND, MASSOB, OPC and co? How often do you hear of them? It's quite sad that the average Nigerian has VERY disturbingly low comprehension skills. |

The APC supporters criticizing Buhari are the ones who naively thought Buhari could work wonders.
AS for me, it's too damn early for criticisms. I am just waiting and watching from afar now. After a year, I'd know how far.
Meanwhile I urge my dear President to remain focused. Obviously the man wants to start from a clean slate and that is why he's taking his time to do some underground and ground work before commencing his project. I pray God gives him the will to remain resilient and determined with whatever he has up his sleeves and not get intimidated by the noise makers. At the end of his four years, I strongly believe a lot will fall in place. |

doctokwus: Seems u have a soft spot for the region.Just don't totally agree its d most peaceful, one of d most peaceful maybe. If u have ever witnessed a Plateau religious crisis, then that alone could skew your perception. If u people have a majority opinion that it is d most peaceful,so be it.Has nothing to do with badbellism. You're really missing the point of this thread. We are not talking about being the most peaceful. We are talking about politiical strategies. Have you seen any middlebelt group fighting about marginaziation or whatever annoying things other regions whine about? |

Umaru Yaradua, they got the number 3 position (Senator David Mark), in 2011 they voted massively for GEJ and retained thesame position, when GEJ messed up, they voted against him and guess what? They still got the number 3 position (Senator Bukola Saraki). I know one major region that has been deputizing the middlebelt in the senate since 2007 till date Hehehehehehe yet they call them slaves. Lol. No kill me with laff abeg |

mofayodeyahoo: before some middle belt talk of beiing marginalised by big bros in the north b4 but i still say thank God for having Fct around is keeping most of the serious youth from the region busy with help of trading and handwork also political appointments in Nigeria seeing your ur tribe in top political seat douse more tension...e.g David Mark, most of the army chiefs in obasanjo time
abeg no go sugar baba alakyo, tiv, zango or ebira boys. Really? Excuse me, BUT the SE has gotten MOST of the senate President seats. Did that satisfy the Igbos? Mbanu! Yorubas have had a considerable share of the cake but why do they still make noise in some quarters? In fact apart from Saraki, Akume, and Mark how many prominet politicians does that region boast of? Those people are wise. Simple. |

doctokwus: The point is your assertion above is not true. Are there militants in the SEast or SWest? No!That they voted PMB was out of the general conclusion except for the scamming in the SE and SS by Jonathan, that the man was a universal failure. Yes, the NC should be proud of that, but the region has its own seemingly intractable problems and violent groups, just maybe not as destabilizing as in the SS and NE If you have a problem comprehending simple passages just say so instead of being a nuisance. |

Lovesdaisied: No no no....the OP was talking about politics and votes. These determine how saintly and happy you are. As long as you don't use proper means to voice out your opinion, but vote strategically and in a carefree way (whatever that means), you are good to go!
Killings and riots are negligible. Don't you see Hausas and Fulanis that kill Yorubas in the SW are WAY better "guests", peaceful and saintly than hateful Igbos who whine about marginalization? Political discourse is errthing bro!
Voicing out concerns and acting in your interest in the political arena makes you hateful and vindictive! Read properly and stop being a wailer!!!! Up APC.
Nigerian etiquette 101. What kind of irritant is this? Why are you so filled with hate?? Well, sorry the middlebeltans are NOT buying your war soundtrack. |

doctokwus: Have u heard of the Tiv/Jukun crisis;the Ombatse cult group and the evils in Kogi or the perennial religious crisis in the Plateau? The north central is infact one of the most volatile regions in the country;so don't type what u don't know, just that its under reported. I'm not talking about the usual communal clashes. And most of these clashes esp the religious ones are caused by the fulanis and kanuris in their region. I'm talking as per National politics. |

they lean on the big bros around them by thier religion affliate.
Lucky them Fct is thier domain, so who them want quarel self Are SS not minorities as well?? And please don't tell me they (middlebelt) have nothing to fight for. Look here, NO SINGLE region in this country is strong enough to stand alone. NONE. Do you know anyone that is very humble, peaceful, unassuming, adaptive, fun, yet intelligent irrespective of their religion? Check their state of origin, they're most likely from the middlebelt! Save for a few bad eggs, most have very endearing qualities. I grew more respect for them during the elections, I thought they were going to vote against Buhari being a Fulani man because of the way fulani herdsmen and people bully them on their lands. But surprisingly, they gave majority votes to APC even though there's also a large Christian population there. It shows they may not be phyical fighters but they can reason strategically.
The North central is the only region that hardly has militants, "freedom fighters", or whatever silly, violent, directionless, selfish, groups all other regions have.
They go about their businesses without creating drama and irritaing tantrums at the drop of a hat. Sometimes they're mistaken for "slaves" or docile people but there's a difference between being docile and wise. They're wise enough to know that fighting for their own country when they know they're not economically, socially, or politically ready to stand on their own two feet or allowing some selfish politicians to use their youths to fight "marginalization" is just NOT the way out.
The rest of us should please borrow a leaf from them. We need it urgently. |

GEJ you disgraced out of office will serve as a proof forever. Listen and listen real good. If Jonathan was an Igbo man do you think the SS would have carried his matter on our heads like the way you guys did for us? Why are you so gullible? Ok now that GEJ is gone when last did you hear him talk about Igbos? Besides all that PDP has a very strong base in SS and SE. It was more of a PDP thing than a brotherhood thing. When Ojukwu contested, which SS region even remembered that he was contesting? Stay there and be forming big brother by force and fire ehn. I believe that very soon, you will be forced to wake up to reality. Very very soon. |
