Hello everyone.
I like this thread and this is my first post here.

I'm a medical personnel keenly interested in HSE opportunities in the Oil n Gas Industry. I have Gen. HSE Cert, HSE level 3 and I'm an Associate member of ISPON. I also have NEBOSH IGC (distinction) and NEBOSH IOG (credit). I'm more interested in gaining HSE field experience to build on. Anyone who can be of help or has information for me, please respond.

Please Scantee am a serving corp member, i have a job offer with a local solar installation company and a graduate internship offer from a local oil servicing firm, i really don't know which one to choose from a career point of view and pay packages. The solar has more pay and its a permanent position. I studied mechanical engineering. Your advice will be very helpful. Thanks

If you want your career to be geared towards Oil n Gas. Go for the graduate internship. My 2 cents.

sorry i don't think i know the academy, if really u want to do hse just look for a centre that is accredited to the major oil & gas coyz so that ur cert would nt be questioned if happend to be invited for an interview or..

Keep visiting the site till you see an opening for Shell Nigeria. By the way, SRD is only the 4th stage in the recruitment process.

lack of job exprience is really working against us here, ur cv has gotten to at least 5 companies but they are all hiting at ur lack of exprience, u had so many qualification without a single exprience, is good to have lots of certification but is always good to gain work exprience while getting other certs, surely ur qualifications are impresive, bt companies are afraid of first timers. But keep hope alive ur mata de Gods hand .

God pls fight for me. What more can I do? I can't give myself experience if they don't employ.

I recieved it then forwarded it to them, is left for them to decide not me, i only asked u about if u have recieved any mail base on what the admin told me that they will contact you soon when they have gone through it, but to be sincere with you as it stand now just keep ur hope in God because the loss of GEJ might affect ur chances, the company is 100% own by SS & GEJ die hard sponsors. & ur from the SW. Secondary i only recommend you to them but did not sign any Ref form on your behalf since i am yet to know you in person. Bt don't worry we still have other options if that one fail.
