how don’t they hv the data base of Nigerian citizens ? sim registration is for the government, it’s a government requirement for all communication company , even our bvn , NIMC . So they hv the database of all citizens , they hv the phone number of all Nigerian citizens.

Atleast that way u know any money you give to their Matron will be used on him/her .. if u think givihg that child to motherless Baby’s home is ur only option , then u must really hate that child.
