My argument is that some lawyers have ethical standards, some are paid on retainers which means if they cost their clients money or pursue a case that does not benefit them then they can get fired. You do understand how a retainer works? Like a monthly paycheck, so the question as a lawyer is simple, would you want to lose your monthly paycheck for one upfront fee? Most lawyers prefer the monthly paycheck.

Uttering nonsense is not a crime, it is insensitive and ill adviced but no court can convict you based on that alone! You want to accuse someone of rape better bring more than just a Tweet, remove emotions from your defense and focus solely on how the law works, if you do this you'll know that no uudge in his or her right mind can convict based on Tweets alone! LEt me paint a picture for you, a man in the North was caught red handed raping a young girl, the case was presented to court, the evidence was overwhelming but the man provided receipt of buying her things such as jewelries, clothes etc, the man presented eveidence that her friends and at least one family member was aware of the relationship. First of all, you must have fallen and hit your head when you were a child, if not then you need to go back and read again what I wrote, he made some bad tweets but nothing so far has proven that he's a rapist, I never absolved him of anything, if any accuser has a credible case let her get legal justice.
