i stand by my premise!! Sani abacha road is not bad. That road is interlogged and more and more office buildings, malls,etc are opening up in that axis because it is one of the best roads, normally or most times i've been there i drive a toyota highlander, i the visit waec office which is located there cause i'm having some issues with my clearance in school. I also visit the rivers state hospitals board regularly, which is located there. There is nothing wrong with that road. I'm glad you've corrected yourself on the other roads you mentioned.

I'm a regular PH visitor and the city is disappointing. I mean what happens to all the allocation that accrues monthly.
If you visit Uyo you can see the obvious impact of the governor and thats why the internet is filled with pictures of the city.
Same with Enugu. Same with Calabar and even Benin City is coming up.
If you go to Lagos, you will see the Obvious impact of Fashola on the state.
