No surprise clegg opposes the bond. He is a liberal democrat and thet belive in immigration. But he is in a conservative coalition worried about reelection. Who need this to sstisfy their base and they will never back down from it. And sadly, over the years, the britsih people have moves so far to the right on immigration that cleggs position might end up making his party loose more common's seat in 2015. |
ckkris: Is this an act of IRRESPONSIBILITY, FOOLHARDINESS, or what?congratulations, on finding your dictionary. |
Rad1cal: Who cares ![]() ![]() see why i called you a typical nigerian? Have a nice day. |
Rad1cal: We know healthy and happy people at first glance and Rotimi is starkly different from the bunch.no offence but this discussion how gone from facts and substance to trivialities like fat and insomnia..i think i'll bow out now. Nice talking to you. |
berem: Apart from owning oil blocs, what other companies does she have?major fashion designing companies, she's also and investor. Read up her profile on wikipedia or dailymail.co.uk, it'll do you lots of good. |
Rad1cal: How him take poke eye for GEJ eyes. You no see Imoke and Godswill full, come set like correct people.how is he poking his finger in the president's eye? If he was'nt would the president be so worried about him that he brings up his issue specifically in the meeting? He has countlessly openly challenged the president and one of the spearheads of the new PDP. So fat is now the determinator of "correct people"...from your thinking i know you're a typical nigerian. |
Forbes is confused. A woman who is 1 billion more richer than oprah winfrey, confirmed by the daily mail u.k, buisness insider, financial times,etc... |
Rad1cal: Done well by looking so pale and alone. Its only a matter of time before his media theatrics back fires.pale and alone? The youngest governor in the country is giving conditions to the president of the federal republic, while his elders like imoke and akpabio are lapdogs for the president, ameachi is poking his finger in the eye of goodluck jonathan, if not having a chat or handshake with a group of idiotic governors is the price i have to pay for such power, then be my guest!! |
One thing these jonathan's lapdogs will never tell us is that when ameachi did this, he had the full support of pres. Jonathan. Because jonathan belived that austin okpara group was loyal to atiku and will cause PDP rivers delegates vote to spilt in the 2011 PDP national convention primaries. Ameachi was praised and he and jonathan were buddies. People forget how close jonathan and ameachi were. As acting president, rivers state was the first place jonathan visited. But today aneachi is doing to him, the same thing he supported ameachi in doing to others and he's crying foul. Beautifull karma! |
Wow!! President jonathan looks really angry. |
gramci: See as amaechi look like outcastdid'nt you read the article? The presidency is worried about ameachi's popularity in the media and the nigerian people. The "outcast" single handedly prevented a statement from being read is a joint statement where the PRESIDENT is involved. And he is the youngest person amongs them. Wow! Ameachi has done so well for himself. |
There's 3 minutes of my life i'm never getting back. Spent on this stupidy, idiocy, shambolic personified thread....ghastly!! |
Aizebioje: She's the richest woman in Africa apparently. NOT IN THE WORLD! GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT!you get your facts right. She is the richest black woman in the world surpassing oprah winfrey..,google is your buddy. |
It is really telling...how an ex lecturer turn president can't discuss with his fellow lecturers and come up with a solution to an educational crisis, if truly the leadership of ASUU is being difficult on purpose, then challenge them to a debate before the nigerian people. Make your case. Get your hands dirty! You get your hands dirty when it comes to politics because you want to save your 2015 ambition, but you can't do same for the nigeria students? Our future? Shame on you, mr president. |
The evidence of the inaccuracy and outright falseness of this list is the absence of folorunsho alakija, who is the RICHEST BLACK WOMAN in the world but is is not present here, in a list of 21 RICHEST NIGERIANS. Rubbish! |
I refused to belive this without overwhealming evidence..it is too serious an issue to accuse the president of without unquestionable evidence. |
Gudintent: You will never know you are ready until you tryyou mind set of taking risk is what i was following but the more i think of the other conditions...my doubt grows. |
t-die:thanks, t die! |
sultaan: My opinion is you still have a lot to learn about driving, it takes 2 year to know how to drive so don't do it.the oldest among us is 20. He claims to know the routh so we won't need to tail a commercial bus. I see sense in what you said considering nigerian road, let's not also forget robbers(God forbid!) but if i keep procastinating doing something. I might never do it, yet i've got to be sensible. Like you said. |
Bossforeva: Are U male or female?i'm a guy. |
Been Driving For Only 8 Months, Can I Attempt Interstate Roads? Hello guys, i've started driving on my 18th birthday. And since then, it has been 8 months of driving. I consider myself good, cause i'm a fast learner, but now i want to drive on an inter state. I want to drive from port harcourt to calabar, a few coursemates and i have an engagement in calabar and since i have a car, we decided i should drive. Initially i was excited but as the date comes closer, i'm having cold feet. Is it too quick? Is my hand strong enough? Can i sit in a car and keep an focus that long? But if i don't do it now, when will i? Taking risk is part of opening new doors in life, what do you'll think? |
At a time when nigerian universities are undergoing the longest strike in recent history and students are languishing at home, the first public statement of the new education minister is not about how to solve it but chasing after political enemies. What a disgrace..any lone who finds this appopraite hate's nigeria. |
ccwizard: Lol . I Remember this incident and these ppl where locked up in port harcourt prison for about 7days. Ameachi i hope u continue in ur drowning ship until politically ur no longer relevant.why did'nt the presidency condemn him? Because he was doing it partly to help them, now that he is against them, they want his head and are doing to him what they did to others. |
Stupid propagander, why is there none in his home state? Why has'nt he declared? Do posters win elections? Silly... |
Slow ogoni's...how many of these compensations have they won? Rather than using the money to develop their communities. Local buisness or even educational trust for kids of the tribe. They share amongs themseleves. Waste all on frevolities and wait for the next spill so they can claim more cash. |
FLAMING RUBBISH. |
Of course. When ameachi did this back in 2010, i condemn him but guess who did'nt, pres. Jonathan. He did'nt want anything to happen to his votes in rivers for the 2011 elections and he belived another PDP in rivers will split his votes, futhermore it was belived okpara's group was loyal to atiku abubakar, ameachi was rewarded handsomly for stamping out the opposition and ultimately delivering rivers delegates to jonathan in the primaries and rivers people in the generals. But karma is back to bite folks in the ass. |
Efemena_xy: Why sell it?i know what you mean but buisness and school has been not been the best of combinations for me. Once i used some of my scholarship money to form a oartnership with some friends to open a barbing salon on campus. Things went very wrong. Profits went missing. Mutual distrust amongs us and the time i would have been reading or in class, i'm busu protecting investments. The buisness packed up and since then i told myself, no more buisness while in school, or if the circumstances were better. |
Hello guys, i need your views on something...recently i turned 18, so i'm now eligible to drive, i have an uncle who is very dear to me and always promised to buy me my first car. While he was in nigeria, he taught me how to drive when i was 16, and said it would really gladen him to buy me my first car, now i'm 18 and someone more special got me a car first, my dad..he bought me a toyota highlander and i was very gratefull to him, then my uncle sent me a toyota corolla from the u.s, now i really love my uncle but there is no way i will choose his gift over my fathers. I have been using the highlander all this while but recently, it has occured to me that rather than leaving the corolla to waste away, i should sell it, i am a student, and i really need the cash. But i'm so worried how heartless it will be for me to sell such a sentimental gift from someone who loves me so much. Do you think i should go ahead and sell? Does it really matter?
|
ochukoccna: Is Nigeria now an imperial democracy ruled by a king?of course. I called jonathan his majesty because his current actions are reminicent of an absolute monarch rather than a democratically elected leader with respect for the constitution. |
By the way, something looks fishy in this photo. The way he is seated, i am tempted to think i2s a photo op with his legs bent under the straight one and those bushes covering the parts of the folded leg visible. Also, someone with a severed leg would have lost more blood than that, gone into a state of shock and passed out. Fake pic. |
Suspicious. |
