Who is more influential between the Chairman and the Rector? Can the Chairman influence the Rector to give one a job or one has to go through the Rector first? Thanks

Guys I was begging that person that asked me to come to their agency with 2m I said I don't have the money so he asked me to submit my CV instead, but this time it will be through an interview and if I pass I can get the job. He said position for interview is 10 people that would be selected and they are accepting only 15 CV to be interviewed. He said 5 more CV is needed and I should submit my CV with my Sisters CV too and add any other 3 persons to complete the 5 needed CVs among which 10 would be employed. He said 5 of us might be picked if we pass the interview. The interview is coming up December 2020.

I have decided to add my sis to the 5 CV he asked for. 3 more space left. I want to add 3 people from here, hopefully we will be employed by Gods grace. Na ministry job o. 99k plus commissions.

So na your own format of scamming be this. You first came crying saying you were asked to pay 2m and you don't have. Then that you should submit 5 cvs so you need 3 CVs and now you want to charge 5k per cv as you demanded from me when I PMed you. The mumu That will give this guy his 5k don enter one chance.
