obiano is a fraud. Onitsha is not better in any way, presently you have pigs roaming around not only the streets but also the biggest market in west africa. All roads in Onitsha are deteriorating because of neglect of obiano reckless government. I only read about obiano's road maintenance agency only on Nairaland. Obiano's supporters should help me and list the roads he constructed at Onitsha and I will sacrifice my time tomorrow and snap all of them and post on this thread.
