Let me inform you a bit. When a percentage of a contract sum is paid as mobilization fee, subsequent payments are made only when some certain expectations are met as agreed in the contract terms. So if a contractor runs out of fund whilst not yet meeting the contract terms for further payment, the contractor should source for funding from somewhere else. It is only at the discretion of the governor that such funds can be released. Agreement is agreement.

That being said, since you can agree that some part of the job has been done, it means payment was actually made (whether it's mobilization or subsequent payments). Also, since you can agree that a lot of other contracts awarded by Obi are still going on and at different levels of completion, why calling him a fraudster? A man who does everything possible to prove to the whole world that a politician can be honest and walk with integrity and discipline... Someone who heralded the massive change Anambra state is experiencing at the moment; laying the foundation of the newly reformed Anambra and single-handedly fought for its sustenance by bringing us Obiano... You are calling him a fraudster because a part of a project was not done or that IDC won the contract Shame on you.

When. I think they also need to look into all the roads that lead to Main market Onitsha. They are very very very bad....Sokoto road, Bida road(ebe akpuru onye army), Venn road, Niger street, Haruna street etc......especially that of sokoto road.

I have get sore throat while shouting this.
The roads the leads to main market is seriously in the worst state and no one seems to care about it.

Though Obiano has patched up some pot holes at venn road and modebe but streets like okwei,moore streets, sanieez and the ones you mentioned above needs serious attention. The irony is that the road has been like that since past 5 yrs.

Onitsha buildings don't normally have space for parking, if I go to streets like bida road,moore street and okwei to get pictures you will even see double parking by 40ft containers on a single road.
Obiano has to do something about that 40ft containers shaa.

Riverine areas in anambra is the least develop areas in the state.
Stella setup foundation through which she helps the poor by giving loans to them, promotes sports talent by sending young talented sportsmen abroad, she gave scholarship to students and youth empowerment programmes like giving 500k to about 50 youths every year to start small scale business, buying tailoring materials for those who want to venture into tailoring work.
She has done many things which is beyond expectation from a typical Nigeria politician.
She started all these long before becoming the minister of aviation.
How many politician from your side has done half of what I listed?
Don't tell me you have good leaders otherwise tell me how their leadership has made an impact on the life of a common man on the street.

Awka is still planning on how to move eke awka to new location while umuahia has already move their old market to ubani with solid road access to it, awka is still planning on how to fix street light on it street while umuahia don beautify the whole street with sharp light. And many other stuffs.

Bros, public water supply is not an easy task in a city that is already made and besides umuahia has public water supply facility that is stale and not working just like onitsha water works.
