kekakuz: The national open university should stop collecting huge sum for course reg. They should just collect 1k and let you go and download the materials yourself. Imagine I paid 25k for. 10 courses and all I got was just 1 materials. Not I have to spend money in printing those huge handouts. Its not fair. Tma starts tomorrow av not seen most of my materials to read.so expensive to print.
The school claims to be affordable its a lie o. After paying so much for comp fee so much for exam reg so then so much for facilitation again and its all fucking semesterly.where do I get this money my God. Then the 10k for external lectures is still there I wount even talk about that one.have I not made a mistake my God
Guy! You are well educated about how the programme is been run. Xternal lectures wre not from noun and you are not paying for facilitations, ant you? And about the course material(s) all blame shld be onto your study centre. Above all dont blame yourself for making choice only pray that you have good job with your certificate. God is with you.

apeelewuetu: There is need for NOUN to employ more hands especially in area of counseling. I want to suggest that there should be a counselor for each course or if that is not possible NOUN should employ their graduate at least one from each department to counsel new intake about each registrable course and this should be made available throughout all the study centres. The present 1 or 2 counselor in each centre at present may not be able to know exactly what it entails to pass some of the courses .Please deliver my message in your next meeting

felixboye1: I will like the MSc students in d house tell me if its compulsory to pay N10,000 result verification fee wen registering for d 1st semester year 1 or we can still be allowed to pay it 1st semester year 2 cos they say we are to pay it at d year of graduation and the MSc in Peace and Conflict Resolution I want to apply for is of 4 semester duration. Pls advice.
As masters student you are to pay 22500+10000=32500 as your compulsory fees simply becos you have other year of grduation order than the year of admission. Pay once and pay no more.
