I've seen people lost their lives over common illness that small money could've solved, but no money to spend to save their lives.

Money is a very good thing. I agree it's not everything but it's ALMOST everything.
Anyone who has money better appreciate it oh! You know the number of people who die in hospitals due to lack of money for operation and treatment? People who are certain to get good health if they have money? If you were in their shoes, you won't be downgrading money like this believe me... I have experience of the miracle money can perform.
So, yes money can also buy life in many cases... It can buy happiness too.

No body will even admit you if you fall sick and have no money. So invariably yes, money solves all health challenges.

If it's your time to go, you will go rich, poor, tall, short. That has nothing to do with money.

There are people in pitiable conditions in the hospital now because their case worsened and that's because no more money to further treatment, if they did, they would have gone home since.

Your country Nigeria refuses to invest in healthcare which requires a lot of money and that's why you may kpai in that local hospital because it is lacking a lot. Even good doctors need to be paid very well which requires money.

Ask yourself why doctors are leaving Nigeria to overseas, money!!!

I'd rather be rich and be able to treat myself should I fall sick than be dead broke like you and be hospitalized. Hellfire straight
