funny thing be say 90% of those commenting here and saying yes yes, it's true na tenants them be, some of them no dey even pay rent on time. People will always continue to build houses for rent to tenants. It's a slow but sure income and passable to one's children. Talk about Nigerian behavior and mentality of abuse and destruction and not the business/industry. . I was already a handful even without the baggage of a painful breakup due to long distance but the new guy didn't deserve half of the trauma and eventual breakup that I eventually bestowed upon him. It simply wasn't right.
