it's a shame what you wrote here, though I do not support religious sentiment, but the same or worse would have happened in a mosque. The best would have been ensuring it's also available in the mosque for Muslim, since they have succeeded in dividing us Ethically, Culturally, Religiously.

Its not about mosque, its about an individual mode of dressing.

If the same person had removed her hijab she would be allowed in, violating her fundamental right to dress as she pleases.
If we should claim its a private entity, won't they anticipate that non-community member too might want to use it.

Importantly why would a mosque be used for registration center when their is no life threatening emergencies.

NIMC has a process to get a private reg centre.. the process is cumbersome you must provide a decent computer centre infrastructure .. if your set up meets requirements then u can get NIMC staff assigned .. banks oil companies and large companies use this to help their staff .. rccg got a private reg centre to help its community of members living in the redeem camp .. who can't travel all the way to Lagos to get registered..if anyone must take advantage of the centre then simply follow the rules.. moreover it's not news that you can't enter rccg camp with hijab.. that well known rule .. am sure u know of potential hijab wearing bombers.. bunch of trouble makers.. always seeking trouble..for as long as I can remember hijab is not allowed in redeem camp.. if you can follow the rules stay out..
