What will you do if you saw someone with a tiger walking towards you on the street?

A man was seen taking his pet tiger for a walk in the centre of a Russian city and, as expected, pedestrians were terrified. A shocked onlooker filmed the scene from the safety of his car as the man walked the big cat in the city of Samara in southwest Russia.

The footage was shared online and some people who watched it said they believe the man seen walking the beast could be the circus artist and animal trainer, Artur Bagdasarov

Witness Andrey Usoltsev said: "This is Artur walking his pet. We were at his show in the circus. We enjoyed it, especially sitting on the first row."

Another witness said it was really frightening seeing a tiger on the street.

"It was a shock. It is rather scary to bump into a pedestrian walking a wild cat on a leash," another witness said.

One internet user slammed the owner for not using a muzzle on the animal.

Alexander Grishchenko wrote: "They have money to maintain a tiger, but they have no money for a muzzle."

Luckily, no one was hurt and the animal remained calm all through the walk.

It has taken Irish born fighter, Conor McGregor 5 whole days to make his first social media post after his Saturday night fight against retired boxer, Floyd Mayweather.


McGregor lost the fight in the 10th round in what judges called a 'Technical Knock Out'. In his lenghty post on Instagram a few hours ago, he congratulated Floyd on a well fought match, thanked every member of his team and reflected on how he could have fought better in the bout.

Just coming back around after a whirlwind couple of days. Thank you to all the fans for the support of the fight and the event! Without your support we as fighters are nothing so I thank you all! Thank you to my team of coaches and training partners!

I had an amazing team and It truly was an amazing and enjoyable camp, and honestly I feel with just a little change in certain areas of the prep, we could have built the engine for 12 full rounds under stress, and got the better result on the night.


Getting to 12 rounds alone in practice was always the challenge in this camp. We started slowly getting to the 12 and decreasing the stress in the rounds the closer it got to 12. I think for the time we had, 10 weeks in camp, it had to be done this way. If I began with a loaded 12 rounds under much stress I would have only hit a brick wall and lost progress as a result and potentially not made the fight. A little more time and we could have made the 12 cleanly, while under more stress, and made it thru the later rounds in the actual fight. I feel every decision we made at each given time was the correct decision, and I am proud of everyone of my team for what we done in the short time that we done it.


30 minutes was the longest I have fought in a ring or cage or anywhere. Surpassing my previous time of 25 minutes. I am happy for the experience and happy to take all these great lessons with me and implement them into my camp going forward.

Another day another lesson!

Congrats to Floyd on a well fought match. Very experienced and methodical in his work. I wish him well in retirement. He is a heck of a boxer. His experience, his patience and his endurance won him this fight hands down. I always told him he was not a fighter but a boxer. But sharing the ring with him he is certainly a solid fighter. Strong in the clinch. Great understanding of frames and head position. He has some very strong tools he could bring into an MMA game for sure.

Here is a toast of whiskey to everyone involved in this event and everyone who enjoyed it!

The Nigerian Army in a joint operation with the Nigerian Air Force has killed five top Boko Haram commanders in the North-east region.
In a statement issued by Sani Usman, who is the spokesperson of the Nigerian Army, he confirmed that a large number of the terrorists were killed, including five commanders of the group.

‘‘The key Boko Haram terrorists Ameers neutralized within the week during the joint Artillery and Nigerian Air Force air bombardments include; Abu Dujana, Man Tahiru (Deputy to Boko Haram terrorist group Hisba leader), Man Chari, Malam Abdullahi (left) Abu Sa’ad (Right) and Goni Bamanga.”

According to him, the operation was carried out based on received information about the location of some suspected top Boko Haram terrorists’ leaders.

During the operation, Usman said the Nigerian Army artillery using Multi-Barrel Rocket Launchers lobbed many rockets over the suspected location the terrorists’ leaders were hiding.

he operatives of Rapid Response Squad of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested four members of two fraud syndicates operating in Ikeja, Maryland, Ojodu-Berger, Agege and Oshodi parts of the metropolis.

The members of the syndicates, three male and a female were recently arrested in two separate cases of fraud in Ikeja and Oshodi. The first group, comprising of Chinasa Sunday, 44 and Osadebe Aigbe 30, were arrested in Ikeja for defrauding a lady of the sum of N85,000.

Their victim, Grace Enitan, had reported at the RRS Headquarters that a syndicate of four men picked her up in a taxi and duped her of N85,000 while she was heading to Ikeja.
Investigations revealed that Chinasa Sunday and Osadebe Aigbe were involved in the scam while their ring-leader, identified as Martin is on the run.

The second syndicate members were arrested after a failed bid to swindle a food seller of over N120,000 and dispossess her of her jewelry in Oshodi. The victim, identified as Rukayat Aderinwale was accosted and hypnotised by a syndicate of five members before dispossessing her of a purse containing N120,000.00 and her mobile phone. They were leading her away to another location when the lady regained her consciousness and called out to RRS officers stationed nearby.

Shocking new footage has surfaced showing a woman viciously beating her 17-year-old daughter after finding out that she’s pregnant.

The incident, which occurred in Brazil, shows the teenager screaming while her mother dragged her across the floor, pulled her by her hair, sat on her tummy and delivered blows to her. The attack on the girl is so brutal, it's doubtful the baby will survive.

A missing woman, who was thought to be dead, came out from the woods 28 days after, naked and visibly sick.

Lisa Theris went missing on July 18 and her family feared the worst. But last Saturday a woman driving down a country road outside of Union Springs, Alabama, spotted a naked woman and called the police.

"I just passed a road and there's a lady that, she came out of the woods naked and she's been sick. She's been in the woods for three weeks," the caller told 911 dispatchers.

When police found Lisa, they thought she had lost about 40 pounds and noted she had suffered deep cuts, bug bites, poison ivy stings, and sunburn.

Lisa said she survived by feeding on berries, mushrooms and drinking puddles of water.

"If it rained I'd have to like squeeze the water out of my hair and drink it," Theris, a former waitress and radiology student, said.

She continued: "It was all about finding the road or finding a person. I couldn't even hear any cars the whole time I was out there until the end."

She also revealed that she found a large walking stick in the forest that helped her make it out of the wilderness. How she ended up in the wilderness in the first place is still unclear. Officials said she was with two men she had recently met before she went missing.

When asked if she thought she was drugged, She answered: "It would make sense - but I'm not sure."

"I think I heard that may be so," her father, William Theris, added.

Around the time Lisa went missing, she was supposed to appear in court on a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge. That case was dropped last Thursday when the court presumed she had died. Police told ABC News they believe Theris survived in the woods, but say there's a lot more to her story.
