hisgrace090: I bought a second hand car and change everything changeable in it, it's now almost a new car.
Radiator water now last more than a month before reduction, weras before I top it daily.
AC now chilling, werass before it blows hot air.
Despite being a six cylinder Toyota Camry, fuel guage now hardly drops weras before I almost buy 2 to3 thousand naira worth of fuel daily.
Your determination to upgrade especially when you can afford it is the secrete.
Finally, your old car can get better if you wish. All car parts are in the market for you. Pls how did you fix the fuel consumption issue? |

sharpman1: 1. Don't ever miss any class. 2. Always sit on the front row in class and take notes in class. 3. Start preparing for exams NOW (1st day of lectures). Do not wait till exam period to start studying. (Please note: I am not asking that you read 24/7, just start your reading early and be consistent) 4. Make sure you finish the syllabus pali to pali (back to back) 5. Have a reading timetable and allocate EQUAL reading time to your courses. Follow it religiously. 6. Get past exam questions from older students and practice the questions like mad. The more past questions you get, the better. 7. When you have studied, look for someone to teach...it enhances your own understanding.
Wish you all the best. In addition, 1. Collect notes for next semester from a good student ahead of you 2. Starting reading before the semester begins. 3. Reproduce what you read in your words to test complete understanding. 4. While reading if you feel sleepy, drop the book, sleep (to refresh your brain) and continue reading after that. 5. Make sure you eat "well" to nourish your brain. THE MOST IMPORTANT6. You must depend on the source of life, Jehovah - give ample time to learn about him. |

It does not depend on man to rule his fellow man.
Man needs to sleep and rest very well. Have you been on calls for most of the time? having to battle with anxious moments, everyone looking up to you? Getting blamed for all failures etc. Then he soddenly grows gray hair and looks weak for lack of rest. unless he is not working but sleeping, he must deteriorates fast and faster indeed.
Any one who loves you will say please take some rest and let the heavy burden go.
Man not to rule his fellow man! That is the truth. |

Politics › Re: Petrol Pump Price: Three Possible Solutions Being Considered By FG by TalkingBird: 11:40pm On Jan 05, 2018 |
Story.
Workers asking for pay rise, where will the money come from?
Collect the money from increased fuel price, pay them. Market women and others increase cost of all stuff and then we are all back to the same point with the difference being only on the amount of money spent for an item. But the level/standard of living remains same, no left or right shifting.
A world racing to its end can not be managed. People just waste time postulating theories and philosophies that will not help.
Those with stagnant salaries will suffer more.
And the argument will continue with twisting of issues to suit once side of the argument even when the obvious is clear.
No wonder we read: (Revelation 12:12) 12 On this account be glad, you heavens and you who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to you, having great anger, knowing that he has a short period of time.”
The same argument is going on everywhere in the world with the difference being the issue that affects that part of the world. |

Una don start again. I know who dey pay una to do this kind thing. All through human history there are those who feast on the truthfulness of Jeremiah 10:23 (Jeremiah 10:23) 23 I well know, O Jehovah, that man’s way does not belong to him. It does not belong to man who is walking even to direct his step. We talked about this sometime in the past https://www.nairaland.com/2683485/nigeria-hires-mercenaries-battle-boko/6#39272584 |

Sane Nigerians could not envisage what another 4 years of "Mr Stealing-is-not-corruption" administration will be like for the country. I thought they have left this style, but no, it is still in use. Na wah! Please somebody should solve the problem that can ordinarily be solved by planning ahead and not adding to a prophecy that must fulfill - hardship every where. Well there is confusion every where in the world as prophesied (Luke 21:25) 25 “Also, there will be signs in the sun and moon and stars, and on the earth anguish of nations not knowing the way out because of the roaring of the sea and its agitation. |

Critical days hard to deal with will be here, ....
(2 Timothy 3:1-5) 3 But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, 4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with pride, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5 having an appearance of godliness but proving false to its power; and from these turn away.
Hm! harder times ahead for the world. Not time to rejoice because of what lies ahead. |
Politics › Re: Aisha Yesufu Blasts President Buhari Over Fuel Scarcity, Failed Economy by TalkingBird: 5:23pm On Dec 23, 2017 |
Jeremiah 10:23 will always be true my brother. Solution God's Kingdom MrMcJay: This morning, I left my house some mins to 5am to join the queue for fuel at NNPC in Oregun, Ikeja. After waiting for 3 hours without getting a single drop of petrol, I took a casual stroll around the filling station.
Just beside the NNPC station is a gigantic building with 4 cranes working on it simultaneously. I checked the board and discovered that it belongs to the Latter Day Assembly of Pastor Tunde Bakare.
The irony of everything is that Tunde Bakare supported PMB and also convened the Save Nigeria Group which tackled GEJ during the fuel price increase.
5 years after the Occupy Nigeria protests which I participated in and spearheaded by the Save Nigeria Group, Tunde Bakare is building a mammoth church structure and I'm in a filling station next door, wasting my hours over a few litres of fuel. Since Buhari came on board, Tunde Bakare and his fellow activists have become quiet. Imagine someone like Tam David-West keeping mum in a period of fuel scarcity. It's either they are complicit or they're ashamed of Buhari.
Guys, I won't lie to you, Nigeria can never get better again. This country is beyond redemption. Don't let our religious leaders fool you, our Pastors' kids are all abroad. Even Sani Yerima who introduced Sharia law im Nigeria ran off to the UK for his children to be born there. GEJ, Buhari, Yar Adua, Tinubu, Akpabio, Ekwueme etc all go abroad for medical trips, is that in our budget?
The only thing that can get better is your individual condition. As for Nigeria, it is finished, we're just fighting over the carcass. |
