neither Lai Mohammed nor the ACN, PDP or any other organisation apart from the FRSC have the right to bar anyone/Nigerian from utilizing any road in Nigeria with his/her vehicle, the issue about traffic congestion shouldn't be a reason for one to insult and disrespect the office and personality of the president no matter how you guys hate him, there's the traffic police (yellow fever), FRSC and LASTMA to regulate movernment along the president's selected route.

I don't believe Alh Lai Mohammed would make such a request, its too unbecoming of him especially considering his status in the society and as a role model who should in fact teach the younger generation to respect their elders/those in authority. From what I see in the photo, it seems the left side window was hit with a stick or rock but definitely not a bullet or bullets since our honorable Dino says the assailants shot him from a car.
When shooting from a cramped and uncomfortable enclosure like a car, the projectiles (bullets) have to be sprayed across to ensure maximum damage to the target whether the shooter is using a pistol or a machine gun, from the accompanying photograph, there isn't a single bullet hole on the door and I dare say it would have been much easier/effective to hit mr Dino as he was about getting into his car or getting down as the case may be. I have doubts about mr Dino's story but the investigation is left for the police.
