Let see, Flowers hmmm. Aint much to write home about, do you know why Naija guys are considered better Lovers xpecially in SA, it cos we know how to treat Women right. The average Oyibo will buy you flower and start splitting bills with u the next minute. The average Naija guy is ready to spend fire and keep fulfilling ur fantacies (to the best of his ability). Ladies are cherished and after the time n money spent to get one you want it to last at least till you recoop ur investment in kind. As for oyibo and flower lovers, how much the thing the cost and what makes u so sure its the ultimate symbol of romance is it just cos Oyibo said so? Romance na romance however ur people they do am, me I consider flowers a waste, If my girl likes flowers no probs plenty bush dey around but as for spending hard earned dow to buy crap that wont happen. For people that consider our chicks local for not liking Flowers no wahala carry ur foreign flower d go leave us with our richarge card and peppersoup. Romance for Naija no easy so u have to be romantic in the naija romantic way. If chick no like you recharge cardoooo, floweroooo, Isi ewuoooo, no go change am but at least while u where knocking its good to have all those time u spend disturbing them readily convertible to cash or equivalent. Flower=romance, flower=romance, how many of those romance don reach fruition, its just that Oyibo chicks are easier to lay the thing no b big deal to them they can go out with 5 guys in a month, if a girls does same in Naija na Ashawo, so the deal is u have to show much more commitment than flowers that way when the thing end at least there will be some consolation prize. ![]() |
@Gurus NEM had a right issue last year to raise 1.9bn, was the issue fully subscribed? Was the fund released or has it been trapped since then. |
Can any one share the Q2 and possibly Q3 result for AIICO. The oustanding shares stand at 1.7b against 1.4b. I guess the additional 300m is from the 25% investment by AIG. If not where is the additional shares coming from please. |
D-DOTS:Try www.fsdhsecurities.com you can upload their data to excel and do what you want with it. |

I have 984,467,113 share before IPO and additional listing of 3,437,160,619 shares from the IPO. can someone validate this figures. Why God, why the double standard, why is sex without marriage a sin, other creations dont ask for forgiveness after sex, why us Lord, why Us ![]() |
Hey, Its not just story, my cousin was scamed after my Phone was stolen. He was asked to pay someone some money from my phone and the guy took the money to someone who was waiting for him at Mr Biggs. I was very Furious with him, I've never asked for his help with my finances before I wonder why he fell for that. He said he was surprised and felt it was very urgent cos I've never asked before. But in my case they where just contacting people on my phone at random. From the cases I heard only my Cousin fell for it, the rest where very sceptical, they called back and the guy that stole the phone couldnt make sense impersonating me, next time they called I have retrived my line. Please in case of money or security details, always make sure you confirm by voice and possibly with a question only the other person should know before going ahead. You can never be tooo careful. |
Dear God, all other creations have sex at will with as much patners as possible, why is our case different dear God, what have we done to deserve such punishment? |

She wakes up and wonders "am I paranoid or what" why do I dream about stuff that makes no sense. Dele has promised to help her with Peter besides he is rich why the dream about cult, her father, party, sucide etc, stuffs that really makes no sense, she shrugged her shoulders and said well that dreams for you. The reality is she just met a nice rich guy called Dele and she hopes they'll get to know each other better as time goes on. She get ready for her 8.30 lecture, the phone rang and it was Dele! [s]Stop messing up the story guys or Simbi will keep on waking up to the nice part (happy story telling)[/s] |
windywendy:Had to enjoy my may day In addition to the stuff on the link provided by OmobaThis guys still have control of their operating market. Strong Brand name. If the reforms in the power sector comes out positive this is one of the companies that will benefit mostly. Its a stock to watch closely for possible long term hold. |
@wendy Thanks for the link to mutual benefit, the Bond offer is over though. @all What's your take on Linkage assurance, I could only get their report upto 2004 and to make any informed decision 2006 data is most important for the market. If u get the 2005, 2006 acct details please feel free to share. Any other info u can share about linkage will be appreciated. The little I got from the company they are like PDP (share the money), they jsut share the profit, but I hope with the recent trend they will try to grow, if anyone has any useful info or link once again feel free to share. The sector to watch out for next is Manufacturing ie if there is any change from NEPA, favourite stock for me include, Unilever, unilever, unilever ![]() Why is Ecobank droping, their PE is high but their result for Q1 was good, what are the forces driving that. For long term players Nestle looks good with their bonus and dividend the PE will be 20thish and for a blue chip company thats good. @Tmoni Candle stick chart is a good tool for analysis, I can tell u though that the current market in Nigeria has not followed a technical trend so reliance on such chart wont get u much besides don't ever rely wholly on one tool for analysis. U can get so much info about different tools for analysis on the net, take your time to study them, makin money aint easy bro. @all Please please if you must go into HYIP please use only what you can afford to lose I'm saying this here because I've been to some of the HYIP threads and I've seen guys on this post there. people sell properties to participate and when there is a problem they get heart attack, Why do u think its called high risk. If u win all the time whats the risk in it. if those guys make all those money what do they need your peanuts for? they can go to the bank borrow money make excess profit pay back the bank and still be in business. Well I doubt if any guy that worked hard for his money will fall victim to that but U never know, people are so greedy ![]() |
@frank Can I get your contact, a phone number will be excellent. Thanks |
@wendy Could you comment more on the Mbenefit bond - what is the offer price for the bonds? What is the earlist conversion date? Is there a callable-option attached to the bond (ie 2011)? What is the ratio of conversion from bond to equity? What is the coupon payment of the bond? Is the coupon paid annually or semi-annually? Whats the minimum amount one can purchase. |
Can anyone please comment on the average annual returns from mutual fund investment especially from the Big players (IBTC, BGL etc) |
Up Nep, They don take am again |
