The Biafra war didn't actually achieve any goal, it instead was used as an excuse to scrap regional government and the Fulani used the time to create new states

alexsoftwork:No I am not siding Kanu here, I have made my own independent research, Nigeria can't work as one, it is very obvious |
GboyegaD:But it is actually part of the solution, Nigeria was never one and it has never being ruled as a single country. From my research I found out no region in Nigeria ever supported the 1914 amalgamation. Trying to bring Nigeria together without appreciating our differences in our politics is the beginning of our problem |
They have bought this guy, sad. There is a way against the Nigerian youths |
Tell me I want to know? |
mimimiles93:See you are grossly misinformed, go and make your research about the country you think can work, see it's a total lie Nigeria can never work! And about corruption will still continue, yes it is sure corruption will continue but not at this rate, leaders will have a better connection with their people than the present system where we keep having leaders that grossly hate people from one side of the country. Go and make your research and stop depending on what you are told, you will be the one fighting for a breakup of Nigeria after! Some regions in Nigeria were doing better during regional system. If you need help on how to make your research let me know |
They are turning this movement into a political nonsensity |
So I have being making some research about Nigeria for some days, and what I found is just sad, the truth many of us Nigerians don't know the truth, but this Nigeria can never ever work, trust me I am even saying this because of my patriotisms towards my country but if we hold on to this fantasy of one Nigeria and we didn't make any effort to put our differences into consideration in our constitution, Nigeria will keep killing Nigerians. See you can call people jingoists and tribalists forever but it's not going to change anything, we need to realize that Nigeria is a nation of many nations, if we fail to play the politics as such, we are going to regret it sooner, the reason we are not dealing with major ethnic cleansings presently is because of worldviews, reactions, and the fact that an ethnic group is yet to fully hold the majority of the federal authority for long. The present system makes Nigeria looks like a battle of supremacy among nations, no arguing that Nigeria is in a cold war with itself! There are people roaming about saying Igbo presidency will bring about some levels of normalcy in the country unity, but actually this will not change anything as bringing the Igbos or any other tribes to the presidential seat is just synonymous of saying "hey it's like you people have not had an opportunity to loot as you want, you can come and do that now", nothing is going to change but the cycle of nepotism will continue, and the common man will continue soaking his gari, no matter what ethnic group he belongs. We can't make any progress with our current system of administration, it is a sad truth, let's stop fooling ourselves and thinking we can achieve something reasonable by fighting to patch the system, when the foundation itself is collapsing. I beg the citizens to rise and fight for a reform! If you stand for one Nigeria and you don't expect a reform in our political structure, I am not sorry to tell you that you are very ignorant, Nigeria, with the present structure is meant to kill you! Ending SARS alone is not the answer. if SARS should be banned, remember a system that is built to oppress its people will always afford the medium it will use for the oppression! instead of fighting the medium of oppression fight the system that tolerate oppression! |
Odingo1:Egun people lives majorly in Ayetoro beside Benin republic, if you have been there before you will wish you are from there |
Ayomarcel:No it means they will keep having excuses to set up something similar to SARS even if we scrap SARS, why can't we address why everyone is rushing to fraud? |
Kudejo:Most of the places where those protest are coming from are yahoo boys dominated areas, Nigerians don't know what is a better reform so forget it! |
Nigerians has lost hope! so you can't protest for a better course? Must you continue as a prostitute? Why can't you demand something different from the government? something that will stop you all from depending on fraud |
One Nigeria |
iokpebholo:leave him, let him be fantasizing |
Stormtrooper11:See if really you are one of the Nigeria brotherhood, with our realities here in Nigeria, and the real meaning of belonging to a brotherhood, that means you are a rich and powerful dude, but if you are not and you are among the UP NEPA crew baba go and sleep ![]() |
Stormtrooper11:Joke on you, you think you are part of the Nigeria brother hood? lol well we don't know who is being the screen |
Stormtrooper11:Lol remove the world "indivisible" I seriously can't estimate the the level of indoctrination we have received from opportunist who try to be political correct, there is no nation in this world that is indivisible, go and make your research there are lot of nations with similar history and demographics like ours that have disintegrate today. This country has failed beyond a leader coming to get it right! you know why? If you get it right for the North, you may not get it right for the South! you said Nigeria is with a lot of potential see no nation is without potential, it is a matter of the citizens and the ruling agreeing to one single goal. Our leaders, agreeing to the same goal, is a dream we can only hope for in this kind of heterogenous society! Stop measuring potentials based on numbers, except if your goal is to be a superpower, then population is a variable toward such goal, but as far as what you want is to build a fulfilling environment for your citizens, trust me you need a small, homogenous and manageable community, or at least break it down to smaller and manageable entity. Millions of life and dreams has gone into this one Nigeria dream, it should be clear already that those holding onto it are betting on millions people's both and unborn life. There are also people who dream to one day join the oppressor category by entering the same wagon as the political elites, those as well will never bend on their one Nigeria dream Population doesn't equate potential, not in this world again when China and some Asia countries already taken over manufacturing, in fact if China lose its grip on manufacturing, the world has learnt not to let a nation become the sole global manufacturing hub. Stop hoping on what may never happen, choose the concrete and obvious way to build a functional society instead The north said restructuring is an insult to them, do you even know what that means? Many southerners will antagonize the Nigeria to Niger railway and still stand on one Nigeria, lol we are all jokers who doesn't understand what we really want |
Stormtrooper11:How are we going to lose? Explain |
Multiplier7:The problem is people don't know the real cause of all this problem, and people are also scared of breaking Nigeria |
Golan007:Are you from the SW? |
Golan007:I am not saying we should form a state together, we can move the motion together, the two can convince other regions too, this is a war, the more allies you have, the more your chances of winning. |
Golan007:what else than than to make this side of the world a better place, 200 million Africans are trapped in a nonfunctional state, we need a rethink ASAP! |
Oduduwa and Biafra should work together since they both have the same dream, leave baba alone, exposing him won't solve anything |
Any protest that is not about ending this contraption, count me out |
Yenefer:Really? You don't like black killing eachother? ![]() |
Yenefer:for the sake of enlightenment, which podcast are you talking about? |
