i hate NYSC, shii has lost its relevance long time ago,you get robbed on the highway,your personal belongings you worked hard to get,all gone, you lucky enough if the robbers spare your life,come to the PPA again,suffer upon suffer,no portable water,no light,no road,to even buy meat i have to pay t.p. of like #400,(going and coming)how much meat i wan buy biko? the list is endless...

please a friend of mine just misplaced his NYSC id card, what should he do? some say hw should get a police report, affidavit,please can this items be accepted for collection of certificates? please experienced folks help out...
