Why aren't you resuming school?

Just explain your personal circumstances to your Uni, if they can't extend your resumption date, they might ask you to join the next session ( May or September)

UKVI will only officially close for approved bank holidays, so 26th and 27th December

There may be reduced working capacity if staff wants to take the remaining annual leave and don't want to accrue them but the team should be able to balance the workload and who gets to take some annual leave

In summary, slow response perhaps but not closed except bank holidays

Please can someone help me here I got a conditional admission offer to Teesside University,I paid the initial deposit,done the qualification check,the only issue I am having is the English proficiency test which they notified me late. Do I have to do an IELTS test now,since my deadline is so close.

I mentioned it in my application to the UK in 2019, my uncle was meant to be my sponsor, and sincerely I didn't see the option to include uncle in may, so they assumed I was lying.

2. Report your refusal and clearly state the reason as written on the Refusal document. Don't respond based on what you think or feel, it's none of your business. Report as written on the document.

2. My uncle currently lives in the UK, and while I was filling my visit visa in May, I selected the option of not having any family in the UK because I didn't find the option of uncle and it was one of the reasons I was refused. Now that I want to apply for a student visa, is it going to affect the application? or is there anything I can do to remedy it? I also plan to use priority service.
