@akinlabi
did you see how hard shawcross swung his foot for a 50-50 ball?
he swung like he was making a goal line clearance.
injury or not that was a straight red.

shawcroww has sent 3 players on "medical leave",
does the FA have to wait for him to send a 4th, or wait for one of englands's brightest stars to get hurt before they do something about such reckless tackles?

hmmn! chelsea decimated @ the pottato patch bridge

grin grin grin grin cheesy

BlueDiva:
CA is to blame for making hurried and wrong subs.

I can't fault the full backs for going forward.
That really ain't the reason for the goals.

The center backs should have stayed at home, what was Carvalho doing in front?
If our goalie wasn't so useless today, things would have been different.

All in all, CA takes little blame for the disaster.
your team was shyte.  grin
That is because the advantage lies with the team taking the freekick, not the one defending the freekick.
Don't you guys watch football?
from a dead ball situation?
See this MUMU.

A penalty kick is different in that the referee has to make sure the goalie stays on his line and the other outfield players must stay outside the box.
Comparing that situation to an indirect freekick in the box says a lot about your ineptitude.
The referee has every right to allow a quick freekick. . . . .what y'all should be debating is whether the freekick shoulda been given in the first place or not.
answer me this,
wouldn't he have paid more attention if arsenal had a wall in place, and the wall was too close to the ball?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only. by tayoccu(m): 1:19pm On Feb 18, 2010
presido1:
He is not either, You want him to hold the ball and ask the linesman when to drop it.
the face that the ball was in his hands means the ball is a dead ball, andthe rules state the ref has to blow his whistle for play to continue after a dead ball situation

Lukaz shoulda kicked the ball away.
and get himself booked, you're just so smart.  grin
the ref demanded for the ball fabianski doing anything else would have earned him a card.

Did the ref blow the day TH scored against Villa, Chavs and M'boro from the same situation. Don't give the distance as excuse, quick freekick is quick freekick irrespective of the distance.
I can  remember the villa one well henry asked the ref if he could take the free kick and the ref said  yes and backed away from the ball.
and that incident wasn't in the box.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only. by tayoccu(m): 12:47pm On Feb 18, 2010
presido1:
Do u want the ref to present the ball to Sol after collecting it from Lukaz? Do you even read what u post?
Again TH's quick freekick is the same as portos's the key word there is "quick" and not how many yards.
Listen to Darmort Gallaher on SPN. The ref is not wrong on the freekick.
Blame your players for going to sleep after the offence.
"not wrong on the free kick, doesn't mean not wrong to have dropped the ball, plain and simple english.

what the ref did was criminal,he gave undue advantage to one of the 2 sides in the match.
You are weaker this season than 2008/9 and 2007/8.
This is the poorest Arsenal side ever under Wenger and we are supposed to believe he is still rebuilding.

Dashing awoof 6 points EACH to Chelsea/Man Utd in a single season is a DISGRACE.

Arsenal will finish potless this season again.
It's as sure as the rising of the sun in the East.
12 more matches right?
try to keep your trap shut for that long will you?
