Hello all.

There is a part on the France' online form abt family relationship with an EU/EEA citizen.Also on the Schengen paper form there are spaces to tick either spouse,child,grandchild,dependent ascendant.I am not any of the mentioned but I have a blood sister who is British.

In addition will I have to pay additional for Schengen visa apart from the France one.Because i only intend travelling to france.

Morning all.Pls i have issues wit my tecno phones.Firstly is a W4.It just went off some weeks back.Took it to an engineer who i think flashed it,the fone came back again but worked for just two days.Returned it to him ,flashed again and then the same result.

The second one is a Y3,its showing charging but its not.

Also I got an offer from Deakin and on the offer letter was AL3,as advised by people here, I sought for clarification from school as the school is on SVP and I sent all docs which I assume is for SVP ASSESSMENT.BELOW IS THE REPLY I GOT.

Based on your nationality you are on AL3 but all students(including AL3) will be processed as SVP.

Will like to know if this reply is convincing for SVP application.I no wan enter one chance

I got an offer from Deakin university,this school is under svp but my offer letter carries AL3.

My question- is it after I pay part tuition that the offer will now change to svp or what.i have offers from other school so I wanna be sure befor I make any payment.

Evening everyone...pls can I submit an expired tax clearance for application. For instance if it is to expire 31st dec 2015,does embassy still reckon wit it.

Like I said before only business owners submits tax certificate when applying for visa, if you are employed by somebody then your salary is taxed already and you don't submi tax certificate when applying for visa.[/quote

Good morning justwise,vicjustice and all.please especially at justwise ,with my case it seem u are advising I submit a payslips but Vic in is advise says it is through payslips that its possible for tax paid to be investigated.

Now what do I do,submit my application with payslips not showing tax paid or submit with none?

Also ma sister advised me to submit my dads company registration docs since it shows am also a director.Just to show ties to Nigeria.ls advise.Note-company does not pay tax.

I don't think anybody ever said that "salary without tax is unverifiable", what i know about is a business that doesn't comply with tax regulation can not be evaluated.
A person can apply for a visa without payslips provided that his bank statement of account displays regular incomes which are verifiable. Therefore, as an employee, it is not necessary for Visa Officer to investigate your tax record, and investigation is only possible if they have your payslips

If you work for your daddy and get paid salary then you don't need tax certificate, all you need is your payslips and your salary account showing your monthly salary payments.

@vicjustice,in short I dont need a tax clearance and payslips?please I want a clarification cos if I want to get it(tax clearance) its gonna take like three months.

Thanks justwise,my first post here was on this same issue of salary without tax payment,I think somone here advised about salary paid without tax is unverifiable or so..that the reason I wanna pay it now.although its not worth paying for.

Please bear with me with the disturbing questions.

Can I just go on applying without the tax clearance.

Her application may or may not affect your application... If your sister is inviting both of you and want to accommodate both of then she has to proof that she has adequate accommodation for both of you.

Do you work for somebody....employed ..or you work for yourself?

She isn't inviting both of us at the same time,i don't even know the friend.buh if she is given ,ma travelling will have to be when she leaves.

I work for my dad,and the company doesn't pay tax neither do I,,but u advised me to get a tax certificate,so am doing it here in Oyo state and what they issue is three years.

So I do I prepare a pay slip that includes the tax.

My questions are(1)I hav a sister that wants to invite me for a visit,but she recently invited a friend who was rejected of recent for money lodgement in her acc.(friend's acc).now the friend wants to reapply and explain the source of the money.

I dont know when she will re-apply,my questions are,I want to apply in some weeks.will this rejection of somone she invited affect me?

Also I did asked here about tax clearance and I have someone working on it for me.how do I show tax paid on my pay slip when I have not been paying tax.i just want to pay for the three years now.
