The bloody constitution deprives a person reasonably suspected to have committed a capital offence of his personal liberty under s.35. But the govt has taken advantage of that to remand Kanu in prison indefinitely for two years now.

How has he been coping in there? One can't begin to imagine how prolonged detention affects one psyche. Such a shame
