abeg,u mentioned budget of some states ,which of the states ,I guess you must live in a hut to think 25 million naira in this country will go a long way,in case you don't know ,that money is not enough to buy him a 2016 Lexus not to talk of 2017,get ur fact right before saying things..let him remove ordinary 1 million from that money and you will see that what is left is fish change and not chicken change .
