PoliticsRe: Tinubu’s Daughter Officially Installed As Traders’ Leader By The Oba Of Lagos by tbanger(m): 11:51am On Jun 28, 2013
Desola: Tinubu is intellectually and politically light years above jonathan.

However, when it comes to greed and impunity, none is better. They are both evil! I would rather see Nigeria in a state of anarchy than have either of those two lead it. They are both evil! Evil, I say!!!
Madam, who told you Tinubu is intellectually and politically light years above Jonathan? If Tinubu was that intelligent, how come he fell for Jonathan's proposal in getting votes from the west, in 2011? You people will just sit in front of system and be typing trash. That Jonathan does not go about showing his prowess, should give you a clue that he is smarter.

Desola: If true, then tinubu must be uprooted and all his future ambition in Lagos and Nigeria must be stunted!

What rubbish is this! We shall not be put into servitude! Lagosians must rise against this evil! If left to his own devices, tinubu and indeed ACN might end up causing us even more damage than the evil PDP.

We must resist this nonsense!
My thoughts exactly.....Its obvious Tinubu will do more harm than the PDP they criticize day and night!

Hey stop spewing trash. What facts do you have with the struck words above? You people will come online and your motive will be to give out wrong info. The funny thing is that the gullible lots here will believe your obvious fallacy.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Embarrassed In Dubai For Associating With Buhari by tbanger(m): 12:04pm On Jun 19, 2013
bloggernaija: GEJ committed N900 billion to " fighting terrorism" in a single year and education/health/infrastructure got how much?
Smart adeyemi who professes to be a democrat does not see any wrong with that.
Spending such a sum to fight a few idiots who normally should have been routted via a focused police action is not exactly what you call smart.
Is exactly the picture of what nigeria has become.
Even the civil war did not cost as much as a tenth of this.
True democrats know that money meant for the welfare of the people is being diverted to feed Nigeria's brand new military/security /industrial complex.you do not hear the worldbank and the IMF complaining about this.
The other matter is that those who strategically look into the future know that it is dire.
The advise to the goodluck administration to thread softly from the progressives should not be ignored.fighting terrorism is one thing, killing innocent civilians which Nigeria's security forces do well is another.
From a strategic view point
Some of us can boldly see the same treatment being visited on the Niger delta in the future in the name of getting rid of militants.
As always ,only the weak will suffer.
Smart Adeyemi showed a lack of class as to bring up a politics into an event such as this.
Tinubu also did the right thing as to walk out of the venue .It is what decent people do.HE who laughs last laughs best.
I also fault tinubu and others for attending an event based on the new fad of going to Dubai to attend a silly wedding. Where next? St tropez to waste more money in the name of show?
Finally as long as there is a party called PDP in one form or the other,I will reserve my criticism of ACN for a time when the threats of this PDP's terrorism of the Nigerian people ends
Until that time , All hail ACN.
FACT :A man who is not corrupt is likely to surround himself with like minded people.
Brahhhh, calm your boiling balls, defense/research (in war fare) allocations are more than education and health care in the US too. Global security is now being threatened, Nigeria is no exception.

Do you expecT The "opposition" parTy To be in romance wiTh the ruling parTy? Hell no!

Nigeria is noT the only country with opposiTion party, oTher countries have them too buT we don't hear much of "crying" and "whinning."

That's how poliTics is played, if you can't stand the heat, geT ouT of the kiTchen biko.
No one is saying the policies of the government should not be criticized. Attacking his office and his person is just wrong. Even in advanced democracies, it is never done. The republicans will never call Obama names. If abusing Jonathan is the way of standing the heat, then you guys should should carry your politics to the SUN!
PoliticsRe: Disrespecting The Office Of The President Is Not Good Enough by tbanger(m): 11:20am On Jun 19, 2013
I love your response to this Mr. Garri guy.....generally I can never subscribe to name calling. I share your sentiments totally...the office of the president should not be derogated!! God bless

akpomeme: Mr. Garri, first of all, I am happy you got the message you highlighted beyond the typos. You are obviously rattled by the valid points that I raised concerning the subjugation of Lagosians by Tinubu and his cohorts. Evidently true, I am an objective supporter of the government of the day and resides in Lagos.
You know you are good at pointing out your brain power and all, but that is the first point of weakness and self-delusion on your mental capacity – research “narcissus”. Secondly, look through your highly brain powered response and see if your punctuations and commas are on point…lol
The issue I have with guys like you is that you don’t focus on the subject matter which is “that the office of the President should be respected by those who seek to occupy it”, instead you validated my point by cursing further and referring to the President of your country as a retardant. What does that make you?
If an ACN or APC President emerges tomorrow, that President will be my President, just as Fashola is my Governor. I may not be happy with some policies implemented in Lagos state towards revenue generation but I will never call Fashola a retardant as you all have chosen to address your President.
My intelligent brother, an intelligent person does not engage in self-praise, the need to highlight how sound you are says a lot about Garri the 1st.
PoliticsRe: Disrespecting The Office Of The President Is Not Good Enough by tbanger(m): 11:16am On Jun 19, 2013
Stop attacking his person, can't you raise your own point without abusing.....you lot behave as if you were raised among monkeys!!!

Garri the 1st: The bolded sections of your comment shows ur brain is a bit confused and perhaps malfunctioning. Can you prove the allegations you made against Tinubu in the last part of your post??

You come across as a GEJ attack puppy. Sadly. As evidenced by your horrible grammar, terrible diction and the abysmally poor spelling in your posts it is obvious you're unfit for that role. Praise singing requires some level of intelligence which you obviously lack in no small measure.

@Topic:
GEJ deserve all insults and disrespect he's been getting. Aside being a shameless liar, he is utterly corrupt, and clueless on issues of governance. An "ogogoro" motivated man without focus or vision who is on a mission to bankrupt our great nation.

This retarded dude of a president has insulted Nigerians on countless occasions. He has done this directly, indirectly sometimes by himself and at other times through his attack dogs. Till this Man stops acting like a Presidential M0R0N, he will keep getting insults from Nigerians..

I rest my case.

RomanceRe: When Your Partner Has A Crush On A Celebrity by tbanger(m): 10:59am On Jun 22, 2012
You too sabi....any girl who shows delusional crush on any celebrity in my presence will be booted out with immediate allacrity. My girl friend used to have crush on 2face....I gave her last warning and since then her brain don come back to normal.
DailyNews: This is also one of the reasons most female celebrities jump from one marriage with one male celebrity to another because when they are with one of the male celebrities, they are busy having....what did you guys called it again plshuh ok...rush...or no crush on another male celebrity, and before u know it, they have married and divorced 10 men in their lifetime, what a smelly life...gosh...& believe me most of the ordinary girls that also have crush on male celebrities would have been jumping from one marriage to another if they were celebrity themself which would increase their chances of finding one to mess around with...but since most are ordinary back benchers daydreaming about some guys somewhere, they end up daydreaming & wishing in pains...so my advice to any person whose partner is having such illusion is to boot them so that they can go have a real crush with their admired celebrity. Its absurd to agree to date or marry someone & still be daydreaming of another...its sickening...and people should wake up & stop being misled or blinded by media life. Come to talk of it, their partners might even be cutier, more talented than those they are daydreaming to have, just that theirs wasn't on media or screen...really SMH @the kind of life some people live!

CultureRe: Do Edo (Bini) People See Themselves As Yorubas? by tbanger(m): 5:00pm On May 28, 2012
PapaBrowne: How on earth can we see ourselves as Yorubas?? Where do you live?? Why are Yorubas so love struck with the Binis?? Its a good thing though! We love you back.

First, Edos have a well documented history and culture that dates back to the 9th century. Well documented I said.
Secondly, Edo is a forbear of various ethnic groups both in the country and outside. These groups have their history and ancestory tied to the EDO heritage. From Uhrobos to Itsekiris to Isokos in the south all the way to Lagos in the west. Interestingly, the whole of Lagos traditional rulership was set up by the Binis. The word Eko is a Bini word. Ever wonder why it is called the Oba of Lagos?
While I wouldn't want to argue history here I would just tell you to judge between these two accounts

Yorubas say Oduduwa fell from heaven.
Edos say Oduduwa was the son of of an Ogiso whose name is Izoduwa(bini word) who was banished from the kingdom. The Benin account is very detailed and laced with real and practical stories and names. The Yoruba account is mere Folklore. Judge for yourself which is right.

The question should be whether the Yorubas see themselves as Edos and not the other way round. And I believe the answer is yes, which is why Yorubas have this love affinity with everything Bini.
My brother....you have written well. We are a distinct people and we can never claim Yoruba...NEVER!!!!!!!! cool

I am not an Igbo boy and I encourage inter-tribal marriage but it will take the grace of God to marry an Igbo lady I swear. Sometimes I wish they succeeded in 1967, Nigeria could have been better without them.

I am sorry about my comment that that's how I feel right now.
CrimeRe: Absu Gang violation: Victim Agreed To Be violated – Police by tbanger(m): 12:13pm On Oct 12, 2011
Well I didn't watch the video and so may not be able to give a solid point on this issue, but newspaper report was written thus "In the violation video, which lasted well over an hour, the girl could be seen trying to fight off the men. When her efforts proved abortive amidst beatings, she resorted to pleading with them to spare her; but her pleas fell on deaf ears. And when she could not take the excruciating pain any longer, she begged them to kill her, instead of letting her live with the stigma our society would pile on top of her already horrendous trauma. As she pleaded with them, the boys laughed and mocked her, asking her to ‘co-operate’ or face two more days of torture by violation." Now my arguement is like this, if the girl was seen trying to fight off the men as claimed by the paper and those that have seen the video How come some men still claim the poor girl consented to this hehumanizing act? Just asking.

I hope we know that there is a US legislation that states that even if a man is on top of a woman and in the middle of all of the sex if the girl says NO then it is NO. If the man continues, the US legislation says it is RAPE!!!

God will help us in this country
