Well we all know there is always insincerity in Nigeria recruitment system,but most of us are just following the process with faith and hope..and also to give room and a platform for God to lay his hands on something...

People will write on Friday,and their mail will appear today..let's hope

I also got the invite,tried to get information about the role but nothing..what I found out is that this position is always advertise.Hope the job what the stress and follow up

Good house,they gave me 25 to 27 for the test but up till now no mail from them.what can do to write the test o?

You are not the only one,well they said for 25-27.that means some will write tomorrow and next.i believe those that will write today will have gotten their mail. Icpc and dscl are to big for all this fumble. It show the lack of credibility in this recruitment process,just only first stage see total f up

From where....do you want someone to help you do a research question for you and send to you..Do you know when last this organization did a general recruitment... Question from where,from Dcsl portal or what.

The reason almost everybody got this rescheduling message was because of a hitch in their system.
1. Some people got 26/25
2. Some people answered only 10 questions but got 25/25
3. Some people missed their exams because of inproper annoucement channel
4. Some people were not able to login because of token issue

Is it even those that wasn't shortlisted initially.so everyone that applied got the messages....why all this stress when it is never a fair recruitment..This is so pathetic...I know how this type of recruitment usually end... FRSC 2018...

330 slot available or so out of hundred thousands of applicants.... Look at the English...you have been rescheduled,did they schedule anything b4 for people just receiving text for the first time, sometimes I think if this is a result of system malfunction.... last thing I will do is to message them asking for token or mail... people who have written b4 also got the text, people who have gotten text b4 that failed to write still got the text...let the Will of God prevail..... Tired of Nigeria recruitment system.

Pls do anyone have any information about Bourbon interoil Limited Graduate Trainee program. This oil coy won't kill us with email expectations.

The thing is most of these openings are mostly for the contract guys already working them that they want to convert to employees. So because of the company's standard of advertising openings, they need to first advertise the openings, the contract guys also apply like everyone else, then HR sends their names only to the various departments for interviews and they become employees.

Intresting,They should just send regret mail if is true..But if is what is obtainable In some organization ,it is very wrong..why bother people.

Guy just go through the requirements and look for the discipline that matches yours..is it not one off the NAF thread I was reading that someone course was not enlisted among the course and yet made it to pop. Apply and put your hope on God the father or godfather.

22448 view on this topic, the space for the job self no even enough for nairalanders .... well make I just apply since age dey expire for job in this country and certificate self don dey expire (e.g not earlier than 2015 lollll)... This year done with anything recruitment and applying,age no dey again.chai.....

I strongly believe that anyone who wasn't selected ,will get a regret mail...I and my friend applied to an oil coy ,he got a regret mail one week after the application was closed but till date I haven't seen any mail be it regret or success going to a month now...one needs to have patience with this coy and be optimistic.Total takes up to an average of 4months to complete their recruitment that's a long time.

So far the risk are equal ,I believe the insurance should be ,no life is important than the other , because if any dies during service He/she will be Missed painfully...Nice reading this write up..sound and polish....

Yes, they keep doing GT recruitment everytime. They recently asked some of us to resume for induction after finishing our infield assessment a long time ago. I guess there was little or no turn out, thus, leading to another recruitment.

You will look for your own accommodation, transport yourself, and feed yourself with your money in the geographical area they put you. Despite that, there power app (application) will frustrate your life and they might even tell you that you did poorly in the infield assessment after spending time and resources. Choose wisely.

In fact, a friend in the last recruited batch always complain about how they keep trekking from one house to another, sharing bills in the sun and using that use*less Power app to work in the name of GT (this is after induction o). Then, they were paid 20k the first two months. 50k afterwards for God knows when it will turn to the proclaimed 115k. The friend mentioned that some old set are still collecting 50k, despite spending almost 2 years.

ThankGod for platform like Nairaland...I have not heard anything good about this bedc since my research about them,the only Good thing I heard was " take it o there is no job out there" no positive thing.. the 20k and 50k thing always provoke me whenever I read it...slavery from the beginning of your journey with them ,right from the recruitment... I always knew any organization that always do recruitment ,have serious problem.loll

Be ready to walk around like the Israelites during the customer survey infield assessment. The app will frustrate you despite having good internet connection.

Be ready for insult and harassment from customers.

You do all these with no pay for two weeks. So, decide how you want it. Bye

Intresting no wonder they keep doing GT recruitment every year, u hardly see EEDC and others do GT recruitment. My question is during those two weeks in the wilderness will bedc take care of your accomodation, Transport and feeding or will they just leave you like that....Thanks in anticipation

With the volume of applicants ,It's takes the Grace of God to even be shortlisted for Apt test.

I can't � agree to that. GT is mostly( not actually) for fresh graduate or anybody who match the requirements.A 31 year old can be a fresh graduate but doesn't fit in the requirements and because it is a GT position that doesn't imply 20k or 50k as salary , remember they were paying 90k initially... GT position is always ranging from 70k-90k on probation in a reputable company like bedc..well I am not discouraging anybody,if you know you can do it fine and good is just for 1 year...as for me except is my last option.

A worker there said for the 2 months probation we would be paid ₦20k/month, after which for the next 6 months we would be paid ₦50k/month as GT and then when we are fully staffed, we would be paid ₦115k/month and then from then we progress upward until management level..[/quote]Someone is saying is better than nothing,I laugh ,I don't have problem with the 115k after probation..is the 20k and 50k during probation..u don't understand what you will go through financially that period, anybody who says 50k for one year is ok,must either be a fresh graduate or a graduate who haven't gotten a good job for a long time. When I was a trainee in the bank it was first 65k b4 they made it 80k (initially same 65k after probation )after the new minimum wage but after the probation you will start to receive 87k for a long time but it was OND though. I have read alot about bedc here on nairaland and I can't say is an excellent place for everyone mostly engineers and I also read a post where they slash salary if they feel they didn't make much profit that month.... Is well, na d country person find himself,is just to break out from this bondage..

How many organization pay well in this country..don't be deceived ,ur salary gets better as the years increase if you are in a good organization.

The application have ended, the next phase will take like a month...let's hope for the best.
