Trying to fight the fraudsters and restore the image of the country is a good one but trying to get into these payment systems through a backdoor is what makes this guys want to keep us out longer.

There is no problem. Try our nigerian cards but make sure they are attached to a domicilliary account. It works perfectly. Hostgator might need you to scan your passport and payment card and send to them.

Who do nigerians like getting involved in the ones that might not be all necessary and risky. If moneybookers detects nigerian ip, that account is gone forever. PayPal is even lenient, don't joke with these guys and moreover, you can do without them.

I don't advise proficiency schools in nigeria, I mean NIIT and its likes. The reason is that you waste time there-what is learnt under two weeks in india or america, you do for three to six months. If you want to go for them, try outside nigeria
