U sit IN warm water+savlon+salt. D temp of d water shld b smthg dat s very comfortable for ur skin. Don't sit on steam, it ll degrade d suture. d site may tk up to 4-6wks to heal well

. Its free in UCH Ibadan,OAUTHC Ile-ife, National hospital Abuja,should be free in LUTH as well(not tried that though)...are u sure you are not mixing up state and fed? Not HMO or NHIS o....free for children,d only issue is d crowd...u cld hv to spend close to 3 hours if u no sabi anybody.

All vaccines are free in federal hospitals.. .so far not paid a dime for immunization and LO is 6months+...rota,penta,IPV,vit A,BCG,pneumococcal....everything is free!

I doubt o, at least not all fed hospitals. Wch hospital exactly did u use? Maybe u were covered by an HMO/nhis or smthg.
