Please I get angry easily these days, I shout at everybody. Even this morning I mistakenly scratched dh over an argument but later apologized. I don't know if is because of my condition (EDD 17 May). I've prayed over it, talked to dh to please not to get angry over it. Please I need help

Tchiwinnie,about the pelvix examination,the matron mentioned something like 'okpokpo ukwu' in igbo,this she said after i must have done my last scan to know whether I will be able to born through the vjay. I will get more clarification in my next ANC.tx once again

Ok, I think I know what she means. its usu not done routinely as there re many factors to b considered. Most women re allowed to try vaginally first provided there s no absolute contraindication. how far gone re u?

I m sure ur baby s fyn. at this age, they sleep a lot. At times u can also put to breast even when she s sleeping.

Never heard of placenta being flushed. I know of burning or burying. some hospitals dispose too. For cervical dilatation, its nt amthg u feel, u know ur dilatation thru vaginal exam. If bybpelvic xam u mean vaginal exam,then yes, its very very necessary. in fact I don't see how u can escape it unless of course. u go to d hsptl wen d baby's head s already out.
Abt contraction/ labour pain, it usu felt at d waist. d pain/pressure at ur vjay may b ur baby's head.

Endometriosis is completely different from blocked fallopian tubes and isn't related to what he has described.Stop confusing/scaring d guy.

Wow 6wks already. Pls don't do anything to d tigh, esp do not press to prevent abscess from forming. Had same experience wt my first son. It resolved on its own. Just b patient it ll tk tym. U can gv pcm if he s in pain or if he has fever.

Don't panic o. If baby wants to come out, na serious pain she go fill no b kicks. d pain in her vjay s part of d package. For d fleshy stuff u re describing, I think she shld go to d hsptl to get it examined. Hang in there, its almost over.

I don't blame the maid one bit cus she's barely 10years old and she can't possibly carry the two kids at once. Its the mother i blame cus ders car at home and she's always at home, but would rather allow the kids trek under sun.

I agree with you on this. My landlord's maid picks up the kids under the blazing sun everyday without umbrella. One of the kids is just 2yrs old while the other is 3yrs. You need to see how these kids are getting black, plus heat rashes all over their body like uniform. The worst part is, they trek home. I don't think its fair on these kids

My dear, d maid is nt to b blamed. Its not possible to carry the 2 kids plus their bags then an umbrella. Na wetin pple Wey no get car dey c.

Dear mums I'd like to encourage those who have relations/nannies/maids pick up their children from school and walk them home to please insist that they use umbrellas.b

Been doing school run for like two weeks and I've seen only one maid/help/aunty/nanny doing so.

Its quite traumatic for me watching these children especially the toddlers being dragged home in this hot blazing sun.

Actually parked to tell one girl to take umbrella next time and she said some nonsense about the boy always struggling with her for it. But then she never born pikin she nor know as e be!

For any school owner in this forum please insist that people picking up toddlers without a car must show an umbrella before the child can be over from the school premises.

God bless us all our labour will not be in vain!

Hhmm, I doubt if a school owner will b able to enforce the 'operation show ur umbrella'. I agree wt u, bt it may not b practical in some cases. If d toddler needs to b carried, then d caregiver/mum has bags to carry too. Wch hand she go use hold d umbrella esp as d child struggles wt her?

My neighbors one year old baby has been stooling and also vomits sometimes.
The baby has been taken to the pediatrician and rancotrim was prescribed. The stooling is still there, did culture no growth. Doctor has prescribed septrin yesterday evening yet the baby puts her hand in her mouth and vomit immediately she finish eating or taking the drugs. Her mother is frustrated and crying, upset and shouting at the child I had to quickly take the baby from her, calmed her down and told her I will try to get answers from here. Please come to our aid.

If the child is vomiting her oral meds, take her back to d hospital.

Good afternoon mamas i just started brushing my 1year 3mths baby's teeth with macleen milk teeth toothpaste but he swallows the paste everytime i brush for him,my question is can i be brushing his teeth both in the morning and at night? Wont the quantity of paste swallowed be much per day? Or should i just limit the brushing to only in the morning. Thanks in advance

Just use a pea size of d tooth paste. My 2yr old still swallows paste too
